Hotel can't send parcels or luggage like most other hotels in Japan, causing unexpected trouble to do at local convenience store instead Restaurant selection in the Area is limited, expect to eat elsewhere.

The room is tiny but very comfortable. Great shower and small but deep bath. So many nice toiletries available in reception for free, including teas and bath salts. Lovely area, lots of good food in the district. Great value for money

There is no natural light in the room and it got a bit stuffy at night. Don’t think the room was properly cleaned before we arrived.

There are many convenience stores nearby. The staffs are really friendly.

It’s a little bit small but reasonable considering the price.

Staff very nice and nice room

The entire establishment was very clean. The towels and the sheets, brilliant white. The breakfast buffet was not as good as the one at Sotetsu Fresa Inn Kyoto-Kiyomizu Gojo. But nothing that we can complain about. Still keeping it in what we liked.

The check in was extremely torturous. It took 30 to 45 minute for completing the procedure. The rooms are excruciatingly small and NOT SUITABLE for any kind of bags. There is no space for second person to get on or get off the bed. We had booked six rooms, double occupancy and traveling all way from India for 17 days in Japan, we had two bags in each room. It was terrible.

The location is great for getting around Osaka, right by the Kitahama station (exit 6). The neighborhood is calm with lots of restaurants close by, and close to Namba and Dotonbori, Osaka Castle, Umeda etc. Our room was quite high up (floor 12) with nice views of the area. The room, albeit quite small (typical for Japan), had everything we needed, and plenty of amenities were offered (electric kettle, fridge, pajamas, toothbrush, shaver, brush, etc). The bed was really comfortable and the pillows nice and firm.

The breakfast buffet is nice but felt a tad limited, e.g. the breads were packed and not fresh, there was no tea at breakfast, and only jam and/or honey to put on the yoghurt - we would have loved some granola or fruits.

Staff was there, but told us to use the terminals. Not really wanting to help.

All the check-ins are completed by machine. There are some stuff can support at any time. The room is tiny but clean. Convince store is just a few steps away.

Everything in the room was small, slippers, pajamas, bathtub and Cupboard clothes was too small, In addition to the space for bags it was toooo small for couple. I Suggest they make this size of room for single person, not for couple or more. Thank you in advance for your understanding

The location was great, really close to the train station and really easy to go to various places (e.g., Umeda, Namba, Kyoto, Kobe). In my room type, the bed was spacious and it’s on the higher floor (which I like so much). The check-in and check-out were done using self-service machine, which was really convenient and fast.

The room was too dry in winter, even when the heater was off and the humidifier was on. The lights were a bit too yellow and using laundry machine was a race with other customers. Even then, the drying function was not working. The hairdryer was dusty too (the dusts got into my eyes), so I decided to get my own hairdryer in the end.

This is our second time staying in this hotel. We chose it again because the location is really good, many convinence stores and restaurants around, 2 metro stations, some nice locations like Osaka castle are a walking distance away.
