Suite 313 is a third-floor suite with breathtaking views of Lake Charlevoix from both the living room and upstairs bedroom. The kitchenette is equipped with dishes and utensils ready for in-suite meals. The kitchen offers a dining table for two and two barstools for extra seating. The living room features a queen-size sofa sleeper, gas-log fireplace, and flat-screen TV. The sliding glass door opens to a private balcony that overlooks our private beach. Upstairs you will find an updated bathroom with a large walk-in shower, along with one bedroom featuring a king-size bed and flat-screen TV.

We decided last minute to getaway for a couple days to check out the Skybridge in Boyne. I found this condo less than 10 minutes away and it turned out to be just perfect for my husband and I to stay overnight! Comfy bed, clean, with a great view from the balcony. We were close enough to walk to a pub nearby for dinner (there were multiple nearby dining options!) and found both a coffee shop and bakery for breakfast, although the condo did have coffee available. The only downsides were the tv, which was a little small, and the very slippery rug in the kitchen. We will absolutely stay here again if we come back to this area!

We enjoyed our stay at the Water Street Inn- 4 of us came in for the Zoo-de-Mack 51 mile bike ride and enjoyed the events associated with the Morel Mushroom celebration as well. The unit was clean and comfortable with a beautiful view of Lake Charlevoix. The only challenge was the mattress on the pull-out-couch, so was grateful that there was a blow up mattress as a backup.

The Water Street Inn is the perfect spot to vacation. Beautiful location on Lake Charlevoix, Farmer's market on Saturday mornings, crepe bakery, restaurants, water sports, boat rentals, delicious fresh fish, all within walking distance of the Inn. Beautiful flowers everywhere. A guest for over 25 years.

We rented a condo so we could do some skiing at Boyne Mtn without paying the outrageous lodging prices at the Mtn. This place was great! Nicole even changed us to a condo that was more updated than the one we were booked for without us asking. We didn't know there was a difference. Condo 313 was clean, updated, and everything we needed to make the weekend great. We loved having a little kitchen to make breakfast and enjoy coffee before heading out for the day. It is conveniently located in Boyne City- walking distance to shops and restaurants for apres skiing enjoyment. Hope to return soon!!

We were so thankful to Nicole for getting us a room at the last minute, our place that we had planned to stay at was not ready, and after a few late evening calls, she came through with a great little condo for us to stay in for the night! We will be booking all of our northern michigan stays from now on, through her!

Overall, we had a very nice experience but there were a few little improvements that could easily be managed to make it even nicer...the top tray of the dishwasher sticks and is very hard to pull out; the lighting throughout is very dim; our bath towels were frayed; a full length mirror would have been nice; the shower floor creaks and the shower head wasn't very nice. We've stayed here in different condos many times -- this is the 1st times we really noticed any "wear n tear"/needed improvements. The bathroom was terribly small as well....a pocket door would at least make it feel roomier. The stairwell smelled musty on the main floor, while on the 2nd, the air freshener was overpowering. We will come back, but won't stay in 313 again.

We have mixed feelings about our lodging. You can't beat the views from the condo. The condo was clean but the amount of live spiders and webs outside by the doors, on the balcony and inside the bedroom windows was a bit much. Two were inside the condo. We had to take a broom around the windows and ceilings. My wife has a big fear of them. We did mention it to the front desk but they didn't offer any recommendations. The shower tub has a scary creek on the floor which someone might need to address at some point. The condo is overall nice and the decor as well. Just the spiders was the problem. We would recommend with some caution. I hope this gets addressed because everything else was great overall and we would like to come back but a bit nervous. Getting a better bug exterminator is suggested.

Beautiful view of Lake Charlevoix, property was very well cared for. Liked walking from Condo to Boyne City to enjoy the fine restraunts, Pubs, shops and not having to worry about driving. This is our first time back to Boyne in in 35 years and renew the memories and make new ones. We were delighted to vacation in Pure Michigan. The Staff at the Condo were OUTSTANDING.
