TV didn’t work

The apartment is amazing. Looks better than the picture, and the host is very friendly and helpful.

The location is very central to downtown Rijeka. The studio is well appointed and nicely done inside. The host is great and very helpful - no issues finding or checking in.

The street itself is not so nice and very limited street parking. No real windows - just the glass door into the studio but it faces directly onto the street.

The operator Zeljka is totally personable and helpful. Even if we didn't see each other in person, she was there with advice and action. Croatia is always worth a trip. Especially the small towns like Opatija or Malinska invite you to present your charm. Furthermore, you can also clearly put the city of Krk in the foreground. Strolling along the harbor or through the old town are enchanting. Kostrena beach in Rijeka is highly recommended. Definitely bring bathing shoes with you :). Many small bars for the little thirst and hunger in between.

Unfortunately, it has to be said that there are also not so nice corners in Rijeka. Sometimes it smelled very strong and dirty from time to time. But many big cities have this problem.

The apartment was modern and nicely equipped and decorated. Although we didn't, there is everything that you would need to cook a meal. We were even provided with a complimentary bottle of wine.

The neighbourhood is not the nicest. Although we had no problem, I feel that the stairs could be a bit dangerous!

Host was great, apartment was very nice. Exceptionally clean, with all the possible facilities you could need. Location is also great, with the city center being 10 minutes of walking distance from the apartment. Really satisfied with the trip.

Bathroom is a bit too small, with the shower being placed a bit too close to the toilet (not enough room). Also, there are so many light switches available through the apartment that it's sometimes difficult to turn off the correct lights :). However, it's nothing too bad.

Not so comfortable in general, it was cold downstairs and hot upstairs where was a sleeping bad, and also upstairs was a too ceiling

It’s a nicely done apartment, fully equipped, with washing machine and everything. The only thing missing is a teapot or bigger tea mugs, but we managed without ok🙂 we also got complementary wine, which was very nice. The apartment is located directly at street level and it is like walking into a shopping window. That unfortunately also means that there is no proper window, just big glass doors. That means that you either have privacy or daylight. At the same time, you can’t really use the doors to get fresh air in and you have to rely on a/c to cool the place and keep it fresh. If you are a person, who cannot be in air conditioned environment the whole night, this is not a place for you. That said, the a/c works very good. It’s not a place to stay the whole day indoors, for it it is too dark and cold, but if you are outdoors the whole day, it is a very nice accommodation.
