Located in the sunny & quiet part of Park Pacifica, our home feels tucked away yet is just 20min drive from San Francisco & SFO. 8 min drive to the beach and shops. The house is surrounded by trees giving it a cozy and secluded atmosphere, where you can relax after a day of activities. Our cozy home is a perfect vacation getaway for families and groups. The hot tub is maintained daily, the kitchen is fully stocked and dishwasher equipped. There is free parking right in front of the house too. This is a listing for the entire main floor of the house for the private space below. You can check with us if you want to park on the driveway. ***Sleeping Arrangement*** The queen beds in both rooms can accommodate 4 adults. In addition, one queen size air mattress can be set up in the living room for 2 persons. The couch can also accommodate 1 adult. All extra bedding can be found in the hallway closet. ***Rooms & Amenities*** -New queen size foam mattress in both rooms -New hotel-style bedding and towels - Each room has a safe -Closet and hangers -Shampoo, conditioner, body wash are provided ***Diningroom & Kitchen*** -65" TV in the dining room that is Chromecast ready -Pair your music device with Amazon Echo in the living room -Fresh coffee and a wide selection of tea ***The Neighborhood*** -This is a fair secluded neighborhood, no commuting routes unless driving out to Highway 1. Therefore this area is really safe and quiet compare to living in San Francisco. -20 min to SF and SFO -8 min to groceries, coffee, restaurants next to the beach -5 min to hiking trail We have a smart lock at the main entrance, you will get the passcode prior to checking in. Your rooms also have keyed locks. No access to the basement and garage.
