Lage in der Nähe des Omoniaplatzes mit viel Migration und Drogenabhängigen. Es ging davon aber keine Gefahr aus!

The breakfast could have been a lot better. The coffee tasted like warm water with a hint of Coffee, had to pay for an Americano instead.

The hotel is quite modern, stylish and clean. Breakfast offers a good range of options. Check-in was quick and efficient and reception staff were friendly and competent. Our room was large and comfortable, with a good sized spa and a balcony.

The surrounding area is a bit sleazy, with a number of apparently homeless people in the nearby streets.

The location, unfortunately I didn’t read the reviews prior to booking but there was alot of homeless on the streets, drug using and we felt quite unsafe. I wouldn’t recommend staying here if you have a family as it can be quite confronting what you see

The stuff are very kind and their hospitality is execellent. Facilities of the hotel are very good, the location is in the center of the city and close to the metro station.

Staff’s behavior was perfect. The breakfast was good enough.

The internet connection was very bad. Tv didn’t work good. The light were on during the night and it was a technical problem. But the worse thing was the zone ; full of junky's.

I wont comment on the location, we knew what to expect. We stayed at at the 4th floor suite with a jacuzzi . Very clean and spacious and quite room. the jacuzzi was big. bed and pillows comfy. in general everything was new, clean and aesthetically pleasing. the 100 year old elevator was a impressive!! Breakfast was ok. Standard variety and everything was tasty.....but again...the eggs were cold...

unfortunately, there was a problem with hot water that happened twice in a one day stay. the hot water stopped after a few seconds and you would freeze, so you had to turn on and off the faucet numerous times. We reported it at check out, and they said that they tried to address the issue but the problem keeps requiring. If this happened earlier in the evening, would be a total bummer .. Regarding the Christmas Eve dinner......Quite disappointing. We booked beforehand and it costed 29 euro per person. Although first to arrive, it was almost cold, and flavorless. Even the salad had just a drizzle of dressing and was dry. The menu did not include beverages, not even a glass of wine.
