We enjoyed our time in this beautiful home. Came with a few friends and our favourite spot was the porch in the front of the house (so cozy & we spent most of our time there. The backyard was beautiful and we enjoyed some yummies on the picnic table. We were in walking distance to town (4 minutes) and enjoyed the shops and the farmers market. We felt comfortable in this home away from home and we will be coming back!! Thanks Ann for everything! 😊

My partner and I really enjoyed our stay at Ann’s place. It was clean and close to the main square. Ann was prompt in responding to any questions we had, and we would stay at her place again the next time we’re in Goderich.

This property is exactly as described -- a century home with good upgrades in a great location for walking and exploring Goderich. Clean setting, comfortable beds. We really enjoyed the front porch!

We enjoyed Duncan house for the holiday season. It is well situated in the lovely town of Goderich where you can walk to a very good variety of shops and restaurants. The beach and boardwalk on Lake Huron are also just down the street. The house has historic charm and is very well cared for. We are grateful to our excellent hosts.

Duncan house was clean, well stocked and exactly what we were looking for. There are ceiling fans in the bedrooms and TV room. It is close to the beach and very close to the square. Ann was very nice and we were able to extend our stay a few days without hassle. Duncan house is on a busy road and you here the trucks going by.

This lovely roomy old house was a great place to stay for a family week at the beach. Very close to all amenities and everything you need at the house is provided. The owner answered all questions quickly. The only down side was the the house wasn't perfectly clean when we arrived.

We were thrilled to see the Christmas tree and outdoor lights lit up when we arrived. It was a nice added touch. The boiler heating system offered a warm hug when we walked in! Everything was amazing right from booking to the moment we left. This space was perfect for our large family and had everything we needed. . We hope to return soon!

If I could give 6 stars I would! If you are looking for the perfect getaway home this would be it. The Duncan home was quiet, spacious, fully equipped and extremely clean. Centrally located to shopping, the square and the beach. This beautifully decorated home was warm and inviting and we did not want to leave. They went above and beyond to make us feel like it was our home. Thank you for making our stay in Goderich perfect. We will be back, and we will stay longer. You do not get any better than this.

The rental process was very easy. All questions were answered immediately. The house is lovely and, for our purposes (a wedding) was perfectly located. Several family members came from different locations and we had a relaxing mini-reunion. Much better than multiple hotel rooms! My one small piece of feedback would be this: yes there are 2 very nice full bathrooms. But one of them is in the basement and that needs to be stated. Otherwise... perfect!

We had a lovely stay at Duncan House. We found everything we needed. There was lots of room for the 5 of us.

Great character home with plenty of space. We are 3 former work colleagues who each had our own room which was nice. We enjoyed breakfast and relaxing outdoors in the spacious garden in the afternoon, although the little chipmunk was a bit noisy.

The house is in the perfect location to walk to Courthouse Square which has numerous restaurants, bars and stores. Goderich itself is small enough that most places of interest are within walking distance of the property. We had everything we needed and spent most of our time sitting in the enclosed porch watching the world go by. I would recommend this property and may well return again in the future !

I loved the charm of the old building and its furnishings, as well as its location. Unfortunately I have mobility issues and the bathrooms are on the top floor and in the basement so that was a minor problem but I would still recommend this property without hesitation

This home had all the amenities we were looking for as a home away from home for Christmas. Lots of dishes and cooking equipment, and surprised how well stocked it was with wine glasses. We didn’t need to use the supply of acrylic glasses I brought along! A few champagne flutes would be lovely though ... 🤔. The oven is tiny but then who wants to spend your vacation entirely in the kitchen. With a bit of creative juggling, it suited our needs just fine. The slow cooker was a great backup. Lots of seating space around the dining room and oh ... the heated floor in the main bathroom was delightful! Ann, your house was simply delightful! We will be booking this place again!
