Located in Eden, this attractive house for R 11,604 per night is a great option for your next trip. Perfect for Family Reunions or Business Groups Beautiful private home with amazing views of Snowbasin, Nordic Valley, and Pineview Reservoir. This 8 bedroom home is ideal for big families or multiple couples. A private outdoor hot tub, game room, and theater room make this a fun place to make memories. The main living level includes a laundry room, an open kitchen/dining/living area with spacious cabinets, and a beautiful fireplace. The living room opens up to a large deck with a gas BBQ and incredible views. Two Master Suites are conveniently located on the main floor, with their own en-suite baths. The one master suite has its own 32 inch TV. A third bathroom is next to the study-which has a full-size Murphy bed. An attached three-car garage with storage opens to a convenient laundry area. The Upper level includes three bedrooms; one bedroom offering two full sized beds with a twin bunk above, and two additional rooms each with a queen-size bed. Also on this level, there are two full bathrooms, a queen Murphy bed that folds out of the wall, a game table, and a media center with a 40 inch TV. The lower level includes two bathrooms, an additonal laundry room, and three additional bedrooms. One offers two queens, one a queen bed, and the third has three twins. There is a second kitchen, dining table, pool table, table tennis, and a large theater room with recliners. Trapper's Ridge is a planned community of single-family homes just 15 minutes from Powder Mountain Resort. Snowbasin and Nordic Valley Ski Resorts are within a 25-minute drive. Pineview Reservoir, about a 15-minute drive, offers a sandy shore and a great place to enjoy lake activities. The community features a pool & a year-round hot tub overlooking Pineview Lake, Clubhouse with a fitness center, ping pong, and club room for private functions (the community pool is generally open Memorial Day to Labor Day). HOA rules only allow 8 guests to use the facilities (including the pool) at a time. There is a tennis court/pickleball and basketball practice area. The neighborhood trail connects to Wolf Creek’s network, offering about a 4-mile loop. Complimentary Wi-Fi is also available at the Clubhouse. The garage fits 3 cars with an additional 3 in the driveway. Additional parking spaces are located nearby. Per HOA rules, absolutely no parking on the street is allowed at any time (RVs and boats must be parked in the garage, not in the driveway). Please review additional HOA rules at trappersridgehoa.com; all guests are required to abide by the HOA rules during their stay. PLEASE NOTE: 1) The posted rates are for LODGING ONLY for the number of guests indicated on your inquiry with a maximum number of 22 occupants/guests at any time. No weddings, parties, or similar gatherings are allowed to be held in our home or on the premises. 2) We are part of a wonderful community that includes good neighbors and full-time residents. Our community is governed by an HOA, and all HOA rules are provided via the link above and are provided again prior to your arrival. All guests are required to abide by these rules throughout their entire stay. These rules include customary "quiet hours" from 10:00PM to 8:00AM, and all guests must follow these rules. We are a very safe community, coupled with security cameras on the outside of the home. We have stayed at other units in the same housing complex. They are all very large with many bedrooms and more than one kitchen in each house. This particular house was very nice and well equipped. Very comfortable. Communication with the property manager was excellent.

This house has a great layout for families. And a beautiful location. The only problem was that the huge west facing windows had no blinds or curtains. The afternoon sun was brutal. That’s why I only gave it 4 stars.

The house was perfect for our group of 14. There were plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms and lots of room to gather together. The house was clean, well stocked, had comfy beds, nice linens and was overall very nice. Summer was easy to communicate with and accommodating. Thank you.

Beautiful house in a very nice quiet neighborhood. It was everything we thought it would be. If anything, the photos on the site don't do it justice. Summer was excellent to work with. Beautiful mountains, close to so many things, just an awesome place. We would stay here again for sure. Highly recommend this house.

