Nestled in La Verkin, this charming farm stay for R 2,726 per night is a great option for your next trip. This clean white home is located in a quiet farm neighborhood in LaVerkin, UT very close to all of the conveniences. The master bedroom has a king bed with a private bathroom with shower, tub and two sinks. The second bedroom is furnished with a queen bed and furniture. The third bedroom has queen bed and furnishings. All bedrooms have furniture, closets, alarm clocks, sheets, pillows, blankets etc. The second bathroom also has a full shower/bathtub. The living room has a lovely wood burning stove and clean new furnishings including a queen sleeper sofa. The kitchen is fully stocked with toaster, coffeemaker, utensils and all of the other necessities. We offer a full two-car garage with automatic opener to park your car and bikes. The home has central heat/air for perfect comfort. Enjoy our fresh peaches and pecans when in season. We love for you to eat as much as you like from our giant pioneer pecan trees and mature peach tree while relaxing in the shady back yard. We know you'll love it here!

This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home was in a very quiet neighborhood, only a few blocks away from a large grocery store, pharmacy, hardware store and gas station. The drive to Zion NP was about 30 minutes, a beautiful drive. The house has had some recent updates with a large, well stocked kitchen and new carpeting throughout, the living room furniture looked to be relatively new. Beds were comfortable, bathrooms were dated but clean.
In the VRBO description of the house it says Netflix is available, this is a little misleading, Netflix is only available if you have your own Netflix account.
While the interior of the home was clean and in good condition the exterior was in need of some attention.
I would recommend this property if your planning a stay in this area.

Jed's house was a right-turn away from the road to Zion..very convenient! House seemed recently renovated. Lovely kitchen and newer furniture throughout. Great set-up for more than one couple with 3 bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Great restaurant across the street for breakfast, lunch or quick dinners. If there had been a gas grill, we would have considered cooking an evening or two. I thought i left behind a bag with make-up and vsrious travel items, and Jed's wife kindly checked the house for it. Turned put it was stuffed in a backpack but Jed responded very quickly to my text about it. All in all, we were very comfortable at the house.

We (4 adults, 1 toddler) had a great stay when coming to the area for our vacation. The place was clean, tidy and felt right at home. Zion National Park was less than 30 minutes away and a direct shot from La Verkin.

Property was awesome. Better than advertised. Clean and provisioned. We have been visiting the area for the last ten years and LaVerkin was a great location for Zion, Kolob Terance, Cedar Breaks and the lakes west of Hurricane. Jed was great with prompt, helpful communications.

Everything was well done and the kitchen was well stocked. I wish the wood stove was still installed however the heating system did a great job. Perhaps a gas bbq would be a great addition. Thank you for sharing your wonderful house.

Feels bigger than it is!
The property lists a pretty modest total square feet. It is really well designed, because it feels like it is a lot bigger. All of the rooms are very spacious. As a bonus there is a pecan tree out back. During the right time of year you get a supply of fresh from the tree pecans! My one complaint has to do with the kitchen. The knives are dreadful. There is no sharpening stone or steal, so they barely cut. Other than that, the place is terrific. The owner's communication and responsiveness are second to none. Overall a great place to stay.

We our extra long weekend stay in La Verkin that was in close proximity to my scheduled race on Gooseberry Mesa and gave us plenty of time to explore Zion NP, too. This sweet little home is in a quite neighborhood not far of the main highway. There is trail access to the La Verkin Monument just down the street and our local favorite cafe, River Rock Roasting is right across the way. So much to do and see in the area and I would highly suggest making this your jumping off point for adventures. Communication with the owners was great and the house rule were well spelled out and identified. Bonus: the neighbors had a few baby pygmy goats for entertainment out back!

Great Zion Jump Off Stay
Tidy spacious 3 bedroom close to Zion with all the amenities of home. We our extra long weekend stay in La Verkin that was in close proximity to my scheduled race on Gooseberry Mesa and gave us plenty of time to explore Zion NP, too. This sweet little home is in a quite neighborhood not far of the main highway. There is trail access to the La Verkin Monument just down the street and our local favorite cafe, River Rock Roasting is right across the way. So much to do and see in the area and I would highly suggest making this your jumping off point for adventures. This house was stocked with everything we needed for a wonderful stay. Very clean and the bulletin board in the family room and the binder on the kitchen table had useful instructions.

I couldn't enough nice things about the owner of this property. He was so kind and good to with with. The bedrooms were so comfortable and the location is great if you are trying to do things in St George as well as go to Zions. Very peaceful location.

The house has everything your could need. There were lots of extra items (like plenty of spare pillows, blankets, charcoal, lighter fluid, laundry amenities, etc.). The refrigerator and cabinets were stocked with lots of goodies from previous travelers with a "take some, leave some" approach, that works well. The appliances are upgraded and modern and the combo Keurig coffee pot and individual pod brewer combo was awesome! They beds are comfy and nice. The location is right down the street from the Zion road and a major grocery store. The yard is well taken care of and very nice. We had a great time and would return for future trips. Thank you so much for everything!
