Estuary Edge is a studio apartment overlooking the Plummer's Point estuary. The studio is located on a sunny orchard property, surrounded by bush and fruit trees. There are many awesome places to explore in the area - Plummer's Point peninsular and wharf, the fountain gardens, horse treks, and various fishing spots are all close by. There is access to the estuary directly from the front of the studio. Enjoy a morning dip or wander. Escape the crowds and enjoy a stay in paradise! Mt Maunganui, downtown Tauranga, Omokoroa and Waihi are all within easy reach from this location. Please note: - A train bridge crosses the estuary nearby, so you may hear the odd train passing, but we find this isn't disruptive and can be fun to watch! - The studio is mainly available only for weekend/extended weekend stays (e.g. Fri-Mon). However, feel free to make an enquiry if you have other requirements as we are happy to discuss. - The owners live on the property, but you have privacy for your stay. Thanks! Extras: Linen (included); Wifi (included) NOTE: Under Kiwi bach tradition you are expected to: Leave the place clean/tidy and do the dishes before you leave.

We had a wonderfully relaxing day. This location among the trees and above the water was everything that the Bay of Plenty is all about. Peace and quiet (even enjoyed the occasional train trundling past across the way).

The Property itself was gorgeous, The Bach had everything you needed for a cpl nights stay, very clean and very inviting...

Accomodation was all that we needed and more. Loved the location - lots of areas close at hand to explore.

Lovely setting and grounds. Nice quiet and peaceful. Went for an early morning walk down the bush path to the waters edge. Was high tide and a beautiful spot. Room was tidy and spacious. Will be going back again with our ebikes for another weekend at some stage.

This is a wonderful, peaceful setting on the edge of the estuary. We enjoyed accommodation away from the rush and bustle of the traffic and city.

This property boasts beautiful vistas over the estuary, as the name implies, and situated within a well established citrus and avocado orchard. Everything was clean, tidy and comfortable.
The small TV is only of concern if that's one of the things you want to use while there (we did have to nick off to Te Puna Sports Bar to watch the All Black vs Australia Bledisloe rugby match).
Clear starry night and soft lawn to gaze from, along with a fire pit if you want to use it, were bonus additions to our stay.
Our hosts were prompt, honest and kind in all pre-stay correspondence, then when meeting them, and also with post-stay correspondence.
Definitely worth staying and enjoying if this is your trip of stay.

Such a cute Bach we loved our stay. Was warm, quiet, clean really comfy and had everything we needed for a quiet get away from our busy stressful lives (without the kids 👌) would def stay again! Only feedback is it was guite musty when we arrived which triggered my allergies, but we aired out the place the next morning and the following night was perfect 😊 Thanks for having us! Chanelle and Shan x

Arrival at dark but the instructions to get to the bach were so helpful as it was also raining.
Very cosy and homely indoor. Shame we couldnt explore the outside gardens and enjoy a close view of the water.

Such peaceful surroundings, with gorgeous splashes of orange in the trees (in citrus season) and many huge avocado trees.
Although the piano would appreciate having a tune-up, I was glad to have it available.

Beautiful surroundings and a wonderful view for morning coffee. Loved the home grown avocados left in our suite. Everything we needed for simple meals and a great sleep.

We loved staying at EstuaryEdge, the property had everything we needed for a comfortable week's stay. It was a good base for bike rides, and also only a short car ride away from downtown Tauranga. Big thank you to our lovely hosts, we'd love to stay there again!

Spent 3 lovely days here and the area is beautiful. Aaron (the host) is a great guy. Leaves you alone but is happy to help with local info etc if you need it. Cottage was immaculate and bed super comfy. Would 100% recommend the Estuary Escape for exactly that… a great escape. 5 out of 5.

We really enjoyed the peaceful environment of Estuary Edge.
The natural beauty of the estuary together with the beautiful gardens made for a most restful break. Not to mention the tasteful decor inside that enhanced the cottage and added to the pleasure of being there for our much needed break.

We absolutely loved our stay here, it was perfect. I loved the orchard and location, view was lovely, gardens and native birds everywhere, a very relaxing spot. We also loved Plummers Point and had a good evening fish off the wharf. Would so recommend this holiday spot!!

Beautiful, clean, cosy studio. Quiet and peaceful. Very comfortable bedding. We just stayed for the night as we flew up for a wedding. The water pressure and shower was amazing too!
