Excellent location, lovely coasy hotel in a quiet part of Sliema.

Great location.Nice quiet area of Sliema.Easy to get to the harbor(8mins) and the beach(12mins). Comfortable beds. The room was cleaned and made up everyday.We stayed in the ground floor room, next to the reception, surprisingly quiet. Little fridge in the room to store some drinks and food. There is a communal well equipped kitchen with a big fridge.

Actually some minor things one can live with.

We really liked our stay there, the room was neither big nor small, just perfect for 2. Everyday there were croissants and coffee capsules for breakfast. The balcony is lovely, especially for when the sun goes down. Although we had a motorbike, it was not so far from the sliema ferries. Definitely recommend if you want something quiet and nice for your holidays!

As housekeeping services were daily, we could be happier if we would be provided with new towels.

Smallest room I've ever stayed. 71 steps to get there.

Location was excellent, terrace was beautiful, everything was super clean.

Room had a very strong smell and feeling of humidity, the clothes sometimes felt like wet. It was 71 steps to our room, which was not mentioned anywhere in the room's details (perhaps then I wouldn't book it due to personal health issues). Amenities mentioned like ironing machine and kettle for coffee or refrigerator where public, in a shared kitchen 50 steps below (it was practically not possible to enjoy a hot tea and relax in your room), although in the description it clearly said they are in the room. Smallest room I've ever stayed, I mean tiny, (in the description it said 139sq ft, I mean not even close..) with a single window. It felt muggy in there, couldn't enjoy rest inside the room. It didn't even have a small table/office to sit or read. Our room's door and window was next to the door of the very beautiful terrace but practically that meant that in the mornings we should have the curtains shut because there were usually people in the terrace. Also we woke up to their voices and speaking. Overall I wouldn't mind that much if the property's facilities etc were clearly explained and described and not prettified in the description.

Very Good Budget Stay - convenient location in Sliema.

Location was very good. In the Sliema neighbourhood not directly close to the noisy part of the district. The Guesthouse is well maintained, clean and the bed is confortable. There is a kitchen if you want to use it and also a small terrace.

The acoustics inside the guesthouse are not so good. You can hear all corridors, doors slaming, people talking from all floors. The most annoying thing was the weird loud noise coming from the water boiler (apparently) every few seconds, I think everytime someoned opened a faucet, flushed the toilet or had shower. I would also recommend to change the room keys by eletronic cards, much more convenient to carry and makes less noise when opening the door.

Close to bus stations, restaurants and points of interest

Cardboard walls, the neighbours were very loud. The window wasn’t properly sealed so it was pretty cold on the nights. The size of the room was very unpractical, no wardrobe or any space to store your belongings, you didn’t even have space to wash your teeth in the bathroom. They charge you a tax of 150€ for which they do not offer any proof of payment, we even had to call them because no one was there at check out and they told us that we have to believe them that they returned our deposit and there is no oter proof they have to offer us, and that we have to wait 2 days for the money to be returned.

- water pressure in the shower was nearly zero so it was impossible to take a shower.

A great place to stay with a superfriendly staff

Staff super friendly and helpful. The room was very clean. I much appreciated the availability of coffee and brioches in the morning, there is a large and furnished kitchen for all guests to use.

Exceptional

Unbelievable clean and beautiful apartment. Greatest location you can ever imagine. Very friendly staff. Amazing panoramic view from the terrace. The kitchen has all the facilities, includes big fridge, kettle, dishwasher and offers free coffee and croissant for the breakfast. By the way, I guess for the very first time the real is much better than the pics!

-very clean -friendly staff -very efficient communication -it was close to all the locations important to us -very nice terrace and kitchen -quiet location -good daily room service -very good wifi

-no soap in the bathroom, we had to buy our own -extremely thin walls -really small shower with no curtain, so there was water all over the place

You deserve better

It was clean Receptionist was nice

Tiny room You cant open fully door for the bathroom, Between bed and bathroom there was only very little space, Mattrece was small, When have room next to the kitchen so we can hear noises of cleaning leady every day 7 30( no holiday sleep and rest ) Also owner is totally not kind And the last but not the least- hotel owner take deposit against policy of booking (i had contact service and they did not know ) and ofc there is no prove of deposit had been taken so you basically give your money and hope for the best. Please take your money and do better

I liked the fact that it was very clean, quiet and the staff was very friendly.

The only thing that I didn't like was the fact that because the bathroom was outside the actual room it was very hot in there because it didn't have any aircondition or fan

Everything was perfect!!

Everything was perfect! The stuff very very nice, the room very beautiful and clean, every day our room was cleaned. The location was perfect, in a quiet area but very close to the main street, the ferry and the bus station. I truly recommend this accommodation!!

We had the room on top, near the common terrace with a beautiful view on Valetta. Everything was spotless, with staff cleaning the house and rooms every morning. There is no breakfast, but we could use coffee machine (with capsules) and croissants to get us going. The staff was super friendly and helpful and shared a PDF file with all must-see locations and restaurants/bars. The location is right in the middle of Sliema, so it only takes 5 to 10 minutes to the ferry service, beaches, bars and main walking streets. All in all, good value for money.

There is no elevator, so if you book the room on top, prepare for a bit of exercise

Excellent accommodation and starting point for sightseeing

The room and bathroom were very clean (they clean the rooms daily by default), good localization (close to bus stops and Valetta ferry within 10 min of walking distance). The staff is very nice and helpful, they asked themselves when was our return flight (which was late in the evening) and offered that we could leave our luggage at reception after checking out and collect it later. There was adapter for European socket plugs in the rooom but also a very clever solution that two wall bedside sockets have two integrated USB ports each, so smartphone charging was super easy. Common kitchen was well equipped. Efficient air conditioning in the room. Good Wi-Fi connection.

Great stay!

Great location, check-in was very easy, the facilities were wonderful! The rooms were super charming, the communal kitchen was very clean, and the rooftop was AMAZING. For the price, this place was great!

The shower drains might need a cleaning as the water wouldn't drain well and ended up making a mess in the bathroom. The cleaners did a good job cleaning it up.

Beautiful place, comfortable facilities. Ideal location 8 minute walk to the main shopping/food front. Shared kitchen on the first floor- with fridge/microwave and coffee machine - was very helpful to have a morning coffee and pop your water/fruit in fridge. Staff very welcoming and helpful, arranged taxis for us.
