FANTASTIC "FAMILY VACATION" at1106 SHIP WATCH VILLA Spectacular 2-bedroom unit at this ideal island retreat and beachcomber's dream: UNOBSTRUCTED VIEW from PRIVATE BALCONY, POOL, AND a short walk DOWN RAMP to the gorgeous ALANTA OCEAN ~ BOOK TODAY ~ "BEST RATES" North Topsail beautiful beach is not overcrowded, "CREATE MEMORIES THAT WILL LAST FOREVER" as your family enjoy the MAGNIFICIENT OCEANFRONT VIEWS from the living room and master bedroom; or sitting on the balcony. EXCELLENT location, all just a few steps from the beach. The living room has large sofa with flat screen TV, balcony access with table and chairs. Great place for a meal while watching the beautiful Atlantic Ocean from Living Room or BALCONY. Dining area seats 4 with an addition bar area that seats 2 more. Kitchen is equipped for "ALL" your cooking needs, there is no need to travel with dishes, utensils, pots and pans etc. Master Bedroom has QUEEN bed, private bath, flat screen TV and an oceanfront view from bedroom and BALCONY access. 2nd Bedroom has QUEEN bed, flat screen TV and full bath next to room. BRING YOUR OWN LINENS AND BATH TOWEL, OR these items can be rented THRU Linen Rental Agency in North Topsail Beach prior to arrival. Shipwatch Villas was very nice and in a great spot.
The condo had all the things we needed. There were
a few things when we arrived that we called on that needed
quick fixes. The immediate fix was a big kitchen light
fixture that had unattached from the ceiling on one side.
The response to fix all the problems was done quickly.

Perfect location on North Topsail Beach and wonderful place to stay. Unit was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed for our stay. Owner was a pleasure to deal with and we hope to rent this unit again.

Great location and view. Ice maker wasn’t working and dishwasher made a strange noise. Overall a nice vacation.

Stayed for a week. My son was able to stay off base at night with us. Condo was convenient, very clean and with everything we needed in the kitchen. Great view of the ocean. Easy access. Contact with mgr was timely and appreciated!

The condominium was exactly as advertised. It was very comfortable and well maintained. We recommend staying here. We enjoyed walking on the beach and the quietness of the area. This was our first time visiting Topsoil and we will return. Thanks for making the process so easy.

The property is very clean. The kitchen has everything you could need for cooking meals which I like to do since my husband has to watch his sodium. Other places I've stayed in we had to buy a simple can opener but not hear. They have thought of everything. The view of the ocean is awesome. We enjoyed our stay. I would stay here again.

The beds were way too tall for us short people. Would be nice to also have a shower chair for those of us who can't stand very long.
Other than those two things, we had a great time.

This was one of the most relaxing vacations we've had in a while. We didn't do much besides sit by the pool and took many beach walks and it was amazing. The condo itself was well stocked and comfortable. We ate in most the week and found everything we needed. We even used the grills on location for burgers and steaks. The balcony was used every morning during coffee and we enjoyed spotting dolphins in the surf from there.

This is a well cared for and well appointed rental property. This was our second time staying in this condo. The beach and pool access are super convenient. The property itself is very nice and a great location. Very family friendly location over all. We will be back next year!

This is our second stay at this property and it was even better than last time. Very clean. Even the comforters on the bed smelled like they were freshly washed!! (Even hotels don’t wash or change comforters between guests). There have been some updates since our last visit. The updates look great. Best stocked kitchen I have EVER seen in a vacation rental. It was comfy and homey and just what we wanted. The owner pays attention to details, right down to 4 different types of pillows on the beds. Highly recommend!!

We enjoyed our stay here! The unit was clean and very well stocked with everything we could have ever wanted. The kitchen had the air fryer, crockpot, and griddle that made the week easier for cooking! We loved the beach and all the shark teeth! Very convenient to get to the beach, and nice beach chairs provided!
The north part of the island was a little more secluded than we’re used to so it took a bit of driving to get to restaurants and things like that! Overall stay was great!

Wanted a nice relaxing place to spend a week with friends. This was it! Clean, close to beach, quiet but still close enough to get groceries or hit a local restaurant if you didn’t want to stay in. Had an issue with the door lock and they were out right away and fixed it. Will plan to come back as soon as I can- thank you.

Condo was well stocked, very roomy, close to the stairs (which was nice when bringing up luggage), and had a great view. Condo above did seem very heavy footed but wasn’t a major issue. Same level as beach access which was a plus. Communication was great, and lucky enough to have great weather and beach was not crowded at all. Would definitely stay again

This condo was a home away from home. The kitchen was stocked with everything needed to cook meals for my Marine & his buddies. I enjoyed sitting out on the balcony with a cup of coffee!! The bedrooms were decorated & had the most comfortable beds...slept good every night. The area is one of my favorite places to vacation...I can't wait to go back!!

If you are looking for the best clean, well stocked, condo ever.- book this condo! We have stayed several areas on East Coast, best ever. Everything you need especially in kitchen. The owner has thought of everything! Communication with property manager was outstanding! This was our first visit to Topsail! Celebrating 2022 was awesome! Thank you for beginning the new year blessed!

Property clean with a great view. Would definitely recommend staying here. Noise from above neighbors was very noticeable, but still a good place to vacation. Kitchen was stocked to perfection.

I should have believed the other reviews about the noise. The shoddy construction of the building means you hear EVERYTHING. We've lived in apartments and know what it is like to have noisy neighbors. This goes way beyond that. We heard the people above walking. We heard music. We heard the elevator. We heard people talking outside from the next condo. The furniture looks nice but is very impractical given the space available. One of the comforters on the bed had a huge stain on it. They clearly do not get cleaned regularly. The elevator does not go to the ground so you have to haul your luggage up the wheelchair ramp which was a bit far. The view from the balcony was very nice. We ate our breakfast out there every morning. The walk to the beach wasn't too far and it wasn't crowded much with it being the off season. There isn't much around the area. It was a 10+ minute drive to any restaurant or store. We were looking for that type of seclusion so it wasn't a problem for us.

The only drawbacks, and no fault of the owner, were we had a noisy neighbor upstairs and the second bedrooms window butted up to the common walkway which got a little noisy, but nothing that would deter us from renting here again.

We enjoyed our family trip to this private complex on the quiet northern end of the island. Complex was well laid out with amenities to enjoy pool and beach without changing. Little to no sand traveled back to the rental. Kitchen amenities great. Very spacious!

This property is just steps from the beach. It was a cooks kitchen and the bedrooms are separated from one another. The views are priceless! Although the unit is on the first floor and luggage carts are available, not nearly enough for the complex. Senior citizens will get their workout loading and unloading the unit/ car.

We love TopSail and this condo was wonderful. Clean, very well stocked and the perfect size for a family of 5. We appreciated the children’s books and games too! Would for sure stay here again.
