The apartment was excellent, modern and well equipped. It had everything you could possibly want for your holiday. It had a great terrace with an amazing view of the sea. It's really close to beach. The host was super friendly and helpful. Definitely would recommend!!

Greta was very helpful and communication with her was easy . The apartment was fresh new nice clean with everything what you need. Nice big terrace around whole apartment, in the kitchen was fridge, freezer, microwave, coffee machine, kettle and all kitchenette available ,also towels were available and we could borrow the sun umbrellas and chairs for the beach. Maria Pia Beach was very close -approx.. 10 min walk from the apartment by foot. Apartment has a sea view. Also bus stop is 5 min from the apartment. And the beds are also very comfortable. The supermarket was only 20 min away by foot from apartment. We really enjoy our stay in the Milena Apartment

The apartment was very clean, modern and spacious and the host Greta was very helpful. There was a lovely large balcony with sun loungers. The location of the apartment was fantastic. Less than a 5 minute walk to the beautiful sandy Maria Pia beach.

A washing machine would be handy.

Great host, Greta was incredibly kind, always available, and very helpful. She went out of her way to help us with a number of logistical and practical questions, and is genuinely interested in making sure guests have a great time. Loved the modern feel of the apartment, large terrace, location right next to the beach, and the free use of bicycles to get around.

There were no laundry facilities on the premise (although we understand they were about to be installed).

Everything was perfect. Greta is really kind host she helped us with every question we had and you can borrow bicycles for free.

The Flat was brand new and the hosts very pleasant and helpful. Greta went to town get some extra things we needed for the kitchen and even very kindly drove us in for a lunch appointment when the bus failed to turn up. The bed was very comfortable, the balcony sunny, spacious and private. We walked , about 5 minutes, to the Maria Pia beach most days. We stayed for 16 days and loved it all. It was our 4th visit to Alghero and when we come back we would absolutely stay again with such nice people.

Nothing in the apartment but the drive back to Cagliari is tiresome. (If you live in UK to get to Alghero you have to face either ghastly Stansted or Luton. We chose to use BA from Gatwick but it means a 2.5 hour drive from Cagliari) Our choice.

The apartment was lovely, clean, all new and fresh. Lovely big balcony with chairs, sun beds . Staff were wonderful and the free use of the bicycles was great . Few minutes from beach which was great but not quite the sea view I was expecting

It wasn’t the property that was a problem but directly next to it is a new apartment block being built and it was literally within spitting distance from our balcony and I am disappointed that we were not informed about this when we booked as I wouldn’t have booked it . From 7.30 am it was noisy until they finished and I felt unable to use the balcony because if this and there was banging and shouting etc . I feel let down by booking.com for I feel they should have known about this and informed me when I was booking . Obviously that won’t be a problem once the block is completed but for us it was a nuisance

It was perfect! The host was very welcoming and helping, the appartment was very comfortable, well equipped and at about 400m from the beach.
