“NEELY’S PLACE” is a two-story, Family Friendly Beach Home located on the desirable West End of Panama City Beach. It boasts a huge Great Room and a 50” Flat Screen TV along with leather furniture and an additional Queen Pull-out Sofa Bed. The Dining Area seats six; seven if you count the High chair! “Neely’s Place” is just a half block stroll to the White Sugary Sands of Riviera Beach. It is five miles east of 30-A, Rosemary Beach and 6 miles west of Pier Park; or you may prefer to simply drive east to the Silver Sands Outlet Mall in Destin for a great shopping experience. “Neely's Place” offers many of the comforts of home; Whole House Air, Cable TV, Internet and more! Exterior of home is equipped with a Ring Doorbell and two ring cameras for additional safety and security. The Master bedroom has a balcony from which you can enjoy a partial view of the Gulf. Sleep comfortably on a King memory foam mattress or just relax in a wooden rocker while viewing your favorite programs on the wall mounted, Smart flat screen TV. A Travel Pack and Play, which doubles as a bed for infants, is stored in the walk in master closet which has enough room to store all your clothes and luggage. BR 2 has One Queen Bed and a wall mounted Smart Flat Screen TV. BR 3 A Full size and a Twin size bed; Ample closet space in each room -Linens are provided for all bedrooms. -We encourage you to bring your own beach towels. -A one time set up of bath soap, toilet paper, paper towel, dishwasher soap, trash bag is provided. Try your hand at grilling on the Weber charcoal grill as you entertain and relax on the beautiful huge deck. Maybe you prefer to try your culinary skills inside in the well equipped kitchen which includes a Keurig coffee maker, a blender, and enough dishes, utensils, and pots & pans needed to make the perfect meal for your family. (Publix and Winn Dixie are 1.6 miles west). Children size dishes are available. Clean up is a breeze; just pop the dishes in the dishwasher and go. Oh yeah, did we mention that a Graco High Chair and a full size washer and dryer are provided free of charge? For added convenience, a beach cart is provided to help you tote your belongings to the beach. Two Bicycles are available so that you could enjoy a refreshing ride along Front Beach Road. There is a generous selection of board games and videos to enjoy during family time. Perhaps you prefer to Dolphin watch; we thought of that too; a pair of binoculars is provided. Just in case that is not enough, just review the activity board for suggested attractions and “Things to Do”. Doesn't it sound great not have to drag along your own High Chair and Play Pack? COVID-19 Alert! This has always been our practice but due to recent concerns please know, after each Guest checks out, we thoroughly clean and sanitize every surface with disinfectant in the following manner... *Clean and disinfect counter tops, sink faucet and handles, refrigerator handles, and cutting boards. *Wash dishcloths, towels and all linens. *Empty bathroom wastebaskets. Remove garbage. Change all bags. Spritz containers with sanitizing spray. *Clean and sanitize the bathroom sink and shower/tub, faucet and handles. *Floors are vacuumed, mopped, and disinfected. For added protection there is a bottle of alcohol sanitizing spray under each sink to wipe away germs from bath and kitchen surfaces. -Unit sleeps 8 -Non smoking -No parties or events -Guests must be 25+
