Fantastic house, beatiful location and very friendly personel ☺️

Quiet nice agricultural area at the edge of Puntagorda. Nice clean house, a lot stuff you need for cooking (you have to take with your everything, there is even no salt or pepper). Perfect for hiking in East-North areas. Very good place for stargazing (if you lay down). Visit Mercadillo during end of week to buy local produce. If you are about interesting dining experience, there is not far away restaurant Azul (only at weekend, you have to book) or El Berengal at St Domingo.

Messy arrival. The owner was far away: she doesn't provide exact location and google doesn't know the location. We have to call and show around to get instructions. It was most strange arrival: local lady showed us around, all shutters tightly closed with some electric bulbs lightening inside the house (while outside was sunny moment). It was cloudy and rainy week, ca one hour sunshine during day. There are radiators everywhere, but not working. There is no heating system, not even in the bathroom: it was very damp and chilly inside. We had to ask for small radiator to heat the bathroom. Otherwise you have to be ready to hunt around local shops for firewood (other tourists looking around for firewood as well) to heat the oven. We had one package every night (ca 4 eur) kept us warm. You have to collect small pieces of branches etc to lit up the fire as well. Use damp collector every day (inside house), buy dry matches. We didn't have any possibility to use outside dining area - it was too chilly, Be prepared to stay inside or up clouds - what is very interesting experience. We had already our sunny weeks before the Puntagorda stay, so we didn't bother. We didn't hear local people voices, but there are very noisy Germans living around house. Every day, especially during sunset we had possibility to "enjoy" their loud shouting.
