Situated in North Redington Beach, this lovely condo for R 7,393 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. Gorgeous and luxurious condo on the 5th floor overlooking the beautiful beaches of Redington Shores and the crystal clear water of the Gulf Of Mexico. This 1500+ sf condo is completely tiled throughout with 3 over sized bedrooms, updated bathrooms and a beautiful kitchen with all of the necessities and extras you desire. From the minute you walk into this corner unit (with windows down the entire North side for lots of extra lighting during the day), you will be in awe. Take in those beachfront views from nearly the entire unit, the entrance, kitchen, dining room, living room, master suite, and large private balcony! The updated kitchen features stainless steel appliances with beautiful granite counter tops and backsplash, and all of the necessities you need to cook up your favorite meals and snacks for the whole family. Right off the kitchen, there is plenty of seating at the dining table and extra bar stool seating at the breakfast counter for a quick meal or drink. The spacious living room is perfect for your entire group to relax on the comfortable sofa and chairs while you watch the fabulous sunsets over the Gulf of Mexico or enjoy the 55" smart TV for those evenings relaxing at home after a long day at the beach and pool. There is a king sized bed in the master suite, with a flat screen tv, closet, and an adjoining updated bathroom with a tub/shower combo. This master bedroom also has access to the beachfront balcony and the beach views can be enjoyed throughout the master bedroom. Enjoy waking up to that incredible view and hear the waves from bed! The second bedroom also has a king sized bed with it's own flat screen TV, and the third bedroom is complete with 2 queen size beds, flat screen TV and a large closet, with access to the second adjoining updated bathroom. Both bathrooms are identical in style and layout, and feature double vanity sinks and a tub/shower combo. The large balcony overlooking the beachfront pool has plenty of seating for everyone to watch the dolphins swimming by- yes, this happens multiple times a day! Both the pool and hot tub are beachfront, and there is loads of seating around both for lounging in the sun, or enjoying a beach and poolside lunch in the shade of a tiki umbrella. There is even a shared grill area with a covered picnic tables. You can use our beach chairs and umbrella for your convenience. They also rent beach chairs and umbrellas, plus jet skis right behind this building. Talk about some family fun! This building is walking distance to some restaurants and shopping, and is close in proximity to Clearwater Beach Pier 60 and John's Pass Historic Fishing Village and Boardwalk. There are two assigned parking spot out front. Full size washer and dryer for your convenience, plus free WIFI in the unit. Please note: The facility does not allow parties or events. There is no smoking allowed inside the unit or on the balcony. Thank you in advance for adhering to the NO SMOKING rules. This unit is NOT pet friendly. Absolutely No Pets. For the safety of your children and in consideration of other guests, parents must always supervise their children. The unit is being offered as a self-catering accommodation. The unit is stocked with a starting supply. Should you run out of anything during your stay, you will need to provide your own supplies. There are only two assigned parking spots & passes for this unit. Any additional vehicles will need to find parking off property. This unit sleeps 8 people total (this number includes adults, children, and infants).

Wish the weather a little better, but overall we all had a great experience trying a new place. Location is perfect for a laid back relaxing time. The hustle is north and south of our stay, we visited both but enjoyed the quiet. The unit was perfect, clean, and setup for guests as if you were part of owners family. Everyone was flawless to work with, got in a little early which in today’s world was a pleasant surprise. Thanks to all. We’ll be back.

Very nice comfortable place on the gulf beach! We saw dolphins every morning when we got up! It was a clean very accessible place to stay with our kids with a pool and a hot tub as if the beach was not enough! Thank you!

We had a very relaxing vacation. The condo is very spacious, well decorated and very clean. The location is close to many restaurants and shops. The 3 bedrooms 2 with a king and 1 with 2 queens was perfect for our family of 6. The Doubletree Hotel is next door and has a restaurant and a walk up Tiki Bar. There are chairs, jet ski and paddleboard rentals directly in from of the condo. We can't wait to stay in the condo in the future.

I could not have asked for a better stay at this location. We traveled with our handicap daughter who's is in a wheelchair.. the beach access was the best we've ever had. The cleanliness of the condo was perfect. The rooms were large and exceeded our expectations. We will be back for sure!!

