This apartment is in the perfect location for everything. You can park your car and walk to a large selection of restaurants and activities. The apartment is nicely appointed and very comfortable! Had a great nights sleep. I would highly recommend this for 1-2 people who want to explore Fayetteville and the surrounding area.

Really neat and clean property. Close to the Square, U of A, and Dickson. We will book again in the future. Please note there are quite a few stairs to get up to the rental so just be aware of that.

I stayed here while moving my daughter into her dorm. It is so convenient to campus. Every amenity I needed was there! Clean, and just as advertised. I’m actually going back next weekend for another campus related event! Looking forward to staying again!

Such a lovely place to stay within walking distance to Dickson Street and all Fayetteville has to offer. Very well-maintained and great layout for living, plus the host is a great communicator. Just have to watch your head on the sloped ceilings. One important key is that it's on the 2nd floor from the ground with steps. I would highly recommend!

The accommodations were nice and clean. One note of caution…if you are tall beware of all of the roofline angles! My husband about took himself out several times because he is tall and there are many roofline angles in the room and bathroom! It was great for what we needed it for! Very close to Dickson and the university.

I stayed for a quick weekend in Fayetteville to see a baseball game and visit my daughter. This was a very convenient location and a great place to stay. The back parking was a nice bonus.

This is our 2nd stay at this property. We are able to walk to Dickson for music, the Square for Dinner, Carnall Hall for Breakfast and the stadium for the game. Perfect size for us.

This location is fantastic! Walking distance to coffee, restaurants, U of A, Walton Arts Center and a bike shop. Quiet despite proximity to everything. Small desk for working remote. Off-street parking is great!

Had a great stay here for UARK parents weekend. Would definitely recommend! Super close to campus/walkable. The décor was a little dated, but it was incredibly clean and very functional. The bed was very comfortable! I would definitely stay here again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the property! Everything was so well stocked, better than any beach condo we’ve ever stayed in. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted as the property was close to Dickson st., Fayetteville square & the football stadium. The bed was extremely comfortable & overall just a very cozy space. I cannot say enough about the host and this property! The location is a block from Dickson St, maybe 5 minute walk to the UofA, and located such that any excursions one may want to make in the area are simple to get to. Also walking distance to downtown Fayetteville (market in the square on Saturdays). (make certain to check out the folder on the coffee table for many suggested restaurants and activities in the area). This would be perfect property for anyone coming to Fayetteville for UofA Athletics, or cultural events as well. Richard is a fantastic host, and I would definitely look to book this property in the future!

This was a great place if you’re just looking for a convenient, clean place to sleep. Easy checking, good communication. Our only advice is if you are staying here and it’s over 80 degrees, please know that it is hot. We didn’t get back to our place u til 11 at night abs it was still about 78 degrees inside. A/C was set at 65 degrees the whole time (day and night) and it never cooled down. Outside of that, loved the place, the location, and the bed was comfortable. No frills but served it’s purpose as a place to crash that’s clean.
