Perfect!

I made a mistake with my booking and the staff was so helpful and managed it perfectly. They also were very helpful in booking transportation to and for our further travels. Also the view and the beds were great! The food is very good and the beers are local and on draft. Thank you Earth Lodge!

Nothing really. It’s a steep descend to get down there and up, but its because its on a hill.

Dépaysement garanti ! La vue au réveil, quel bonheur ! Nous nous sommes levés à 6h exprès pour voir le lever de soleil, c'était magique. L'hébergement était top, le minimum que vous ayez besoin pour passer un bon moment ! Les Repas, un peu cher, mais étaient corrects.

Tout était parfait. Pour ce qui ne sont pas sportifs, attention à l'accès à l'hébergement, il faut s'accrocher 😁 Un uber nous a amené jusqu'à la fin de la route accessible en voiture (route un peu chaotique), et ensuite un bon 5-10' à pieds en fonction de votre condition physique et bagages.

Amazing location: it looks way better than the photo's do. They also did some remodeling in the cabins, which is nice. They just switched owners and were closed for some days before we came, so it was a bit quiet (in a positive way!).

Relatively seen, it's more expensive to different places (but hey, it's a remote location so its not that weird ;) )

Very friendly staff. Super helpful. Comfortable bed in tent. Nice restaurant with marked vegan options. The view is amazing!

Was surpriced to experience they had a dj saturday, which was loud. Maybe check in advance if you are going here for the peace and quiet. No charging in the tent.

The view is stunning and you can explore the grounds through guided tours.

It’s a mission to get to and you need the shuttle to commute to the town. The hike down is okay, but back up it’s tough. If you’re doing the volcano hike, this is a good test of your physical fitness.

An unforgettable stay that overdelivered on all fronts!

The grounds were so unique - a true experience that delivered on everything from views to food to facilities (yoga, sauna, etc). The staff was incredible!

The bedding could be a bit more comfortable (the beds themselves)! Otherwise, truly, I have to think hard about what I didn't like there - it was so incredible.

Amazing view on Antigua and it's volcanoes.

We loved about everything about this place: the view, our bungalow (with separate bathroom and hot water), the playground, the fire place, the food, the staff and the people...

We had trouble with the pick-up from Antigua to El Hato, not being able to leave our luggage at the point of pick-up. Pretty inconvenient: we had to pay a place across the street to leave our bags for the afternoon.

These pictures don't do the place Justice. It was amazing the view it self waking up to that was 10 stars . The food was delicious on site. The staff were so helpful and friendly.we did a yoga session was amazing . 100percent recommend.

A great get away!

This is a beautiful location. I loved the property, the tree house cabin and the staff. Great food, yoga classes in the mornings and lots of places to hang out. I was traveling on my own and felt safe at Earth Lodge. It was a great place to stay upon arriving in Guatemala.

It's a bit of a jaunt out of Antigua. Not far, like 15 minutes, but felt pretty removed. It's not that I minded this, but if you want to explore the city or go anywhere, you're not really close to anything.

We loved it . Perfect for resting and great for wellness. I would recommend it to everybody.

Pet friendly nature quietness staff temazcal view was amazing. We love it . We even thought about applying for the couple job. We re learning and writing about reviews and projects that have a different perspective. Thanks , And we re definitely comin back.

May be food could be a little bit more Alive but I it’s good quality love food most of it organic and handmade. Mmm chocolate. I saw some worker may be spraying something on the avocado fields. Want to think is organic.

Lovely & relaxing stay outside Antigua

Absolutely stunning Lodge in the hills outside Antigua! We came with our 2yo for a few days of relaxation from our trip and loved everything about our stay at Earth Lodge! Lovely little huts strewn across an avocado farm, beautiful views of the volcanoes and surroundings. We loved the bathroom in our 2nd hut, El Sueco! Food is amazing, we love that you can order breakfast anytime of the day. Very well-led yoga classes in the morning (fees apply). Staff/Volunteers are all very welcoming and helpful with any questions or special wishes you may have. Our 2yo specially loved the playground and football field!! Yummy daily dinner menu.

Amazing place!

The property is simply a gem. From the cute tiny rooms nestled in a lush forest, to the spectacular views of the 3 vulcanos surrounding Antigua, and the lovely dogs. The food is ok although there is not much variety. Overall the atmosphere is amazing. I could have stayed for an entire week. Great value for money

Almost everything perfect!

We did like the location and the view at the property but everyone comes to Earth Lodge for that so it’s nothing new! Delicious cocktails and some good food. The fact that none was walking at our property as it was private. Neutral: WiFi did not work in our house but we expected that. It only worked in common area.

I did not like the fact that the bathroom was outside and had no glass in the window or any good door to close it. I know that in Earth Lodge, it is all about nature but I did not feel safe as a woman in the bathroom. None that it was any dangerous there! Probably just my imagination but it made me feel uncomfortable.

Great stay

We stayed at Earth Lodge for 3 nights and loved it. The views are amazing and the food is great. The room we had was clean and comfortable. It’s a great place to relax for a few days, although it’s also possible to get transport into Antigua if you want to.

It wasn’t an issue for us, but be warned the walk down to the property is long and steep.