Well I waited and hoped that this would be resolved before I left my review. But it wasn't and won't be.
To start off with work was being done, painting, drilling and scrapping. I understand that they had had 2 Hurricanes to deal with along with regular maintenance.
That being said, They insist they sent an emial. 1st off it did not come thru the VRBO email, second I have searched and have not found it on my regular email. Drilling started at or before 9am, paint crews were on our balcony while we were still resting. Startling to say the least to my Mom. 1 day the noise was so great that we just left. This was going on all day long. This place is expensive, but we wanted the best for our Mom. The view is amazing, you pay for this and you don't want to leave. In all fairness they refunded $100 which is a joke considering the cost of this place. So I did mention to them that I felt that $250 would be satisfactory and that is a drop in the bucket considering the cost. So beware if you have an issue about getting a resolution. By the way I have stayed in Many VRBOs and have Never left a bad review. We sent actual recordings of the racket going on!

Lots of seating for dining and lounging. Loved the hot tub, beach walks and beautiful sunsets. So many delicious restaurants up and down Gulf Blvd. Pool was closed for painting while we were staying but it looked nice. Elevator was taken out by tropical storm for our entire stay so we stayed fit walking up 5 stories (might be a problem for those with young kids or mobility issues). Rental company was pleasant and timely in their responses to questions/concerns. Would stay again!

We loved the location to beach and ocean side since we wanted a balcony with a view. Condo was very nice. Our balcony was being repaired from previous storm. Got there Thursday and was told it would be done Friday. It was never done. The patio doors were all taped up with plastic so no view at all. They could of put in another location but no beach or ocean view that we planned for. They need better management & communication.

Overall we enjoyed our stay at Ram Sea #514. Check in was smooth as it only required a code to get in when your room was ready. There was only a touchpad code to get into the condo, this is convenient until the code stops working and you are locked out of the condo which happened to us late at night. My husband decided to walk down to the car with me to fetch something I left in the vehicle: we had just gotten back from a long day in Clearwater and had left our cell phones behind to charge, along with our wallets. When we came back to the room, the code no longer worked 😳. We were stranded. Thank God for one of the wonderful tenants who helped us out. We eventually found a number to the property manager who did come right away to let us in.. After all was said and done we were stranded for 3 hours. I would definitely recommend leaving a spare key for guests or have detailed instructions to make sure the inside latch is in the correct position. The reason we were locked out is because the latch on the inside of the door was just cocked slightly so that the door would not automatically unlock with code. We learned that this incident is the main reason why the other owners are hesitant to install these coded lock systems.
The unit could also use some new pots and pans. We cooked breakfast every day and the worn pans we had to work with were not the best. Also, there was no hot water in the bathroom shower off the master bedroom. There were only 2 of us so we just both used the other bathroom to shower

Location was great since several great eating establishments were within walking distance. Nice to have the Double Tree tiki bar right next door. Loved the brick patios with covered picnic tables. It was a great place to sit with some of the family that couldn't navigate steps to the water. We will definitely return.

We had a wonderful time in this condo. It was very nice and clean, even the air vents were clean. The beachfront location did not disappoint. The corner balcony isn't really a bonus feature because the building right next to the condo sits closer to the beach and blocks any extra views. The AC worked well and kept the condo cool. The rooms were very spacious and there were plenty of hooks, hangers and storage. The kitchen was well stocked for our needs, we did not really cook any full meals. We all agreed we would stay there again when we go back to that area.

The property was perfect for seven us. The condo was clean and well stocked. Easy walk to the beach. There are beach lounge chairs/umbrella's for rent on the beach. I rented for the entire week, they were set up and they even move the umbrella as the sun moves throughout the day. This really made our stay the best as the chairs/umbrella's in the unit were beat. Easy walk to many locations including Dunkin Donuts. The Burrito Social across the street was a great place to eat/drink. Parking was never a problem. The only downside was the pool was open until 11pm. Pretty noisy up to that point each night. I would suggest 10pm is plenty.

This place had a great view of the beach. We could even see dolphin and manatee swimming out in the ocean. We went on the first week of July and the beach wasn't all that crowded considering. It made for the perfect laid back vacation we were looking for. There's also plenty of things to do for a family within a 15 minute drive. The unit itself had a nicely stocked kitchen, lots of things to take to the beach including chairs, unbrellas, and a wakeboard and board games and books to select from. The hotel just next door has a restuarant/ bar you can walk up to on the beach which was also really convient on our last night there. I would definitely stay here again should it be available on future visits.