Wonderful huge home, we had 18 family and friends, everything you need, close (15) minutes to Powder Mountain ski area, tubing and snowmobiling, kitchens had everything you need, we cooked every night. This neighborhood has 30-50 deer and turkeys everywhere, we even had 2 moose 25’ from back door. I am booking this property for next February this week 👍

This property is fantastic and probably better than advertised. There was plenty of room for our whole party. The space allowed us to be able to get small children to bed and still have a game night with adults. The media room is unparalleled! We were able to watch Frozen more times than I care to count with little children snuggled up for quiet time.
Summer is excellent to work with and very responsive to any questions we had.
We drove in at night and were stunned at the beauty of the view. A number of people took advantage of the hot tub, which capitalized on the view.

Summer's home was amazing. Beautiful views from every floor. The kitchen was well equipped. There was plenty of space for the adults and teens to spread out but plenty to do together when we came together for game night, movie night, etc. We had 3 families (total of 6 adults and 7 teens) and their was plenty of extra rooms, bathrooms and overall space than we actually needed. Ogden, Powder Mountain and Snow Basin were easy drives within 15-30 minutes from the place, the streets are well maintained and plowed often in the winter. Summer was very communicative, friendly and personable. We will definitely rebook!

We celebrated my father's 80th birthday with my siblings and their spouses. The house was perfect. Everyone had his own bedroom and the house was big and roomy so we could spread out. The kitchen was well appointed and we cooked a few great meals together. We had fun in the hot tub and playing pickleball.
We have an imuno-compromised person in our group. It was wonderful for him to have a separate room and bathroom. The house was very clean and he and his wife were comfortable and at ease, enjoying family time without extra worry.

My wife especially appreciates a well kept and clean home. Like the rest of us, she especially appreciated this home and the cleaning crew that prepared it. The views, 2 decks, 8 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms very much fits our family needs (more than half being females wanting sufficient privacy and space). The Clubhouse and pool, along with the home's pool and tennis tables, 2 kitchens, theater room, and two extra gathering/family/game rooms provides special elbow space. Thanks for being able to use this great home!

Great for families!
This was our first time to Eden and it was beautiful! The house was clean and comfortable. It has everything to keep the teens and young ones happy and entertained. Only downside was you can only have 8 from your party in the pool areas at a time, even if they aren’t swimming. But we fully enjoyed our stay!

An issue with the AC was resolved the next day. Summer was easy to work with and very responsive. The bedrooms are large and have comfortable furnishings. The many bathrooms were a real blessing with our family group of eighteen. The kitchens are well stocked with cooking and serving utensils. We had six vehicles and had adequate parking in the garage and driveway. Our family really enjoyed the homes amenities and comforts. We had a great family reunion!

Fabulous home for a family reunion!
Twenty people, eight adults and twelve kids, from three one-year-olds to a 14-year-old, gathered at Big Piney in late June/early July. We had a fantastic time! The home is spacious, nicely decorated and uncluttered, very clean, and excellently appointed. On top of all the bedrooms and bathrooms and the variety of shared spaces, we really appreciated all the kitchen supplies, the boosters and pack ‘n plays, and the games/ping pong/pool table/theater room. The hot tub was a hit, too! The community pool, pickle ball/tennis court, and basketball court were close and used often, and we also enjoyed walking the trails. Hiking on ski resorts is very accessible, too, and we enjoyed that. Eden is a sweet, picturesque community, and it was great to have the Valley Market close by. We went sightseeing in Ogden one day and rented a boat on the Reservoir another, which were both hits. Proximity to the SLC airport and train station was good—not super close, but it was worth the hour drive to be in a quiet but not super-touristy area. We will definitely consider coming back for another reunion! Thanks again to Summer for all of her help!

Big Piney in June
We had a fun, active stay in a beautiful home in a scenic mountain area. The house was spacious and well appointed-- superb for our 5 families. The area offered lots of enjoyable activities for both kids and adults -- mountain views were awesome. Summer (the property manager) was friendly and exceptionallly responsive. Overall: we felt wonderfully blessed!
