A Brillant Way is a Brilliant Condo located in the heart of Oak Bluffs. Second level has 2 bedrooms - Queen size bed in master, two twin beds in second bedroom, one full bathroom and laundry room with washer and dryer. First level has living room with pull-out sofa for extra sleeping, dining room and kitchen with 1/2 bathroom. Dining room and table comfortably seats 6. Enjoy relaxing on front porch across from park or Grilling on outdoor patio and enjoying firepit. Also enjoy 1/2 mile walk to beach (8 minutes) or enjoy 2-minute walk to shops and restaurants on Circuit Avenue. On your way to the beach, immediately around the corner, stop by the beautiful playscape, playground, league basketball courts and tennis courts. Take a 2-minute walk to historic Gingerbread houses! Also, family bowling alley and restaurant is right next door. Walk to nearby Reliable Market or Tony's Market for groceries. Everything you want including WI-FI for a wonderful family vacation.

Donna was great and very responsive. The condo was clean and nicely equipped with games for the kids and family to pass the down time with. Location was close to downtown, gingerbread houses and the playground around the corner came in quite handy for the kids. Little bit of a walk to the beach but definitely manageable. Would definitely recommend staying here.

When one plans a vacation, the most important plan is the perfect lodging.
The perfect lodging was found.The host was awesome, the description on target, and we were most satisfied to have found the perfect place to enjoy one of our most happy places for one of our favorite vacations. We look forward to returning.

The absolute convenience of the location and the simple charm of this rental brought us back for a second stay. The bright, cheerful, clean aesthetics are restful and upbeat; the unit is roomy, clean, comfortable, and quiet; the amenities are complete and thoughtful; and a lovely responsive host… we feel we found a gem.

This a perfect place for a family in Martha's Vineyard. Close enough to everything, but also offers quiet and peace. Donna is a great host. This was our second time staying here and we will be back. This year, we had our not-yet-2 year old son for his first trip to MV and the house had the best little rocking chair for him and toys to play. Couldn't ask for anything more.

This charming condo is simple perfect; easy walk to Circuit Ave, Famous Gingerbread cottages, basketball court and playground. Located next to the bowling alley which is perfect on rainy days.. The unit is cozy, with excellent cooling system, comfortable with spacious dinning and living room space. Donna, the owner made checking in very easy and communicated promptly to my messages.. I would recommend this property to everyone!!

We really enjoyed our stay in this comfortable, nicely equipped 2 bedroom home. We especially enjoyed the front porch and our daily walks into town and along the waterfronts and nice dining at Nancy’s and other local places. We enjoyed an easy bike to Edgartown and a quick drive (or bike ride) to nearby beaches. The kitchen is nicely equipped and 3 A/C units keep the house cool & comfortable. Thank you for a very memorable vacation week!

Donna was a very friendly and responsive host. The house was clean and a nice layout for a family of four and an ideal location to experience Oak Bluffs by foot or bike. Comfy beds and the washer and dryer were very helpful but the kitchen was a little sparse with equipment if you like to cook. Donna did purchase a coffee maker since we don’t like Keurig which was very nice. There were some things in the house that required maintenance, e.g. whole in the screen door, front door lock jammed, large stove burner didn’t work, grill grate rusted and replaced with one that didn’t fit grill, but Donna was responsive with handy man visits. I would also point out that the condo is on top of a basement unit so the yard is shared and backs up onto a restaurant parking lot. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and loved OB.

Beautiful property in a phenomenal location central to everything and walkable to all of Oak Bluffs. Our host was gracious and helpful and the neighbors were pleasant and friendly.

Property is very clean and cozy. Comfortable space. Nice porch perfect for relaxing any time of the day. Location is great, a short walk to Circuit Avenue and State Beach, yet in a quiet area.

Awesome central location - a short walk to everything. The relaxing front porch was the perfect spot for morning coffee. The condo was so nice and clean. Washer and dryer where a huge plus. Cant wait to return and stay again!
