The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need on vacation! Plenty of counter space to cook meals with the family on stainless steel appliances! The master bedroom is located on the first floor with a king bed and private walk in shower bathroom. The two guest bedrooms are located upstairs and share a tub/shower combo. The loft area upstairs is a great place to relax and enjoy a movie. Make your way to the back patio and enjoy the Texas breeze with a nice cup of coffee! Bring your kayaks, fishing gear and beach gear and store them in the spacious 2 car garage. Great place to make new memories! CLEANING AND INSPECTION -We use disinfecting products that meet or exceed CDC performance standards. -Every property is stocked with bath towels & washcloths for the maximum occupancy of the property along with one hand towel per bathroom. -These complimentary amenities are provided in the property as a convenience until you can go shopping: hand/bath soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, and a sponge. -We inspect every property to make sure it is up to standard and ready for your family’s arrival. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION -A two-night minimum stay is required. -Contracting guests of Padre Escapes must be 25 years of age or older. The guest must have a State Driver’s License or other acceptable ID. -PET-FRIENDLY PROPERTY: MAXIMUM OF TWO PETS/WEIGHT RESTRICTION OF 25LBS OR LESS AND CAN NOT EXCEED 20" IN HEIGHT. There is a $100 per pet fee for all stays 7 days or less, $200 for stays of 8-29 days and $300 for stays of 30 days or greater. In addition there is also a pet-cleaning fee of $50 for stays of 7 days or less, $75 for stays of 8-29 days and $100 for stays of 30+ days. I never write reviews. However, thought I would as this place deserves it. My family and I have been going to north padre at least once or more every year for ten years. We’ve stayed many places. This was the best, and we’ve stayed at this same complex before too. Clean, well furnished, comfortable beds, hose spigot outside unit (if you know you know how important that is) Wi-Fi, everything works including TVs, washer/dryer etc etc. The unit has been remodeled and done well, not just lipstick on a pig like many. I own a handyman business and I can’t stand all the mediocre “upgrades” and broken, non functioning stuff, it drives me crazy, there was none of that here! If I had to point out a negative would be parking spaces are tight (we drive a full-size truck for our beach time) but really not a big deal if you’re a decent driver and there are plenty of available spots including tons of visitors parking. Pool is one of the best on the island, proximity to beach is great. We have one other place we’ve been at multiple times, this unit is now top of the list for our next visit!

I sent photos to management but have not heard anything back. We could not cook in the kitchen due to millions of ants, I pulled out the stove to see where the ant were coming from and there was plenty of old crumbs nor were we able to enjoy the patio due to the millions of ants. Please hire an exterminator for your next vacationers. Very disappointed. The road construction was horrible. Other than that the condo was nice.

Perfect place as advertised, only downside is we all got attacked by ants in the kitchen! They were attracted to the trash can inside and we couldn’t get rid of them so we had to learn to coexist for the weekend.

The property was very clean and spacious,had all the cooking equipment needed to make your meals, parking in the garage was definitely a plus, although the time spent on the Island was not beach weather friendly…very cold! We made due with going to the near by beach shops and restaurants. Will definitely will stay here again hopefully weather will be more beach weather friendly.

It was very easy to check in. I did not like that you could not check in until 4 pm but then have to check out by 11 am. The bathroom shower for the main room was not clean. It appeared that they have not cleaned it in some time as because the glass had build up of hard water and there was what appeared to be mold along the bottom and in the corners. Other than that the other areas of the house were very clean.

We stayed at this location for a month. During our stay there was some cold days but some very nice warm days. The pool was open but it was very dirty not clean during our stay to enjoy the pool. When asked if the pool was open they informed us it was. I know they discovered a leak in the pool but that was toward the end of stay. So no excuse for the pool to be unusable earlier in the month. They also had to have access to our condo twice during our stay I felt like this routine things could have been done before or after our check in. The condo was well equipped with very thing needed. This condo had ample room for our visiting grown children.

The stay was nice aside from a few issues upon arrival. This unit has clean sheet guarantees, however, when I pulled down master bedding, there was a woman’s acrylic nail under the covers. Upon arrival, the upstairs restroom smelled strongly of fish and the rest of the unit smelled stale. We had to go out and buy room deodorizers. Once the smell issue was fixed, the stay was enjoyable.

First things first, the customer service over the phone was great. I thought I had rented the condo for 3 nights, but I only rented it for 2 nights. I spoke with Amber and she was able to accommodate us for another night with no problems at all. The only problems with the condo were the shower downstairs has no water pressure at all. Also the living room ceiling fan does not keep the living room cool at all. But other than that the condo is roomy and set up very nice. Thanks again Amber for your great customer service.

We came for a girls trip with kids. This place was clean and had plenty of room for everyone to sleep and be comfortable. It had a great little patio with plenty of chairs and picnic table to enjoy the afternoons and mornings outside. We came to relax and enjoy the beach which was just a short drive away. The kids loved the pool and water features as well. Overall it was a great place to stay and I would absolutely stay again and recommend it to anyone else.

Wonderful getaway!
We stayed for 3 nights. This townhouse has a great layout for families/large groups. Quiet and cozy. The beds were really comforable. Would recommend!

The rental was easy process however the cleanliness was poor. Dishwasher smealt horrible not enough toilet paper for amount of guests and found rotted fruit in pantry causing a bad smell.

Amazing stay!
The property is exactly what the pictures look like online. It's perfect and we absolutely loved our stay there. I had a couple of questions prior to our stay and the staff was so polite and ready to help. We've stayed in these houses two years now and will definitely go back next year!
