The home at a glance and first arrival was what I expected. Where things kind of fell out of alignment. 1. When walking in you could tell in the musty smell of the home that it has not been occupied for some time. Minor not the worst one could encounter but I want to highlight the full experience. 2. By the end of the trip up to 5 cockroaches were fond. 2 dead the rest alive. We were advised recent extermination had been done and missed should show up dead. 3. By day two an attempt was made to use the pool and jacuzzi. Understanding that but turning on the heat I would pay $15 per day I was ok with this. However, the jacuzzi no matter how long left running never got warmer than a warm bath. My family and I had to go to the community pool which is lovely and the jacuzzi at the temperature you would expect it to be. I kept the jacuzzi at the house running until the last moment Sunday evening my last night there. Still never warmed up more than a warm bath. I will pay the fee as I honor agreements up that I turned on the heat but I do not feel this was a fully fulfilled part of the deal. 4. The walls in the home were dirty. In need of a good coat of paint. I seemed as though it's been sitting in this state for some time. The section but the kitchen garbage was covered in grease stain spots. 5. It is asked to keep the home clean but they supply given was a very tiny broom for a very big house and one ducked tape dirt devil vacuum that fell apart when picking it up and one Bissell vacuum which I'll sayi tried I to use but couldn't figure out how to get it to work so that vacuum may have worked and it may have just been a user error with the Bissell. 6. It's asked to maintain the AC at 76 degrees but the house would not cool down until the night time. 7. The rooms all had TVs however only the TV in the living room had an hdmi cable to be able to watch cable tv. Does not have smart TVs. I know not everyone does but im case that's important to another renter they may want to know that. All in all the home accommodated my family size, but this was my first experience where so many basic needs were not fully accomodated.

Wonderful place. Everything we needed. Pool was great. Loved the game room. All bedrooms are upstairs. Will stay again in the future.

The house was pretty much what we expected. The master bedroom mattress is extremely soft. You sink into it. (Didn’t bother us) The house needs a lot of work, dining room chairs are falling apart. Light bulbs burnt out. The toilets barely flush. The ice maker on the freezer doesn’t work. You can’t turn the AC below 76 degrees because it freezes up. If it is 76 on the main level it is at least 85 upstairs. There were a couple of rough nights because the kids were too hot to sleep. The smoke alarms in two of the bedrooms were just hanging from the ceiling and didn’t even work. A storm took out two of the screens on the pool enclosure, Called and left a message with the maintenance and emailed the owner got no response from either. The $115 cleaning fee is ridiculous because they expect you to strip all the beds and wash the sheets and wash all the towels before you leave. Paper towels and toilet paper were not provided at all. We did enjoy our vacation! The kids liked the pool. Memories were made :)

Overall it was a very nice place. Nice layout of the house. We had a few issues that were addressed and fixed (A/C) but there are a few things that need a little TLC. Simple things like light bulbs (kitchen and pool), new pots and pans, new blinds. nothing major but just makes a vacation even more enjoyable. They definitely need new pots and pans!! We all had a great time and the space for all of us was accommodating. It was nice because it even had pack n plays for the babies to sleep in. We would stay here again! Thank you :)

Great location house is a little tired and maintenance upkeep is lacking but we did enjoy our stay

Nice place for family vacation. Plenty of room for a family of seven. Great pool that family enjoyed throughout our stay. Be prepared for limited or no supplies... dishwasher soap, laundry detergent, paper towels, etc. Owner also requires bed sheets and towels be washed before you leave.

We enjoyed our time at the house. It’s a great place in a nice location. However the home could use some TLC. Most of the window treatments were damaged and some of the furniture was worn out. The kitchen was well appointed. And the grandkids especially enjoyed the pool.

We were given a gate code that did not work, luckily a resident gave us a working one after day 2. The couches in the living room were horrible, a kitchen chair had a broken leg & the blinds were not attached to the wall. All the towels & pillows are old & need to be replaced. The mattress in the master was horrible. I left a message in Vrbo & never got a response. I called the manager & never got a response. It was a long week with back & neck aches! I don’t expect brand new things, but they should be decent & not super old! And make sure the gate code you give works!

