About this house rental
Modern and cute beach house designed to accommodate two families in comfort through a combination of indoor and outdoor living areas. Ideal for two families with two queen sized bedrooms and bunks for four. Small enough to be welcoming for a couple or single family yet large enough to fit two families in comfort. Not really suitable for more than 4 adults, as bunk beds are more for little people. Pet friendly with picket fence out front (per pictures). WI-FI for your internet needs, and air-conditioning for your comfort. NumberFive has been extensively rebuilt to provide stylish and modern holiday accommodation with your comfort in mind. High chair and cot are all provided so you can travel as light as possible. The key feature of the renovation has been the vast rear veranda - the perfect place to rest during the day or to sit at night and listen to the waves on the beach while having a drink and dinner. Three minutes walk to the beach, five minutes drive to Callala Bay shops and supermarket. Short walk to Callala RSL, golf, bowls, restaurant, bar and TAB. Cafe and tennis courts all nearby. Sleeping areas comprise: > Bedroom 1 - queen bed, wardrobe > Bedroom 2 - queen bed, wardrobe > Bedroom 3 - two sets of bunks, chest of drawers Other rooms: > Lounge - TV, five seater sofa, polished floors > Dining - sits eight indoors or eight outdoors > Kitchen - new kitchen, with microwave, electric oven and hob, dishwasher and family sized fridge. Glasses and crockery for eight > Bathroom - newly renovated bathroom/laundry with large washing machine The highlight: > Massive new rear veranda with large dining area, BBQ and huge ten-seater outdoor lounge setting. Washing line on side wall The yard: > Pet friendly with picket fence out front Other features: > Environmentally friendly - solar heat pumped hot water and grey rainwater water system in laundry/toilet 'NumberFive' has a strict 'no smoking' policy that applies to the inside of the house. Guests are permitted to smoke on the rear deck and in the garden but we make the reasonable request that smokers do clean up after themselves. Please respect these conditions - it's our home you're staying in after all.....

Wonderful location, so close to the beach. Really loved the huge back deck. House was well equipped with everything we needed. Great communication from the host.

This is a very practical and comfortable family friendly house. Beautifully situated close to the beach. All you need are a few staples and fresh produce and you have a fully stocked home to enjoy. Beds are very comfortable with great quality bedding.

Clean, modern, close to beach, everything you need is there, quiet town.
Pillows on main bed were uncomfortable and shower was hard to get right temperature but everything else was great.

Thoroughly enjoyed staying at Number Five which was like being in my own home. Lots of things were supplied and loved the little extras like the coffee capsules. Nice secure yard which my puppy loved, especially the grass. Such a pleasure to be able to take a short walk to reach Callala Beach and the local shopping centre is a short drive away. Would definitely stay here again.

Had a lovely week at Callala Beach relaxing with parents and our dogs. Only 1 block back from the beach and perfect a perfect beach for long walks. Not much in Callala Beach, except a wood fired pizza place (which was great!), so need to bring food supplies - and this place has all you need in the kitchen for cooking.

We had a lovely stay at Jamie's Beach house. It has everything to make your time away relaxing. Beautiful deck out the back, close to the beach and the kids loved the Calabrisella pizza place just around the corner.

Bonus was the great Italian restaurant Calabrisella
pizza less than a 5 min walk and they are dog friendly.

Me and my friends LOVED Jamie’s beach shack and the quiet town. It’s everything you need to take it easy and simplify things. Amazing outdoor area and the compact but efficient layout really brings people together.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Number 5. This was our second time visiting and this time we brought along our family who came to visit from Europe. The place was very comfortable for 5 adults and 2 large dogs, with a great deck area and fenced private garden. The place had everything we needed and it was so easy to communicate with Jamie about adding another person to our trip (which was free of charge) and extending our stay when we came the first time. Thank you for a fantastic stay Jamie!

Great house in a fantastic location, just 5mins from the beach. Anything you could possibly need for your stay was provided. The outdoor deck area was the perfect place to chill out and enjoy the gentle sea breeze and the distant sound of the crashing waves.
The host Jamie was very pleasant to deal with and eager to make sure we had a good stay

We had a lovely time at Callala Beach. The house is very close to the beach - a very easy couple of minutes walk. The house was great. The kids loved the bunk beds.

Fantastic beach property (you can hear the waves from the back deck and just a short stroll to the beach!). Everyone in the family loved it, boys loved the board games and bunk beds (and closeness to the beach) parents loved the outdoor deck (and closeness to the beach) and the pup loved the backyard (and closeness to the dog friendly beach). Would love to come again when the weather is a little warmer. Thank you Jamie for making the stay so easy :)

Number 5 was exactly what we were looking for. The peaceful sounds of the waves crashing on the beach and the birds chirping. Number 5 was very comfortable and enjoyed being outside with the patio heaters on enjoying a wine and playing cards.

We found the property clean and well provided cleaning products, insect repellents etc, The dishwasher stopped working late on the second day. Our host organised a replacement first thing next day. Great service which was greatly appreciated.

Short walk to the beach, neat and tidy house with good indoor and outdoor spaces to relax in, play a bit of backyard cricket with the kids and a fenced in yard for our small dog to run around in (note front fence may be low for a bigger dog)

We had a great time at number 5! Location is excellent, so close to the beach. Outdoor area is great, we spent most of our time out there. Our cavoodle loved his stay. Beach was beautiful and dog friendly. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

The home is a cute little 3 bedroom with large back yard and entertaining area. We really enjoyed our stay as 2 families together and had space for our girls to play especially with the extra toys provided. The house is well equipped with everything we needed from the kitchen, to the bathroom, to the linen. Jamie answered our questions and allowed us late check out which was a great bonus. We loved the location close to the beach, shops and will definitely want to book here again.

Could not fault this property. Had everything we needed, and more! We've never stayed anywhere that was so well stocked with everything. Clean, comfortable, everything was excellent quality. Great outdoor area. So close to the beach, which was beautiful. We even saw a pod of dolphins one morning. We'll definitely be back!

Cute cottage with fabulous outdoor area where we spent most of our time. Well equipped kitchen and extras. Short stroll to beautiful beach that wasn’t overcrowded. Perfect spot for a dog friendly break.

Beautiful, well set out property in lovely, quiet Callala Beach. Very short walk to the ocean plus you can hear the waves from the back deck. Everything you need is on hand and well stocked. The house is really well layed out, all opening onto a large back deck with lounges and seating for a big group or just quietly reading. The gardens are lovley and fully enclosed, perfect for dogs. Highly recommend.

Great location - a quick 2 min walk to beach. Took our dog, Labrador - she also loved it. House is fully fenced and had everything we needed and more! Loved the back deck and bbq -a real gathering area. Jamie was helpful and communication was great. We hope we’ll be back.

Lovely property, location so close to the beach we could easily walk back a forth. Great information from owners, made our stay really easy. Found it really dog friendly, however front fence was low for our larger dog.

Awesome location just a block from the beach. Hassle free booking. Jamie responded to enquiries promptly, and provided a useful guide to the area which came in handy throughout the stay. The jasmine covered front fence draws you in to the lovely little house containing everything you need for an enjoyable stay. Clean, tidy and well maintained. The covered back verandah was a great place to chill out, and the backyard was ample size for my two large dogs to run around in. The only thing I would change would be to add gates down either side of the house. The backyard has high secure fencing, but with no gates down either side of the house there is free access to the front yard, and the front fence is low enough for medium to large dogs to jump over easily if they're not boundary trained. Blocking access to the front would just give that extra peace of mind.All in all, I would definitely recommend this property! Thanks for a wonderful week. *****
