Location is good but...

Perfect location.

For the travellers who visit many different cities the exact check-in time cannot be guaranteed. Trying to contact the host regarding my earlier arrival after 3 o'clock pm that is the place's check-in time I called several times but only a recorded message in French that I couldn't understand. I only could communicate with the host with someone's help who speaks French after waiting half an hour outside.

Muy recomendable

La ubicación es maravillosa, está todo muy limpio y la habitación muy bonita. Puedes ir andando a cualquier lado y me gusta mucho cuando los sitios funcionan ya con códigos y no es necesario esperar a recoger llaves. Muy buena comunicación con el alojamiento

Nada malo que decir. Si volviese a Colmar, sin duda me alojaría de nuevo allí

OK. But at 1st it's hard to understand that you must make the code on the door because there is another code box on every door. There is no checkin in this sens i was lucky to find someone at the phone number. There's a bit of rumors outdoor

Passable experience ruined by creepy male guest who opened the door of our room in middle of night!

Air conditioning (a life-saver during the heatwave), location, friendly staff, complimentary tea/coffee, nice decor, comfortable towels

Uncomfortable mattress, loud 5-second buzzing from air conditioner every 10-15 minutes all night long, the photo showed a couch but there wasn't one when we got there so we had to eat on the bed, no fridge, the cranks for the shades on two out of three windows were broken so we couldn't make it completely dark in the room (complicated when putting kids to bed in summertime when it isn't dark outside at 8pm), the second drawer of the chest of drawers by the bed was broken and nearly came apart when we tried to open it, very poor soundproofing so it was hard to sleep with the sounds of motorcycles driving around the square outside and people fiddling with their doorhandles in the hallway all night. But the worst point was a very creepy male guest down the hall who apparently had the key codes to several of the other doors (not just his own) and opened our door in the middle of the night! Luckily I woke up from the noise and light from the hallway so he saw I was awake and closed the door right away, but I was terrified to sleep after that and barricaded the door with a chair, had the police number set to speed dial on my phone and an alarm sound ready in case he tried to get into our room again. I was sleeping there with my five-year-old daughter and knowing that some creepy man could come into our room whenever he wanted was really scary. We left the next morning but until then we were also really afraid that if we left anything in our room he could come in and steal it while we weren't there. This was an awful experience and I don't know how he had the codes to the other rooms - Aida changed the codes for all the doors after we left so I hope he can't scare any other guests (or worse) but something needs to be done to prevent that from ever happening again.

Passable

The rooms are at the level of the street, with some noise in the night , Simeone doesn't have the cooling system and the sheet and pillow were dirty. The picture put in booking are differenti from reality

Good option to stay and be within walking distance to all all things in Colmar

Great little studio apt very close to all that is there to experience in Colmar. Comfortable. The kitchenette is very useful. Would be good to have some tea options besides coffee. And ice trays in the fridge.

In the early mornings some cars or trucks can park next to the property in the parking lot and can be loud. Also I was a little confused about the building entrance code and the room entrance code. But figured it out.

Good location, nice staff

Staff, location, utilities and cleanliness were great.

The shower was clogged so basically couldn’t take a shower during our one night stay

So overpriced for the facilities it provided. Room looked bigger in the pictures.

Cosy and clean hotel within walking distance of main attractions

The room was exceptionally clean with a kitchen equip for making simple meals. The hotel is located within walking distance of all the main attractions. We really enjoyed our stay thank you :)

Sound is not well insulated - so we could hear our neighbours in the evening.

Decent value for money, central position. Free water in the room, large shower

Not an hotel, but an apartment. Host absolutely terrible, all the telephone numbers do not work! Not the one here, not the one on Google. Getting in the apartment was impossible without additional info, parking was not found and I had to spend an extra 40 euro for a private parking. I personally had to let a couple in at 23:00, because they also could not figure out code, keys and parking. Host extremely rude, told me she was gonna cancel my booking if I "kept being rude". Cancel a booking. Friday night. Me locked out of a door with freezing temperatures. The room was dirty, hairs everywhere. The room was super noisy (the wc leaks). The shower doesn't drain water. The place is basically a scam

The location is pretty good, center of all downtown. The owner is very nice.

The bed is a bit small for people over 190cm.

It’s close to everything and the rooms are very private and quiet at night other than a little street noise till everyone goes home which is not too late. Great wifi. Easy access when the host isn’t there to meet you. Supports social enterprise so good to know my rent is going somewhere needed!

Friendly people. Clean and individual rooms. Location is top.

One hour delay for the exchange of the key. At the beginning the odor in the room was slightly staled. After the first night with open windows the odor vanished.

Aida is a very nice host and she has helped us a lot with cleaning the room. Bed and bathroom are clean and comfortable. Africa style was also amazing.

Our room is Africa style, outside the window is maybe a parking lot? There were many trucks working at around 4 am and it was a totally nightmare! Really really a nightmare! Very loud!!
