Nestled in Indian Rocks Beach, this attractive condo for R 3,408 per night is a great option for your next vacation. Welcome to our Beach Bungalow with Southern Charm! Nestled on a quiet CUL-DE-SAC, this townhome is beautifully decorated with a cozy, coastal vibe. Enjoy a semi-private beach access, as well as 10+ restaurants, coffee and ice cream shops, boat rentals, and a water park and brewery all within walking distance. Our home is perfect for couples and families. If you have children or an infant, you will especially appreciate the amenities we provide to make travel simpler for you. Stay in Indian Rocks Beach - voted #2 Romantic Getaway in the US by Coastal Living! Sand, sun, and fun is only a few clicks away! BTR #1641 Our cozy 2 bedroom, 2 bath townhome will welcome you right in! We have just recently made several updates throughout the house, including a newly renovated master bathroom and kitchen, for a nice, fresh look and feel. Every room has been decorated with little details to make you feel right at home at the beach. We put a lot of time into making it special for our family, as well as our guests. We love spending time as a family relaxing in our beach bungalow! The townhouse is three stories, including a garage, with stairs leading up to the main floor living area and guest bedroom and bath, with the master suite on the private, third level. The home is about 1,000 square feet. The kitchen is open to the dining and living areas with plenty of natural light throughout. We also have a private balcony off the master bedroom and a shared, semi-fenced yard and patio. Our home is equipped with plenty of toys and beach gear for kids! All beach gear stored in the garage is yours to use. You can park in the garage, as well as the two spaces in the driveway, for a total of three parking spaces. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook breakfast, lunch, and dinner during your getaway, including a dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, crock-pot, toaster, and more. We also have an outdoor grill. We have a private washer and dryer, iron, ironing board, hair dryers in each bathroom. Enjoy Smart TV and WI-FI. There is one TV in the living room and one in the master bedroom. The master bedroom upstairs has a king-sized bed, walk in closet, and private balcony. The master bathroom has just been renovated and features a shower and separate free-standing tub. The downstairs bedroom has a queen-size bed with two closets. One of the closets in the guest bedroom has toddler and baby toys, a changing pad, blankets, bibs, burp cloths, and toys. There is a portable crib, high chair, and gate for the stairs in the hall closet, as well. There is also a sleeper sofa in the living room. Our bungalow sleeps 6 comfortably. Our home has everything you need to make your stay comfortable. Sheets, bath towels, hair dryers, beach towels, coolers, beach chairs, boogie boards, umbrellas, and a beach cart are all provided for you. Make yourself at home! ****No pets or animals of any kind. We have a child with Bronchomalacia (similar symptoms to cystic fibrosis and asthma). We enjoyed our stay and the location can’t be beat! There were a few issues that should be addressed. We arrived to a full dishwasher of dishes to put away the cleaning team missed. There was no hand soap in master bathroom. Upstairs is a third floor but does not have its own sensor. Main floor stays cool (to the 72 degrees) you’re allowed to keep it at, but once bottom reaches 72 it shuts off because the thermostat reads that it’s 72. Downstairs is comfortable but upstairs was honestly a major issue and uncomfortable. There is a standing fan we kept on 100% of the time, along with the ceiling fan, and closed the curtains immediately upon arrival to try and combat the heat. Florida heat is brutal, we live and host here as well. The standing fan you can hardly feel even with your hand right in front of it and should be replaced. Black out curtains should be added rather than the decor style just for efficiency, and an easy solution to this problem is a smart thermostat where a sensor is located upstairs so that the air unit cools until both floors are at the set temperature.
I usually run colder but it was so hot I couldn’t use the master bath upstairs to get ready for photos and had to move my things downstairs, and our son kept waking up from any nap or sleep sweating even in just a diaper. My husband is never one to complain but really was uncomfortable and urged this to be left in the review unfortunately which I hate to do but hope it helps for future improvements

