The Beach Club is located on the beach, no busy street or boardwalk separating you from the beach. It has its own heated shower to rinse from beach, heated pool, Jacuzzi hot tub area with plenty of lounge chairs. Barbecue area with several gas grills and tables to enjoy fresh catch or steak in the spacious garden courtyard. This Resort style courtyard is a life saver to your vacation! Although weather is great in San Diego if a day/afternoon gets cool/windy you will be grateful you chose our property!!! About the Unit: This condo is a second floor unit that offers you a beautiful direct view of the ocean, park, pier, and picturesque Coronado Islands. Sleeps up to six people. Two bedrooms two full baths both with shower and tubs. Master has king bed, second room has queen and twin, front room has "L" shape couch and a high quality queen air bed (Preferred by past guests over fold out bed!).You'll relax to the soothing sound of the Pacific Ocean waves and fresh ocean air. Open concept kitchen/living room all with view of beach and Pacific Ocean! Modest private ocean view balcony. About the Area: Beach town with shops and restaurants within walking distance. Stroll on the beach head south or north as the beach is long for those looking for a private romantic scene. Walk out on the fishing pier and eat breakfast/lunch. Excellent fishing, swimming/surfing! Watch or participate! A 10 minute drive affords you easy access to the famous Island of Coronado and its golf course. 20 minutes takes you to the world famous San Diego Zoo, Sea World, San Diego Embarcadero, Seaport Village, Downtown San Diego's Gaslamp Quarter. Although our original listing was unavailable, we were given a very superior alternative which was very clean, modern, and with everything we could hope for. I highly recommend choosing Nataliya and Harold as hosts. The townhouse was spotless and conveniently located near grocery stores and restaurants. It was also an end unit with beautiful views of a wildlife sanctuary just outside the door with walking trails that went on for miles. A very enjoyable vacation!

condo was clean and comfortable. owner was very responsive. The beach views were beautiful. It was what was advertised and helped make our visit great. It was disappointing that the ocean water quality is bad in this area. That is not the fault of the owner or a problem with the condo itself. We enjoyed great restaurants in the area. Area seemed safe on our walks, but we also appreciated the secure building the condo is in.

The condo was great for what we needed. Although we traveled to go to a concert Saturday night, that canceled at the last minute. We still enjoyed ourtime at the condo. It's located right on the beach, and close to attractions. Thanks for a wonderful spot to vacation!!!!

Very nice condo. The owners were very supportive and responsive and were in constant communication with us which was great. Our disappointments had to do with imperial beach itself. It’s definitely gone down hill since pre-covid days. The raw sewage in the ocean was a major bummer too.

Communication from Harold and Nataliya was fantastic and they even met us when we arrived to make sure ever was perfect. Unit is very clean and has everything we needed. Close to everything so we could walk everywhere.

20 minutes to San Diego main attractions. Nice park/ neighborhood close to food, stores and restaurants. Owners are very accessible and attentive. Overall we were very satisfied with the accomidations

We loved staying at this property! Nataliya was in communication with us as soon as we checked in. The view of the ocean from the unit was our favorite part of this trip! The unit is well stocked with items, such as kitchen items, toiletries, laundry soap, beach accessories (towels, beach chairs). We will be back to stay here again soon!

Wonderful views. We enjoyed our stay here. We felt safe. We loved being near the pier being able to walk out of the complex and walk along the beach. The host was helpful and friendly.

Our family rented the condo when visiting with our son in the Navy. The condo was awesome and perfect for us. It is very clean and well maintained. It is very convenient to everything. Having a full kitchen meant we didn’t have to eat out for every meal. Harold and Natalyia were great and kept in touch with us throughout our stay to see if we needed anything. We truly enjoyed our vacation. We will definitely be renting from Harold and Natalyia again.

It would be good to have the garage opener also in the lock box to make it easier for checking in and out. Lots of extra trips to get the garage opener which other guests staying in other units did not have to do. Thanks so much for the unit and beautiful views!!!

Had a great time despite the weather. Condo was very nice and well equipped. Was a nice perk having everything you needed in the bathrooms! Did not need to pack all of the necessities. Beautiful view right on the ocean! Condo was chilly but the extra heaters and blankets helped out alot. Owners were responsive to our needs.
