We love this place! This was our second stay at Jim and Tom’s condo, so that should should tell you something. The location is perfect, which includes the neighborhood, the neighbors, and it’s on the water. The condo is the perfect size for two people. Modern decor with an upgrade on the bed. As always Jim and Tom were easy to contact and responded quickly. We hope to book again next year.

We had a great time at this property. The owners were available any time we had a question and the apartment had everything we needed. From the photos it isn’t obvious that the bathroom with the cute porthole isn’t on an outside wall so from within the privacy of the artment you can peak out and look at the view while showering. Just a cute place close to everything but quiet.

My partner and I spent a glorious week in this meticulously designed, bright, beautiful condo! Cozy, comfortable, modern, clean and quiet, with a beautifully stocked kitchen and an AMAZING Murphy bed! Coffee on the deck each morning was simply heaven! One of my favorite stays in 15 years!

My stay here was great from start to finish! The location is excellent - in a great part of town, a short walk one direction to the center of town, and a short bike ride the other direction to the beach. And the water is literally right at your doorstep. There is a constant visual connection from inside the unit to the water, and a physical connection with the deck just outside the glass back doors. Inside the unit is appointed with everything you need in a beauitiful , efficient space. I highly recommend this property and these hosts.

This was our second visit to PTown, the first time was last summer. We loved it so much we couldn't wait to return. This time we wanted a more personal and private place to stay, and Jim and Tom's condo was that place. Their condo was everything they said and more. Being right on the water was our "must have," and their place was perfect! The condo was nicely decorated and it had plenty of space for my wife and I. The neighborhood and the neighbors were great, but in all honesty that can be said for all of Provincetown. Jim and Tom were easy to get in touch with and they were very accommodating with all my questions :-) We will definitely return!

This property is magical. The decor is beautiful and interesting, the kitchen is set up perfectly for cooking in and has all the things you need on hand! There is a couch bed that most would find comfortable if they prefer a firm sleep. Being that it’s a studio, and I think the place packs in everything for the size (perfectly spacious for 2). Jim and Tom were so kind, helpful and made sure everything was perfect for our stay. It’s a condo building, so the parking is tandem, just be aware of that and the rules provided and you won’t have an issue. The neighbors are sweet and helpful as well. Relish is next door and it’s an easy walk to the main area with restaurants, as well as beautiful walking or biking to beach, making it a quiet and convenient spot. Lastly, I will never get over the VIEWS and I feel like we hit the Jack pot being able to rent this place!!! I’ve been all over and I don’t think anything has compared to the magical scenery you will find from the deck or looking out from inside the space. You feel like you are floating on the water from your deck when tide is high and can easily step down from the deck and cool off. I can imagine the beauty all year round. I want to come back and we just left! Thank you guys so much. I highly recommend for all who want to come to Ptown to relax and adventure. ❤️❤️

This was an awesome place with the best hosts and it felt like community even without actually meeting them. The neighbors are also lovely. I wish I had stayed longer. I would come back in a heart beat!

The condo is located right on the water...the views of the harbor are breath taking. The place is clean and decorated very nicely and exactly as advertised. Tom and Jim were very responsive to all questions and concerns. My only suggestion is that the pull out couch needs to be replaced as it was very uncomfortable to sleep on. Jim stated that he was looking into other alternatives. I look forward to returning for many years to come.

This property is better than the pictures. You couldn’t ask for a better location in Ptown - in a quieter residential area, on the water yet close to everything! The owners gave us lots of great restaurant suggestions and they were all amazing. We enjoyed the neighbors too - very friendly and welcoming. It truly is a piece of paradise!

This is a really lovely apartment. It’s small, but super clean. It looked like it had just been renovated. We loved the view of the bay, and pretty much had the back deck all to ourselves because nobody was in the units on either side of us (early June). The foldout bed however wasn’t very comfortable in our opinion. It didn’t seem to have the memory foam listed in the overview. There is also a slight smell of mildew when you first walk in, though not one sign of it in this super clean place; must be an unavoidable side effect of living right on the water. Once the back slider was open, the lovely bay breeze refreshed the room. We loved watching the tide come in and out from the bed/couch. Great location! Walk to all the fun of P Town!

Everything one might need for a long weekend is found in miniature at this waterside condo. The decor is a tasteful 'stateroom' modern style. Views of the inner harbor and fantastic sunrises come with the unit. Special bonus: Relish is literally next door for your coffee and pastry needs!

Love staying at this quiet west end of PTown. It's small but very well equipped with all appliances and smart home technology. The view each morning can be seen from the pull out bed!! You can walk along the beach while sipping your morning cuppa. The hosts Tom and Jim are very responsive and gave details instructions about everything (such as wi-fi, etc). Note that there's no bed but the pull out is very good (firm just the way I like it). We will definitely stay here again. Kamie & Jeff

I stayed in this studio condo for four nights, end of March beginning of April 2018. Loved it! Tastefully decorated, a beautiful kitchen area with modern appliances and loads of counter space. You can definitely cook up your own meals here if you are so inclined. Make sure to review the user manual on the oven though before using it. It is not your run of the mill oven. The sofa/pull out bed were both very comfortable. Spacious bathroom with a fabulous shower...Didn't feel cramped at all. While the inside is just perfect, the deck overlooking the harbor and the views were magnificent. There are steps from the deck that lead right down to the beach. At high tide you can go down a few steps and dive right into the water. I very much enjoyed my stay and would absolutely stay here again.

The owners have created a beautiful and efficiently designed unit. It is extremely well decorated and the kitchen is creatively designed and very useable. The silverware, cookware, china and glassware are very high quality. I was very impressed with refrigerator, freezer and dishwasher. All being pullout drawers. The sofa bed was comfortable. The interior compliments the beautiful view of harbor that begins every day when you open the curtains. I greatly enjoyed my month there and highly recommend reserving it for your next trip to P'town!!!

My husband and I stayed in this cozy and stylish, moden studio over the 2016 Halloween weekend. The photos and description were absolutely true. The studio comes equipped with everything you need for a short stay. Gorgeous kitchen is well appointed and the design makes it easy to make a meal if you'd like. Perfect for breakfast or lunch with a friend. The bathroom is super cute. The porthole shower is quirky and very sexy. The towels were plush and the bathroom has heat when needed. The living area is also well designed and appointed. Great Bluetooth Bose stereo system, Large flat TV and WiFi worked very well. Outside there is a deck shared by others but it's big and the view is gorgeous. Stairs take you out to the bay beach. The West End is quiet and relaxing but all the action is truly close.

Nicely remodeled condo on the water. Amenities were 5 star plus!!!! Condo was immaculate. Pull-out bed was very comfortable. Owners were very attentive. We would rent again.

The property is a one room studio with a couch which also functions as the fold out bed. It is all in excellent new condition. Great galley kitchen. Great patio deck which is on the water. Great West End location. Can walk to everything.

The property is centrally located in the West End, near great shops and restaurants. The apartment also has direct access to the beach. Jim and Tom were very friendly and helpful. I've stayed in so many different places near Commercial Street and this was by far the nicest location. The room was beautiful, newly renovated with high end appliances, comfortable furniture and a fabulous shower with a porthole. Having the view of the bay and the water coming right up to the deck makes you feel like you're on a boat. With the sliding doors open you could hear the water at night and the ocean breeze. Even with the busy stream of people right outside the door on Commercial street, we were surprised how quiet and private it was. Tom and Jim were so helpful with any questions and were easily available by cell. Can't wait to return next summer.
