About this house rental
Located in Boyes Hot Springs, this charming house for R 11,002 per night is a great choice for your next trip. 3 night minimum on weekends, 1 night minimum weekdays*. If we still have a weekend open on short notice we wave the 3 night minimum. This Little Retreat Is Great For Private Entertaining and or Relaxing With Warm Summer Days By The Pool. This Newly Remolded, 4 Bedrooms, 2.5 Bath (including Jacuzzi Tub In Master Bath) Sleeps 8 + 2. The Home Is Furnished With Deluxe Finishes Not Typically Found In Rentals. For Example The Kitchen Is Stocked With Higher End Amenities E.g. J.A. Henckles Knives, Designer Flat Ware, Quality Wine Glasses And Dish Sets. This Home Has A Private Back Yard With A Pool, Hot Tub, Bocce Ball Court (recreation Size I.e. Smaller Than Official Competition Size But There Is A Bar Rail To Place Your Drinks As You Bowl). Unlike Other Rentals We Don't Throw Out All The Condiments, Tea, Coffee, Baking Goods etc. That Get Left Behind, We Welcome Our Guests To Use The Supplies Onsite. There Are 4 Bedrooms Upstairs and 2 bathrooms 1 A Master Suite. The Master Bath Has A Jacuzzi Tub, Separate Shower And Toilet Room. 2,3&4 All have queen size beds. The 2nd bathroom is at the end of the hall. There Is A Fifth Sleeping Space With Custom Barn Doors On The Main Floor With A Chaisse Lounge That Converts to a Full Bed. There is a Half Bath On The Main Floor. Our Private Backyard With Grill, Patio Set Seats 12, Seating Area, Bocce Ball Court (recreational Size), Pool And 6 Person Hot Tub. The Living Room Has Two Couches A 55” Flat Screen With Surround Sound. The Speakers Are Blue Tooth Enable To Play Your Music Or You Can Simply Plug Your Music Player (e.g. I phone, I pod, Android) Into The Audio Jack. The Home Has A Party Sized Propane Gas Grill With 6 Elements And A Side Burner. We are located .5 to the East of Sonoma Golf Course and .5 miles to the West of The Fairmont Hotel. Within 15 minutes there are more wineries and Outstanding Restaurants than one could visit in a month. The Home Is Located In A Residential Area In The Heart Of Sonoma Valley. It is much more quite than a major city neighborhood (compared to SF or NYC) but it is in a residential neighborhood with street traffic (please see the map) and set expectations accordingly. Please take the time to read our reviews to get a broader understanding of the property. *If book it now is used book a weekend that does not meet the minimum requirement we reserve the right to cancel the reservation at our earliest convenience.

This house is a perfect location for a group. The kitchen is well stocked, the dinner table seated our group comfortably, the kitchen area was also perfect for drinks and snacking and our group had access to a nice TV to watch some football. The beds were comfy and the rooms were clean.The hot tub cut the chill of the cool evening. The location is also fantastic - super close to grocery stores, downtown Sonoma and the wineries. We hope to return!

We brought our adult children for a pre-Xmas getaway. Everyone enjoyed their time in wine country. Our home away from home was very nice, exactly as described. Although the weather didn't exactly cooperate, we found the time spent inside quite nice. Would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Jacques was an amazing host with great recommendations of the area, wineries to visit and avoid and a great with communication. The house is spacious and we had 7 people comfortably. We had all amenities needed and a nice pool and hot tub. Able to easily park 3 cars in the driveway as well. Only thing we needed while there was some laundry detergent as we ran out of towels quickly and needed to wash. The house was clean even though some areas of paint and bathrooms show some wear and tear from renters it’s still a nice property.
Only other thing to note is that some of the rooms didn’t have the best pillow options so you may want to bring your own.

We loved our stay. The house was larger than expected and offered board games, hot tub, pool, and bocce ball. Fantastic yard. It is also well situated for visiting vineyards.

