Hi there. We had a bad experience with this place. They did not contact us to let us know address of the place ahead of time, I had to reach out. They then gave us the wrong address. We had cockroaches and bugs all over the kitchen and it was not clean. I then texted Chelly about this and she said someone would be out but no one did. The toilet was broken and she never sent someone out.

Will do again in future - daily if I could! Siesta Key is the place to be!

We just had a wonderful stay at the Sandcastle unit. Check in was very easy and communication with management was prompt. From the outside the house looks worn and the front yard could doesn’t have much “curb appeal” but the inside was nicely renovated and maintained, rooms were clean and tidy which is all that matters! Two of the three mattresses were comfortable and would recommend they look into replacing the third. The fourth room with the bunk was perfect for our little kids with little light bodies but would not be comfortable for an adult. There is actually a trundle bed under the bunk so our four older kids all slept in there happily. The kitchen was minimal, but when we discovered we were missing things we communicated to the property manager and they brought them quickly (like new cutting boards and a larger frying pan). The pool appears smaller at first glance but was plenty big for us to all enjoy, the kids loved it! It does get quite warm from being in the direct sun so just communicate with the manager for assistance with that. Having a working grill was wonderful, although it was small for our group it worked fine and we enjoyed grilled shrimp, chicken and burgers throughout our stay. We mostly ate dinners in the shaded area by the fire pit which although it was a common space we had it mostly to ourselves! There is even a basketball hoop that our kids played with. It was amazing being able to sit in the shady area and look out at the beach, so beautiful!

Exactly what we were looking for - steps from the beach & minutes from shops & restaurants. Very cute house & the pool was lovely.

Although this property is right on the beach everything about our stay at this house was miserable. The beds in every room were so uncomfortable we were forced to get blow up mattresses. The house is very out dated.. the description states flat screens in every room but they are over 10 year old 12in screens and one of the tvs didn’t even work. For the price it left us feeling taken advantage of. We paid x amount for the “cleaning service” yet we had to do all the cleaning ourselves. For the price we paid for the three days, we could’ve stayed at the Westin 20 minutes away, right on the beach, comfortable beds, and a clean room every day.

The location is outstanding. It is right on the beach and only a few minute walk to many shops and restaurants. The house was mostly perfect for our needs. The private pool and deck are awesome. The only issues we had were that the beds have plastic coverings on them which are noisy and uncomfortable when sleeping, and the check-in process wasn’t great. The day of the booking we hadn’t heard from anyone in months, and we had no check-in instructions. We eventually heard from the property manager who told us what we needed to do, but this could have been done proactively.