We had a great stay at this property! The house is very clean. Some beach rentals will have sand on the floors but this was not the case. I enjoyed the spacious master bath too; I didn't feel cramped with our toiletries, etc.
You are only a few short minutes to the beach, restaurants and the pharmacy for forgotten items. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Great Condo, Great Location
I stayed in this condo for 11 days and had my best friend with me for 5 of those days. The space was more than ample for the 2 of us. Fully stocked kitchen, plenty of linens, with the washer and dryer it was easy to throw a couple of loads in midway through my trip, very convenient. Location was great, beach access was just a short, 2 block walk to a very nice pedestrian only beach access, which means much less crowded than areas with public parking. About the same distance to several great restaurants, Crabby Bill’s, by far my favorite. Overall great place, would definitely stay again!

Great Experience!
We had a great time on this trip. My friend and I are educators, and were looking to get away for a few days on our spring break - this place was perfect! The space was clean and homey, located on a quiet residential street, with a close walk to the beach. There were plenty of things to explore within walking distance. The beach was beautiful - we were able to see dolphins, rays, and even a manatee during our short stay! Highly recommend, and would definitely stay again!

Fantastic Location, Very Clean
Our family of 4 loved our time at the Beach Bungalow. The host Ashley was very responsive to any questions we had and was a pleasure to deal with.
The location was down a quite side street and maybe 100ft to a local restaurant "Lulus" which is a great spot to stop for dinner or Happy hour. There were so many great spots to eat within walking distance that we never went back to the same spot twice. We wanted to try them all! The Beach Bungalow was only 1 block from the Beach access which led to a very quiet section of beach. We spent every day at the beach as it was so convenient. We managed to see rays, dolphins, and even a manatee during our stay.
The Bungalow itself is exactly as pictured. It came stocked with beach cart chairs, umbrellas and sand toys. The great beach themed décor and comfortable furnishings made us feel like we were truely on vacation. It was very clean throughout, and we loved the spa-like master bath.
We definitely recommend the Beach Bungalow and would absolutely stay there again.

This charming place does have everything you need to make it a home. Master bath is beautiful. Lulu's Oyster Bar is within a very short walk. And Crabby Bills is just around the corner.

Loved the Beach Bungalow and can't wait to return!
Perfect spot, perfect size, great amenities. There was just the two of us, but there was plenty of space to return with our teenage son. Two bathrooms, large master suite, great upstairs deck, beach toys to borrow and close to all our favorite sports: Crabby Bills, LuLu's, PJ's , Lighthouse Bakery to name a few. Beach within a block. Will definitely book again and go back as soon as we can.

Lovely Beach Bungalow
Ashley, I very much enjoyed my month in your condo! You were very attentive to the few problems we encountered. With guests of mine coming and going, it turned out to be a very active month, but your Condo was accommodating to all my guests. I loved being able to walk to dinner, ice cream or CVS to get that item we forgot. You provided all the items we needed to enjoy a day at the beach, just a block and a half away. Thank you for your hospitality, I would recommend it to any family needing a get away! KLJ

Cozy & Perfect for a Family Vacation!
We stayed at the lovely Beach Bungalow this past week as it was our first time to Indian Rocks Beach, Florida... and it was perfect!!!
The home is warm, welcoming, cozy, and fully stocked with everything you would need as a home away from home. Our family of 5 enjoyed cooking a few meals in the kitchen, playing games and watching tv in the living room, to soaking in that TUB! We all fought for a chance to take a bath in the Master Bathroom! haha
We loved how the home was within walking distance to the most beautiful, quaint, entrance to the ocean! Also within walking distance was plenty of restaurants, shops, ice cream parlors, and much more! - we would highly recommend the Kooky Coconut, one of our family favorites while we were in IRB.
We soaked up the sun and more family time then we have in a long time! We watched the sun set EVERY night over the ocean and saw dolphins swimming right in front of us as we swam! Our week in IRB felt magical!
Our family needed some major R&R and we could not have asked for a better place to stay then this sweet little home! This Beach Bungalow has as special place in our hearts and we can't wait to return!
