This was our 2nd year in a row staying in 11D. Very nice and clean, with everything you need! Cassandra is very easy to work with and responds quickly if you have a question. Looking forward to year 3!

This place was way bigger in person. The view from the living room was outstanding. We spent our mornings and evenings out there watching the waves. The host did not leave out any detail even labeling the light switches. Plenty of towels and supplies. The place is much bigger in person. And three full bathrooms was so helpful. The beds were very comfortable as well. I highly recommend jellyfish restaurant and the ice cream shop below. Lillian’s pizza was a hit with everyone as well. We would definitely go back. Thanks for a wonderful family time with grandparents.

We loved this beautiful condo with it's amazing balcony. Everything was easy and the owner sends a terrific list of local restaurants.

Property was amazing. We loved our stay at this condo, it was a perfect place for 6 women. Clean and beautifully decorated and amazing balcony with a gorgeous view. We sat out there for hours, may have been wrapped in blankets some of it but by the end of our stay mother nature cooperated and we enjoyed the sun. So calming to hear the ocean. Thanks

We found this property to be an excellent fit for our family! That said, I thought it may be helpful to provide a short list of pros and cons to consider to help determine if the property is a good fit or not for others: Pros * 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms were great for our family of 6 * Lots of towels and washclothes which was a pleasant surprise since that is so often not the case at rentals. Lots of beach towels too which helps with limited space in suitcases. * Couldn't ask for a better floor plan * Great beach and access to it * Clean and exactly as shown in pictures Cons * there are some good restaurants nearby but, otherwise, plan on a short drive to Orange Beach. Same for Walmart and Target...10-15 min drive. * no lifeguards at the beach * there is currently some exterior renovations in progress on the property. It mostly did not affect us but the nearest exterior pool was closed.

Everything was exactly as described and was a great place for a winter beach trip. The indoor pool was a huge bonus for our young kids.

This was a wonderful 3BR 3 BA unit that was spotlessly clean and super well-appointed. The owner had provided everything we could need for a wonderful stay. Owner was super responsive if contact was needed. The Gulf view was amazing both from the living space and the large patio. Would definitely recommend and would return. Thank you!!

This property was everything that it was advertised to be. Decor is awesome, the furniture is so comfortable and the views are out of this world. It was the most peaceful place I have stayed in Florida! I will definitely be back. Very clean. Property employees were most helpful!

The beach service was not organized. The attendants provided no service.

We had a great family beach trip. Property had a well equipped kitchen and was very clean. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. We have stayed at Beach Colony numerous times and every time has been enjoyable! This trip was no exception. Cassandra sent updates on property maintenance as she got them and gave us the option to change our plans (we didn't) due to the inconvenience. Only negative was the number of plug in air fresheners (I think I counted 10!). I had a migraine within 5 min of walking in from them. We were able to unplug them and open the balcony doors to air out the space and didn't have any further issues. Highly recommend!

I will start with the property here is beautiful. The issue we had is the owner did not tell us all the outdoor pools were closed for the week during spring break. We have a family of 5 and the pools are a HUGE part of why we planned this stay. After reaching out to her she claimed she had no idea they would be closed for the week. Major renovations were being done on the buildings and she absolutely had to be aware of this work being done (emails were sent to all owners, we confirmed this with the mgt company). If we had known this ahead of time we would have never booked this property. I asked for a partial refund and she offered us a lousy $180. After requesting more multiple times I finally gave in to this amount. She never ended up sending it and stopped responding to me. Long story short, do not do business with this owner, if you run into issues as we did, you will NOT get a penny back from her. Very disappointed in how she handled this and obviously would never rent from her again.

Lovely property on Perdido Key. Very quiet and clean. Check in a nd Chek out was as easy as it can be. Thank you Cassandra for sharing your place with us. It was an epic family vacation. We will look you up first when we return.

My family and I enjoyed our stay here! Right on the beach with easy access. Pools were available for rainy days, and the condo has a nice view from balcony!

This condo was perfect for our family. The owner was so kind and easy to chat with for questions. We will definitely be staying here again.

This condo is exactly as described in the ad on VRBO, and the owner does not leave any details lacking. It was one of the most well furnished condos we have ever rented through VRBO, We cook while staying in the condo, and they had every type of cooking utensils and dished that you ever need.. Extra towels, movies, books and large washer and dryer. And uou are RIGT ON THE BEACH. The only negative was parking, which is very limited. However, after a discussion with this owner, she seemed more concerned about minor details, and admitted that the check in at the guard gate was not as described. We left the unit immaculately clean, cleaned the glass windows, all dishes cleaned, and all towels in the washing machine as instructed. But the older owner next door complained about sand on the entry way. Which in fact, we are at THE BEACH, and when we brought up our chairs, naturally there was some sand near the entry to our unit, not his. And I went out and swept up the sand, once it was noticed. She became very critical about minor issues, as opposed to be grateful the way we maintained the condo. Therefore, we will not rent from her again.

This condo was just perfect for our family vacation to celebrate our 50th anniversary with our son, daughter-in-law and two grandkids! Everyone loved the pools, beach and relaxing on the balcony. The condo is so nice, very clean, well organized and accommodating. Cassandra was so kind and very responsive to any questions we had! We would definitely stay here again!!

We were very please with our stay! Two adults and four teenagers. Plenty of space for everyone to relax. The balcony and the balcony furniture were a treat every morning, while drinking coffee and enjoying the oceanfront location. The condo was very well maintained and very clean. Publix is a 4 minute drive! Good $$ restaurants within a 5 minute drive. If you're looking for a few higher end options ($$$ or $$$$), you'll have a 15-25 minute drive. However, this condo is definitely worth the trade. We will definitely stay again.

If you check in on a Saturday, you want get a parking pass by until Monday. We got a warning ticket from security. That was aggravating and tried getting ahold of owner with no reply. We went to dinner came back to condo was stopped by the guard wanting to know where parking pass was. Luckily he gave us the parking pass we needed. Not good response from owner.

We stayed at this very nice condo for a week in April. Wonderful location right on the beach. Cassandra was very responsive to all of our questions.

Cassandra’s condo was great for our family of five. It was really nice to have three full bathrooms. The view of the gulf from the balcony, kitchen nook & master bath is breathtaking! It is so fun to watch the dolphins swimming past! The elevators at Beach Colony are more efficient than other resorts we have stayed at. The location is wonderful for many of our favorite restaurants.

Had such a great stay. Very nice, very clean, and a really great location. Cassandra was super responsive, friendly, and accommodating. Will for sure be back!
