This fourth-floor condo offers a fantastic view of the ocean, as well as the property and pool! The spacious balcony has 2 lounge chairs perfect for watching the sunrise or dinner outside on the table with four chairs. Once inside you will find a spacious living room, great for relaxing after a day at the beach. In the dining room, there is a table with seating for 6, as well as counter seating for 2. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the cooking essentials as well as a griddle, Keurig, and other helpful tools to make a family meal. The primary bedroom has a king sized bed, private bathroom with a walk-in shower, and private balcony access. The guest bedroom has a queen and full bed, with a pocket door to the guest bathroom. There are two twin beds in the 3rd bedroom known as the “Crow’s Nest”. This unit is complete with a full-sized washer and dryer as well as high speed Wi-Fi. Please note: the owner of this condo is severely allergic to pet dander so this condo cannot accommodate service animals of any kind. However, we have many other condos that do accommodate service animals here at Colony Reef Club! All the condos are equipped with private WIFI and have TVs in the living room, master bedroom, and second bedroom. We provide initial toilet paper, trash bags, soap, and dishwasher powder. Guests are advised to bring supplementary items if needed. Take advantage of the recreational opportunities of this private gated community, including a large oceanfront pool, children's playground, two tennis courts with pickleball court lines, and a basketball hoop. Our indoor amenities include a heated pool, sauna, racquet ball court, and fitness center.
