Beautiful single-family home on corner lot 2 blocks to ocean. Three story home with open plan, light granite counter-tops,. Step to the entrance welcomes you to 2 bedrooms on your right and a full bath in First Floor. The second floor offers a beautiful great living/family room, open fully equipped kitchen for your family and friends gathering, also have beautiful half bath and a balcony to enjoy beautiful Florida weather. Third floor have a large master bedroom and private balcony for morning breeze with coffee, spacious master bath, glass shower, and a walk-in closet. Plus, additional bedroom on 3rd floor with private bathroom and spacious closet. Outside enjoy enclosed yard with an incredible outdoor area and a shower for cleaning off the sand. Enjoy the ocean breezes from your 2nd and 3rd floor balconies. South Jacksonville Beach - enjoys easy beach access as well as convenience to beach dining, shopping. Close to St. Johns Town Center, Sawgrass, Mayo Clinic. Main two bedrooms are located on the 3rd floor. The one facing North & East with the balcony has a King Size bed with its own full bathroom ( Shower and tub). Another 3rd floor bedroom with its own full bath has a Queen size bed. The 1st Floor has 2 bedrooms sharing one full bathroom, one has a queen size bed and the other has a bunk bed containing 2 double beds and one trundle. Kitchen, Living and dining rooms are located on the 2nd floor and have a half bath on the 2nd floor.

Stayed at property from 12/31/23 - 1/14/23. Host was very responsive and easy to contact. Karen is great. Home location had easy access to beaches, stores, and restaurants. living area great for gathering and eating. Property needs some attention. Walls are dirty and entire interior home needs painting. Ceiling on 2nd floor had stain which came down the wall over sliding glass window. MB shower had some mildew and some of the ceiling had fallen down. 1st floor bath shower curtain rod is rusted, MB sinks drained very poorly, and outdoor patio furniture cushions on 2nd and 3rd floor in poor condition. Overall, the property needs some attention to detail.

This is our third summer week in Jacksonville beach and our best yet. The house was roomy, clean and comfortable while Karen, the owner, was friendly and quick to respond to texts. The location was great: two short blocks from a wonderful beach while the immediate neighborhood included a Publix, a Trader Joe's and a Whole Foods which made cooking and assembling great food easy. Also nearby is a Target store for everything else. We will return next year!

A wonderful property just a short stroll from the beach. The home had everything you could/want need for your stay. We liked it so much we extended our one week for an extra three days. The owner/manager could not have been more accommodating. We'll definitely stay again the next time were in Jax Beach.

We stayed for Easter weekend with another couple and our grown children and the house was perfect for us! It’s roomy and comfortable. Having another bedroom with its own bath was a plus. Also the fenced yard was perfect for our dog. Just a two block walk over to the beach too.

Having stayed there 1 year ago, my family felt that the cleanliness was not the same. Debris including a dog bone was found under living room couch, hair in bathroom, air filter in living room ceiling needed changing . Living room rug should be cleaned or replaced. Furniture is attractive and sturdy, well appointed, house is close to beach, plenty of beach chairs, extra refrigerator came in handy, etc.Family has had 2 nice vacation weeks in Blue Breeze. Karen is a joy to deal with.

Great Stay!
Very friendly and communicative owner. Pet-friendly - there were even dog water and food bowls kept in the pantry. Check in and out were easy and straightforward. Overall, a wonderful stay! Thanks Karen!

Perfect Vacation Home
This is a perfect home for a group of 8. Lots of space, seating and dining. It’s well equipped too. Short walk to the beach and lots of beach chairs and toys. You won’t regret your decision if you rent this home!

The Blue Breeze had everything we needed for the perfect spring break vacation. The house was clean and beautiful with lots of paper products. We loved using the Tommy Bahama beach chairs. The walk to the beach was super easy. The walk to Whole Foods, also super easy. The house is located in a great spot. Thank you to Karen for making sure we were happy and had everything we needed. We would definitely rent this house again!

This home was perfect for our multi-family trip (6 adults, 4 children). The proximity to the beach was amazing for getting the most out of the trip (no search for parking, really spacious non-busy part of the beach, could walk to and from with the beach toys and boogie boards and use the outside shower to make sure we didn't track in sand). The rooms are beautiful and spacious, nice family area with huge dining table so we could spend time together. The place was clean and I appreciated the info and welcome gift (charcuterie) left for our arrival! This place had everything we were hoping for.

