This 2 storey waterfront home offers spacious living throughout, the upper level (entry) has two bedrooms, 1 with a queen bed and the other with 2 singles. This level also has bathroom, kitchen, laundry and living room. The large deck on the upper level flows seamlessly off the lounge as an extension of the living area and has a BBQ with outdoor dining table and chairs. Downstairs has another living area, bathroom and 2 bedrooms, 1 with queen bed and the other with 2 sets of bunks. A double sofa bed is also available in the living area if needed. There is another large fully covered deck also on the lower level with direct access to the garden and lake. Build to high eco standards, the home is cooled in summer by cross breezes coming from any direction, with ceiling fans installed in all upper level bedrooms and living areas. In winter, the northern aspect keeps the home warm through the day and a large gas heater is available at night, which can easily be moved upstairs or downstairs.
