Nestled in Abersoch, this charming house for R 12,673 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. A beautifully renovated large period three storey, semi detached house with 7 bedrooms and stunning sea views in Abersoch village. Located in the picturesque, lively and 'Times Best Places to Live in Wales' village of Abersoch. The house is centrally located, 2 minutes walk from the village centre with all of it's bars, restaurants and boutique shops, and 5 minutes from the beach, yacht club and golf club. The house is self catering and comfortably sleeps and dines up to 15 people, it is available as a holiday rental all year round. The ground floor features a large open plan living, kitchen, dining space with separate utility room with cloakroom and a large hallway. There is a fully fitted kitchen (with boiling water tap) and large quartz island with 6 stools and 2 high chairs. And a lovely Aga wood burning stove. Island View has 7 bedrooms over two floors (1st & 2nd) including 2 King Rooms, 2 Doubles, a quad room (with bunks and twin beds), a Twin and a Single. Bookings have bed linen provided with the rental and from Jan 2023 towels are included. There are also 2 travel cots (under the bunk bed).

We had an amazing stay at island view the house is equipped with everything you need and in the best location. We’ve stayed in other houses in a large group before and always felt cramped but didn’t feel that at all at island view. We had plenty of space whilst still feeling all together. The kitchen/ lounge area is great for socialising and the huge dining table was amazing it’s not often you are able to all sit together to eat in a big party! We can’t wait to return!!!

Excellent location & perfect for large families or group of friends, has no outdoor space though. Situated on the corner of a road so a gate for safety would make it more child/dog friendly.

A week in the house with 4 generations of family, suited everyone. Only problem the grandparents couldn’t use the sofas as they were very soft and low down but apart from that perfect house and will definitely go again and great for the dogs too

Fab property. Well maintained with good facilities. Google homes in pretty much every room! Great location for town and beach. Well equipped. Great for a big group or a couple of families. We had 2 families and grandparents and plenty of space to be together or apart! Great communication from the owner. Highly recommended.

A short trip to Abersoch for Mothers Day weekend . Accommodation was perfect for the 14 of us , plenty of space for all ages . Only slight negative was that a couple of the double bed mattresses could have been more comfortable .

On arrival found one toilet in main bathroom not cleaned, the top floor needs some attention. The shower needs up grading and all the bathrooms need separate back lite shaving mirrors, as shaving was a bit hit and miss.

A fantastic house, well equipped and located in the middle of the town so shops, beaches and pubs all within a 5 minute walk. All rooms were lovely and good sizes. A spacious central living area, with a separate seating , and dining space. Would highly recommend this property for a larger group

Our large family had a great stay at this beautiful house. Abersoch is a lovely place to visit and we thoroughly enjoyed it. Location is excellent situated in the centre of the village with sea views. The house itself was large spacious yet comfy. Disappointed no towels provided but everything else was great.

We were so happy with this house, it is beautiful and everything was perfect from start to finish. A great property for our party of a family of mixed age ranges. The young ones loved having their own top floor. Communication with James was excellent. Thank you, we hope to be back soon!

A nice house with lots of cutlery and crockery, which was helpful with a group our size. It would have been nice to have more toilet rolls, dishwasher tablets and hand towels etc.. but everything else was great. Easy instructions to get into the property and nice and warm. Overall a lovely stay, thank you.

We had a great family weekend away to celebrate a special birthday! so much space fantastic location on the High Street and short walk to the beach. Very well equipped we weren't short of anything. Great communication from James and advice about local eateries etc. Highly recommended

We had a brilliant stay in this property. We were a group of friends attending a wedding in the area. This house meant we all had plenty of room to get ready and could all have a nice breakfast together at the large table tin the kitchen diner. The location also meant we could walk everywhere we needed to. its a shame we were not able to stay longer as it would have been nice to have spent some more time in the property.

The house and location ticked all the boxes. The house catered for everything that 3 families could need during their stay. The beach and restaurants are walking distance and the weather was fantastic. It’ll be nice to return once the covid restrictions lift to enjoy it even more. We all had a great time. Great communication from the host too - thank you!
