Apartment. 7

Very dirty pillows under the pillow cases. 1, chair broken. Dirty plates very dirty floors, very dirty cutlery, I will be asking for compensation for this.

All the apartment was disgusting. Paid over £400 for a dirty apartment. There was no windows, are air-conditioning in the full apartment, it was not safe to sleep with front door open. Also I booked weeks back a different apartment at shawdick place, I noticed the apartment was cancelled. And weeks ago we already booked are train tickets, and thay would not refund bk, so on the last minute, we had to book another apartment, also tv would not work, then thay said thay send someone round, then no volume on tv, then again tv would not work, then only had 5 channels would work. In the other bedroom, no wardrobe and no tv in bedroom. Me and my partner and her parents go Southport alot, London was my first family holiday in over 11years. And booking.com as spoiled it all for us. Very unhappy. Plus in the bedroom with no tv there was blood on the wall. All walls very dirty. Plus cobwebs. This is not COVID STANDERED !!!!!!! I will be looking for compensation are a re,fund. I would not recommend this to anyone.

Ofrecen servicios q no dan. Te ofrecen dejar el equipaje antes del check in pero en el pasillo a la entrada de recepción sin q nadie se haga responsable. Al llegar había una cucaracha muerta en la bañera. No hay limpieza diaria Al llegar estaba sucio,lo comunicamos y por allí no pasó nadie a limpiar en 5 días. La terraza es de terror. El sofá cama muy,muy sucio. No había jabón para lavar platos ni paño para secarlos .En el fregadero dos estropajos cochambrosos y mojados pero el fregadero sucio No lo recomiendo. Es mejor pagar un poco más. Es la primera reseña negativa q hago con respecto a un alojamiento.

It was a spacious, comfortable basement apartment in a great location.

They allowed us to drop our luggage off ahead of time and the people running the desk were very nice. The apartment was big, With two bedrooms and a pull oullout couch in the living room area. There was also two bathrooms, a full kitchen, and It was all very comfortable and nice.

I liked most everything, but there did seem to be an issue with the electricity if you try to use the dryer. It flipped the breaker, and I didn’t know where the reset was, so we didn’t have power in half of the apartment Until the next day. The workers tried to help me though and were very nice and accommodating. I do think it would be nice if they had dish soap for the kitchen.

Paddington is the perfect location to explore London, however! For similar money we could have stayed in the Paddington

The location

The property is old and un-kept, it’s a typical “ikea” rental, everything from beds to bed linen is the cheapest of the cheap. Attached are pictures, broken blinds, broken cooling fan(as the flat is on the top floor it’s like a sauna) broken electrical socket, oven dirty with no oven trays Opening the windows whilst an option is in direct line with a fish and chip shop!! You can only okay the smell.

Apartment good, stairs v. bad

Location near Paddington and its facilities was great. Apartment was very good.

Three flights of very steep stairs. Would not have booked if I had known.

Great location - safe and close to shops and restaurants. strongly worth consideration when planning your travels.

Brilliant location within east walking distance to Paddington station - on the airport line and quite a few other underground lines.

Below ground so no natural sun. The kitchen was very poorly equipped with cooking utensils and no wine glasses, bowl for food, TV didn’t work and no remote. credit to the staff they responded within 12 hrs and did provide some assistance.

Great location and responsive hosts

The location in Paddington is fantastic. There are a lot of restaurants and access to the tube couldn't be better. With the opening of the Elizabeth line the locations was even more desirable. The hosts were responsive to anything we requested and picking up the keys in middle of the night was very easy. The apartment is small but met our needs and expectations. The kitchen is modern and it was nice to eat and look out at the window at the people passing by below.

Wifi was super weak and despite resetting the router it did not improve. I found that just turning off the wifi all together and using cellular data was easier. I notified the hosts but they couldn't figure out the problem. We also had a problem with the washing machine which the hosts attempted to fix and even offered to wash our laundry for us so I do not count this against them. I'm writing this to show that they were responsive even when things didn't work as planned.

Close to the train station, clean. Super friendly gentleman walked us to the property and was very welcoming and kind. The duvets were spotless and super comfy, the place felt very safe and very secure. We loved it. Yes, you can hear the occasional mild train rumble but it was not bothersome at all.

No dishwasher or dish soap provided. (You provided dishwasher pods but no dishwasher. Not sure if that was an accident?). As a suggestion, it would be nice to provide a container for recycling cans and bottles, papers? As Canadians we don’t put that in our regular garbage and I wasn’t sure about recycling policies here. We left the suitcase I was getting rid of. I hope that wasn’t a problem…but there were no instructions left regarding the garbage so hopefully we were not supposed to take it out with us! It works perfectly well, so hopefully someone decides to use it! As other feedback, the futon is really only ok for one person- the middle board makes it tough to sleep in for more than one person so I put my sons in the bedroom and I slept out there instead.

Location wise is ideal as far as transportation & food are concerned but the cleanliness of the unit needs much to b

Location which is near restaurants & transportation hubs. Bus stop is right across the road if you’re from town centre.

Cleanliness should be enhanced. The coffee machine as if was not clean for months. Should provide vacuum cleaner or other cleaning tools so that clients who stays more than five days can self clean the unit. some of the cooking utensils have stains and dirty

Very convenient central location.

Great central location - very close to Paddington station. This is a below-ground apartment, so very limited natural light. But it's warm, well-lit, and comfy. Good facilities and the managers were responsive to requests too. Two bathrooms were very good. Heaps of eateries to choose from close by.

Rumble of tube trains in early morning might put some off, but it's not really a problem. Very limited natural light.

Easy check in /check out. Staff assisted with bags and escorted us to the apartment which was great. Owner was very accommodating and made a welfare check phone call to make sure everything was OK 👍

Overall I had a good stay.

The location was perfect.

It would be great if the keys collected from the key box. The property doesn’t come with parking space, which makes me had difficulty searching for parking.

Lovely clean apartment; great location, met the needs of our family of five perfectly!

The accommodation for great for our family of five- having a kitchen meant we could eat breakfast before setting out for the day and we had a night eating in too. This was ideal for a four year old after a long day of sightseeing! A perfect home from home and extremely clean...thank you!

Found locating the pick up points for the key and the actual apartment itself a little tricky..we travelled by car and had a sat nav. It was good to have the apartment hidden away...meant to one really knew we were there!

Terrible Stay

The front desk staff was great, my place was clean that’s it really

Was treated terribly by management, was forced to pay an extra £200 for just because I let 2 of my brothers stay in the living room (with no bed) and they had no where else to stay. To top it all off they said if we didn’t pay we would be kicked out from the property. These guys act nice in front of your face but very sly.

I would absolutely recommend this accomodation, so close to Paddington!

Slight mix up around the key pick up point, but once sorted the apartment was fabulously located. Small problem with fruit flies, which I think related to the soiled laundry bags being stored at the rear of the property. However the place was immaculately clean and good quality linen.

Tea & coffee supplies onsite would have been a nice touch, and a little bit more cutlery and crockery (not enough glasses supplied to enable all of us to have a wine at night) but other than that everything else was perfect, thank you.
