Place not clean hotel has no WiFi no geyser no hot water

They din allowed to check in as I have booked the room from booking.com in ₹ 866. According to hotel staff they don't book hotel in such a low rate. Very disappointing .

Nothing I liked because in this hotel I feel I am staying at the such type of cottage where is no responsibile person who will assist the guest and not giving any facilities very worst hotel and the main reason is it will be charged not a Oyo rates they have own rates

There was no light when I reached and no TV and there was no water

No cleanliness. Hairs on bedsheet, pillows are dirty, water dripping from roof during rain. Frequent power cuts.
