We were able to have a lot of beach time, the beach in front of the condo was covered by a public life guard during the day, a plus. There was a night launch of SpaceX falcon 9 which was exciting to see from our balcony. This place was close to several restaurants and shopping. The place was clean and as described. There is construction going on so you need to be careful but it didn’t dampen the stay. I recommend this condo.

The bathrooms are in dire need of a thorough clean. The 7th floor was amazing to watch sunrises and sunsets, but we often had to be inside because the people below us smoked from morning until night, filling our balcony with cigarette smoke. We had a great view for the shuttle launch, though. Finally, the concrete work. If I had known there would be people working outside the building, I wouldn't have booked this location. It was loud.We couldn't have asked for a better location the beach and with a pool. The condo did have supplies needed for the kitchen. There were some towels- but we also left 4 more.

Very limited supplies unlike what was listed. Very few towels (both beach and bath), a few beach toys (most were broken) and umbrella was broken. Closet door was off the track which we fixed when we got there. Bathroom drawer was broken as well as the towel rack. Unit was clean and had plenty of cooking utensils and pans. We ended up staying during a time that construction was going on which made it unsettling when having to walk to and from the elevator. They were working on each floors concrete and had them held up with poles, we were on the 7th floor 😳. When we were in Cocoa Beach last year we stayed in a different until and will probably try to get that one again for next year, it had everything and plenty of supplies.

Unfortunately we had to leave early because of hurricane Ian. We left on Wednesday September 28. Are we able to get reimbursed for the last two days if our trip?

The place was very nice. It had been updated so i loved the decor. Overall, it was a pleasant stay. There were just a couple issues. One, they had ants in the kitchen. I have to deal with that at home during the summer and did not want to deal with it on vacation. The property manager was very nice and helpful. She came up and tried her best to deal with them. The second issue was the a/c unit. The sir worked but the thermostat on the wall was loose and the air would stop working and we would have to fidget with it to get it to come back on. I informed the property manager so she could tell the owner. Hopefully, they got it fixed for the other guests. Other than that, it was quiet, beautiful view especially of the launch pad. We were supposed to see the rocket launch, but weather kept delaying it but if your ever there when a launch is going off, you have a perfect view from the balcony. Also, the view from the king bedroom was beautiful! I could sit in bed and stare at the ocean. I do miss that view. Would i stay again? Yes i would.

Only issues we had with the location is the pool was only open from 10-5 and you basically got spoken to about doing anything other than floating. No balls in the pool, no diving, no jumping - I felt like a little kid who was in trouble for everything. The bed in the main bedroom seems to be broken, it squeaked loudly every time you moved and felt very sunken in.

We could see the ocean as well as the rocket launch which was the purpose of our visit. Cocoa Beach was nice and there were a lot of things to offer in the area. The unit itself was described as recently updated. Although it was difficult to see where these upgrades were. Several of the drawers were broken and nearly falling out (spare bathroom and kitchen), the dryer was very ineffecient (took over 2 hours to dry small loads of clothing), and there was sand everywhere when we arrived including on top of the comforter and in the sheets. So we had to rewash everything when we got there which took a very, very long time to due to the dryer. It was humid in the unit the whole time even with the AC unit running and so our bath and beach never dried. From talking to other owners in the unit this is a unit issue not a complex issue. The dryer and AC need to be upgraded. We had a very nice stay for what we paid for a last minute trip but without a few more upgrades to the unit it would not have been worth the full price asking. This isn't a major thing but and easy fix. There were only 1 or 2 plastic cups available. Even the adults were uneasy about having glass on the balcony and we had two older kids with us but would have preferred plastic wear. On a definite postitive note, the beds and bedding were SUPER comfortable!

We loved how close the property was to the beach, you also have private beach access which is great as the beach everywhere else is pretty busy. We had an overall great stay with a few hiccups. There was no dishwasher installed in the unit, both bathroom tubs were moldy and dirty. Everything else was great.

Everything about the stay was excellent from the communication from the owner, the accuracy of the description of the unit, the reservation process, the check-in details, the unit itself which was clean and stocked for a perfect home away from home, the walking distance to the beach with the gorgeous view from the balcony, the grounds, and check-out process. I have only positive things to say about the rental and appreciate the opportunity to use it during our vacation.

The location of this property was phenomenal. We were looking for a quiet spot on a beautiful beach and this was it. The rental and check in process was easy and everything was found to be just as described. A bit of updating to the dressers would be great as many in the guest room were unusable. Other than that, we were very pleased with our stay.
