Beautiful hotel but needs maintenance

The property is really great, proper resort with so many amenities and the free flowing food. The bedrooms are super comfortable and clean, and I really enjoyed the spacious room we were given.

The bathrooms could be better, the shower was falling apart and the toilets didn't feel as clean.

Assez bien dans l'ensemble pour un séjour de 4 nuits.

Le buffet est assez varié ; la chambre spacieuse, le lit confortable et très grand, petit plus pour le frigo dans la chambre, nous avons eu de la chance car nous étions dans le riad n°1 donc assez proche de la piscine ainsi que du restaurant/bar. La piscine est très grande, même fraiche, très agréable et propre ! Les femmes de ménage et les agents d'entretien sont très souriants, polis et sympathiques !

Les travaux tôt le matin nous ont réveillé. Les chambres ne sont pas très bien insonorisées, nous entendions tous les bruits de l'extérieur comme si ils étaient dans notre chambre. Les animations sont très peu variées, de plus les enceintes sont inaudibles, la musique, le son trop fort. Je ne recommande pas les cocktails. Les transats au bord de la piscine sont, pour la plupart, cassés et inconfortables. Le buffet de 16h, à 16h15 il n'y a plus rien… Les horaires de retour de la navette sont à revoir.

le séjour fut plutôt agréable les chambres sont confortables et le buffet correct le personnel très sympa dans l'ensemble

piscine non chauffée transat état lamentable salle de fitness non entretenue une ou deux personnes à la réception très désagréable on peut récupérer les clés des chambres qu'à partir de 14h

An option away from the hassle of central Marrakech

Our 2 bedrooms were both large, well located and very clean, bathrooms also spacious. The pool area is very nice. It's not far from Marrakech and there are mini-buses several times a day. It has stunning view of the Atlas mountains.

Some parts of the hotel are in urgent need of repair, the room where they do the evening shows is like a wearhouse with old mismatched chairs and poor lighting, quite depressing. The food was repetitive, the plates, glasses and cups were often chipped but still in use. In the restaurant area outside, guests were allowed to smoke while they were eating and we had to withstand the smoke. They were very strict with meal times, which were quite short. Dinner finishes at 9:30 and at 9:15 the staff starts taking everything away, at 9:30 on the dot there is absolutely NO food or drink left and they turn off the lights, even if the restaurant is still half full. One evening we arrived at 9:10, there were no set tables and when I asked a waiter to prepare a table for 3 he simply pointed to a table and, very rudely, told me to get the cutlery myself. Desserts were not very nice, nothing typical available and the fruit salad was prepared with over-ripe fruit and too much sugar, probably in an attempt to mask the taste of old fruit. It's an all-inclusive, but a very low quality one when it comes to the bars. I do understand alcohol is generally illegal in Morocco, but if they are licensed to serve it, they could try a bit harder, all alcoholic drinks are extremely low quality and not much is available. I asked for a "mojito" and was served a strange, dreadfully sweet drink with artificially coloured syrup.

Be afraid,be very afraid

The pool area was very nice despite the sunbeds being a little hard and also the spa was very cheap .

I spent 5 weeks at the resort so i just about viewed all there was to see or happen.The general staff were very friendly but seriously lacked management.i had to wait 20 hours to speak to a manager about my patio door being left open on ground level by the maid for 5 hours .,then i was only able to see the restaurant manager who if i was female would not want to speak to anyway as he pulled a female guests hair and slapped her backside ,because he gave her a bottle of the all inclusive wine ,he believed it had given him the right to do so .the rooms were tiered and poorly maintained ,though clean.to get a towell you have to leave a 10 euro deposit for a card at reception ,but dont be fooled by the card given the return of your deposit is given back if you kept the tiny reciept given with it not the card ,another little scam they have going ,i know all inclusive is tempting but as the food is terrible and the drink is even worse ,do yourself and family a favour by finding a better hotel ,you wont regret you did

Good experience

The atmosphere there is great and staff are welcoming.

The rooms need to be maintained. It would be good to provide ironing in the rooms. It does not make sense to ask tourists to pay for ironing which was even so expensive I.e. close to £6 per cloth.

the food was S**T the location was so far from everything so taxi where expensive and the hotel charge so much extra to book a taxi with them even when just asking them to call for a local taxi

the property was Authentic and a good size, perfect for a family

the rooms were outdated and didn’t feel very clean, juts a few things like plugs not working and bath/showers not great

I will definately be back. Great hotel with fantastic facilities not far from centre.

Absolutely loved this break away. Great facilities. Good choice of meals. Entertainment team go above and beyond but do not interrupt your holiday. Great team who love what they do.

The drink it not the best, not the staff's fault just poor quality drink so buy what you like at duty free on the way in as mixers ae of good quality. The food should be written up as sometimes I didn't know what I was eating and unfortuntely wasted food on my left over plate.

Location Unfriendly receptionist I had to walk like 5 minutes to reach my room There's no direct access to the reception.. Air conditioner was heating all the time and I couldn't turned it off because the remote control was not working properly.. Air conditioner was very noisy and I couldn't be relaxed I called the reception no one pick up the phone.. Dirty towel was in my closet..

Fanstastic break

Fantastic hospitality, friendly staff, entertainment team worked hard, bar staff were friendly and restaurant staff were exceptional

Check in was really late, 5pm after arriving by 12 lunchtime was a long time to wait around

no one really wiped the tables off, only with a dry piece a paper, tables were really dirty and flues everywhere, to the point I didn’t want to sit outside
