Nestled in Pawleys Island, this attractive house for R 9,320 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. WEEKLY BOOKINGS ONLY DURING SUMMER SEASON. This oceanfront home on the south end of Pawleys Island features six bedrooms and five bathrooms. This is the first house on the south end that fronts both the ocean and the creek. The downstairs features fresh paint, new living room furniture, an open kitchen and dining area, and plenty of views of the ocean. Bedding accommodations are one king, three queens, three singles, one trundle (single). All queens are on the first floor. The second floor features one bedroom with three singles and the last bedroom features a day bed with trundle. Additional amenities Include seven TVs, three DVD players, wireless Internet, stereo, ceiling fans throughout the home, both screened and unscreened porches, new rocking chairs, outside shower, washer/dryer, and covered parking. This is the 1st time to come to Pawley’s this late in the year, we came to catch the grand kids on fall break. Had a chance to build several sand creatures. There was a cold front I’m told is very unusual but it was cold for day or two. The house has newly painted and upkeep is good as well. Also the neighbors!

Our guests for my son's wedding at the Chapel enjoyed everything about Hiller Villa: oceanfront screened porch & deck, view of the creek from large windows in dining area, huge sectional sofa, plenty of bedrooms & baths (which could use a little updating-esp 's not fancy but very clean and comfortable. Suzanne and staff at TideLife are the best to work with! We would stay again!

We were disappointed that there was no grill and the stove and oven were not in good shape. The stairs outside need work, and many small inside things need work—door knobs, light fixtures, etc. The house and screened-in porch need attention. The view was perfect, but the chairs could have been in better shape.

Hiller Villa is a wonderful house. It is large and comfy with plenty of room for the whole family. This house is nothing fancy, but definitely feels like home. We come back year after year. It has a reasonably well stocked kitchen, as well as televisions in every room. Beds are very comfy. You just can't beat the sound and view of the ocean at this house. Tidelife Vacation Rentals is absolutely the best place to work with on any rental. They actually care about their customers and if there is an issue, they are quick to respond and help. We highly recommend Hiller Villa and Tidelife.

We so enjoyed our family get-away at Hiller Villa! The house is in the perfect location, with creek and ocean views! The family room is suited for plenty of people, and the couch is the best! The back screened in porch is a wonderful place to enjoy morning coffee and afternoon drinks! The kitchen is well equipped. The bedrooms are comfortable and have plenty of closet space. Enjoyed all the family pictures and the framed history of the house. Loved our stay and will definitely be back!

The only other negative was that there was pet hair everywhere in the house, although it is listed as a “no pet” rental. Perhaps the owners have pets and had been there previously. But pet hair was in one of the beds and on the floors. Two of our family members are allergic to pet hair. The house just needs to be cleaned more carefully if pet hair is noticed. Our family enjoyed our week very much. We will likely be there next year, if available, if we can be assured of the lack of pet hair. We got over our disappointment of no creek access, although we would love to have a dock.

Beds are comfy, as is most everything. Tidelife Vacation Rentals is the best to work with. Whatever it is, whatever you need, they are on top of it. Highly recommend.

Such an incredible location and house. Was pleasantly surprised with the size and how much space it felt like we had. Can't beat walking right onto the beach. Would certainly recommend.

This is our 12 year staying at Hiller Viller ll, we feel like its our home away from home. Last year we went though a Hurricane in this house. After Covid it was so nice to see our families.

The house had a great layout and access to the beach. We were very disappointed at how dirty the house was. There was dog hair on the couches, carpets and beds. I spent the first day cleaning the house from top to bottom. Many of the outlets in the kitchen and living room don’t work. Sparks came out of one in the bedroom. I recommend an electrician be called out before it gets worse. The front load washer door is broken and mildew had built up. The upstairs shower won’t drain properly. Its in need of new toilet seats, silverware, pots and pans and utensils. Its a shame that this house has not been taken care of.

We are snow birds and loved staying in this beach front home from Jan thru March 2020. Comfy and the location is amazing. Tidelife is by far the best company to work with to find just what you need. We travel with our dogs so it's not always easy to find a great place that will allow them. Tidelife always comes through for us. This is our 3rd year renting with them.

We are snow birds so we stayed at Hiller Villa for 3 months over the winter. It is amazing to wake up to the sound and sight of the ocean. This house is perfect for us. Each bedroom has its own bathroom making it easy for our family to come and visit. The house is a typical beach house, dated but very comfortable. Being here has made us fall in love with Pawleys Island. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.