This house was the perfect layout for our family, plenty of space, privacy for each couple, a great dining room table for Christmas dinner & games, fenced in yard for a dog. Very clean, We’ll stocked & setup. We loved that the light switches were labeled! I’d love to return.

Loved this house and its location. As with all open floor plans, if more than a few people utilize the common areas (living room, kitchen, dining room), noise will be a factor to consider. For us, three adults, it was perfect.

Wonderful week at the Blue Breeze
Our family (including our little 25 lb. dog) was thrilled to stay at the Blue Breeze home for our spring break vacation this year. We loved the house. It was very beautiful, just like the pictures. Everything was easy... with all that you need to cook in the kitchen and stocked with paper products, hand soap and Tommy Bahama beach chairs. What a great location too! Only a few minute walk to the beach and, in the opposite direction, a few minute walk to Another Broken Egg for breakfast or groceries at Whole Foods! Karen was an excellent host. We will definitely rent this house again!!!

Sunny Days at Jax Beach
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Blue Breeze House. The pictures were accurate, the house was clean, and bright and cheerfully furnished. The property manager, Karen, was easy to connect with, welcoming and responsive. 5 min walking distance to the beach, several good restaurant options and a Whole Foods grocery. Loved it, and we'd stay there again.

Everyone in our group of 7 spoke highly and many have stayed in other VRBO properties and stated this was the best by far. Thanks for everything and making our stay great.

Beautiful house in peaceful neighborhood
What a wonderful house! Very clean, beautifully decorated and wonderful back yard. This house is in the perfect location if you are looking for peace and quiet. Super quiet neighborhood that is close to several restaurants, grocery stores and fun things to do. It’s only steps from a quiet beach and just over the Ponte Vedra Beach line. Absolutely loved this house. We would rent it again.

Our stay was fantastic! The house had everything that we needed. Many extra items that rental homes do not have such as extra toilet paper, paper towels and hand soap. The house also had plenty of beach chairs, beach towels and beach items such as boogie boards. The fenced in backyard was a god send for our dogs. It was perfect. We also enjoyed sitting the chairs backyard around the firepit toasting marshmallows, making smores and visiting with one another.
The only challenge with this property is the stairs. If you have someone who struggles with stairs, this isn't the place for you. For us, it was no problem and perfect for our stay.
We had such a great time that we opted to stay an extra night. The property manager was friendly, helpful, professional and extremely responsive. When we come back to Jax Beach, we will definitely see if this property is available again. We also will highly recommend it to others.

This house was everything we needed and more. With a group of 10, we had the room to hang out and spread out if necessary. The dining table was perfect for “family dinner” and the walk to the beach was effortless!

Great location in a very well decorated and comfortable house!
We have been to the Jax Beach area multiple times for our spring break trip as the area is convenient, away from crowds with plenty of restaurants and shopping. This is the first time we had rented a house in the area. This house was perfect for our extended family of 8, including two younger than 5. Two bedrooms and a bath on the ground floor and two bedrooms and two baths on the top floor and a spacious living area on the second floor. Everything was very comfortable, clean and well designed. The beaches were about 200 yards away and a boardwalk over the dunes was at the end of the street for easy access. The house had a balcony on the 2nd and 3rd floors with seating that allowed for a great place to relax. The fenced-in back yard was another great place we would gather at the end of the day with seating, fire pit and hammock all under the Palm trees.
Karen, the owner, was very helpful and informative on each step of the process and was able to help us move the date when our original plans landed in the middle of the virus shutdown.
Overall, our family rated this house as one of our favorites we have rented and definitely on our radar for our next trip to Jax Beach.

Will definitely be staying here again
We had an awesome time during our stay at the blue breeze house. The house was very clean and had more than enough room for our group of 10. The beach was only a few minute walk from the house and only a few minute drive to the boardwalk and all the shops. This house had everything we needed and the property owner was always available and more than accommodating! The master bedroom was VERY comfortable and made us never want to leave. This was the absolute BEST vacation home we have ever stayed in and will definitely be going back!