Our stay was 11 nights, totaling just over $2,000 with all fees associated. Sadly, we were left underwhelmed with our stay. We were happy to be able to check in a few hours early, and we had higher expectations when arriving at the property as the community is well kept and the pictures of the property online were wonderful. However, arriving at the home we were left disappointed. We have stayed at many rental homes, and the commonality with the homes that were great experiences was that the homes were well kept. This rental however is more than seeing its wear. 100% of the blinds are broken, the floors and furniture are significantly worn, most of the pool seating is broken. One dining chair's leg was so loose that we set it aside as to not break the chair sitting on it. When we called the property manager about coming with a tool to tighten the leg, we were responded to 'Just set it aside, I was already there for the pool today", to which they never came. Dressers have missing bottoms in the drawers and there are countless lights that have bulbs that are out. The showers and bathtubs had black mildew in the corners and the bathroom rugs were dirty. There was a large hole in the wall in the master bath that had piping/wiring hanging out. You are instructed to strip and wash all sheets and towels prior to leaving, and to have completed at least two loads of laundry before check-out, but no supplies to do so are given. We left having washed every towel, bleached all the sheets as they were stained with a brown material as well as cleaned up all of the broken pool toys that were strewn outside around the property. This all after paying a 'Cleaning fee' as part of your reservation. It's advertised to have a play area in the garage, to which most supplies are missing or incomplete to play anything. There are strollers that are supplied that are not suitable for use any longer. This property could be a wonderful stay IF it were given a THOROUGH cleaning and had regular maintenance done. I understand that renting out your home is going to accelerate its wear and tear. However, that is inherent in the rental business. I simply give this feedback so that future renters can be better aware of what they are paying to rent. The house served its purpose as a place to sleep, but, it won't be a part of the stories we tell our friends and family about our trip.

Listing and pictures were exactly as described... Lots of space for 10 and convenient to WDW and Universal! Only minor negative was the hot tub wasn't hot... It would have been nice if it was but it wasn't important enough to us to even reach out to property manager.... Otherwise a great place for our family!!

This was a nice big house that had everything we needed for our big family and our thanksgiving/ birthday trip. Also in a nice, quiet and safe gated community.

House was nice, it is a little too far to universal studios but close to Disney. Could use a little more starter supplies such as paper towels and detergent

I always enjoy staying at the vacation homes in High Grove this house in pictular was incredible hope to go there again next year.

Overall the property was pretty nice. Some of the furniture was a bit dated but in decent shape. Needs some things repaired like the vent was hanging down in one bedroom from the ceiling, screen door to pool needs to be replaced, and some kind of air in the garage to use the pool table and other things in there. The ants were a bit of an issue when we arrived. They were all around the front door and in the bathrooms. There was also a mouse at the pool that continued to keep us company. Again, it was ok but needs some tlc.Thanks

The house was very spacious and had a great location close to theme parks, restaurants, and grocery stores. It accommodated our family of 6. Welcome packet said that the kitchen is fully stocked with all of your needs including garbage bags, dish soap, and laundry detergent. When we came, there are no extra garbage bags anywhere, the bathroom garbage bags where thin and rip easily, and the dish soap and laundry detergent were only 1/4 of the bottle left, no dishwasher tablets either. They expect you to strip of all the beddings and start doing laundry especially the towels but provide limited or no supplies for it, so expect to buy it elsewhere. There are even signs to have the towels cleaned as they appreciate it. They want you to keep the house clean as when you first came. We have rented a lot of houses before but this rental seems to have strict cleaning policy even though a cleaning fee is included. We did not contact the property manager as the expectation is to have the house ready and supplies provided and inspected. Just want to give a heads up to future renters.

The neighborhood was great and the little area of restaurants and shops near the neighborhood were ideal. I walked around it every morning. The house itself is need of a deep clean. The vents were gross and the ducts clearly need cleaned. There is no air flow to many of the upstairs bedrooms. The house in general was surface clean but carpet and corners felt and looked dirty. There was a fresh batch of dead bugs in our shower daily. We were never at the house due to our sports schedule, so it served our needs as somewhere to stay but it was not somewhere I wanted to spend any length of time. The towels were threadbare. Due to traffic, it also was not convenient to the places we needed to be and it was often an hour drive to the convention center or Universal.

Property was as expected. Supermarkets and stores are very close. The house had plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. We had a great stay.