We enjoyed the house very much! The back yard was lovely and the bedrooms a really nice size. Everything was as described.
I’m a little sad because I think I left my prescription eye glasses there and didn’t realize until about a week later since I normally wear contacts. The kitchen was full of light and very well equipped, the bedrooms cheery, the pool area a nice place to relax. The house was well located for everything from wine tasting to hiking. The dining table was beautiful and could easily accommodate 8. Decor was inviting and friendly, as were our hosts.

We celebrated a 40th birthday with 6 women staying at the house. It was a rainy weekend so we were not able to enjoy the pool or the (not) bocce court we did enjoy the hot tub and hanging out in the very comfortable home. The beds were fantastic and plenty of room to have 8-10, especially if you brought kids or younger people willing to sleep on a couch or the pull outs. The large island made hanging out in the kitchen a breeze. We cooked breakfast and made apps and it was easy to work with what was in the kitchen. We took an Uber into downtown for about $10 and it was easy to fine one there and back. Had dinner at the Swiss Hotel which was delicious and reasonably priced.
The 2nd day we hung out at the house all day. The property owner, Jacques, was very attentive and easy to communicate with. He also has a paella biz on the side which we took advantage of on our chill day. It was delicious and a treat to have a beautiful dinner delivered.
The house was clean but could use a deep clean, dusting, and a hot tub refresh. Some of the products were scarce but what was there was good. Check out was super easy with minimal clean up required which is always nice when you are paying a cleaning fee. Overall a good value and a nice cozy place to stay.

We enjoyed our stay Boyes Hot Springs! The house is nicely decorated, the beds are very comfortable, and robes available in each bedroom was a nice touch. We enjoyed the hot tub one evening and loved the privacy of the backyard. The house is in a great location with easy access to wineries, restaurants and shopping. My husband and I along with our 3 daughters and son in laws came to wine country for an early celebration of my 70th birthday. Jacques place was plenty of room for all of us to hang out. Loved the outdoor space out front as well as the hot tub and pool. Jacques was an excellent communicator and quick to respond to our questions and needs.

This house was PERFECT for our girls trip of 6. It had plenty of space for all of us. The house was clean, well maintained, and modern. The kitchen was stocked very well. All the beds were comfortable. We loved having a hot tub to jump into at the end of our wine tasting days. Location was great. We were able to get over to Napa easily but also get to sooo many close things in Sonoma. Would return in a heartbeat. Would love to visit in the summer and use the pool/whole backyard.

We were a group of 4 sisters and sisters-in-law gathering for an all girls celebration of a milestone birthday. The home was perfect since we each had our own spacious bedroom. We enjoyed the well-appointed kitchen and comfortable living room for breakfasts, cocktails and lounging. The property is also very convenient to wineries in Kenwood, Glen Ellen and Sonoma. And we dined at several lovely local restaurants during our stay as well. Overall, I highly recommend this home.

We had a wonderful stay and the home was perfect for what we were looking for. We came to attend a family wedding in Glen Ellen. The home was very close to the venue which was perfect as we had small children who were a part of the day and adults who were in the wedding as well. We appreciated the close proximity for coming and going to all the events of the weekend. There was enough space for all of us (3 adult couples, grandpa, 4 young kids) with a bedroom for each adult group and the kids enjoyed the pull out Murphy bed in Mom and Dad’s room. It was well appointed with kitchen utensils and clear instructions for all amenities. With small children the lock at the top of the slider to the backyard was much appreciated! We would love to come back again!

This is a great house for large groups - there's plenty of seating and many different spaces to hang out, and/or spread out. The kitchen is better equipped than other rentals we've stayed at. It rained during our stay, so we didn't utilize the pool much, but the hot tub was perfect. Hosts were very responsive to pre-arrival questions.

Sonoma Paradise
We stayed in Sonoma for two days for a bachelorette getaway. This was the perfect spot for us to hangout and relax. The property is beautiful, with lush plants (biggest lavender plants I’ve ever seen!) and a relaxing environment. The pool was perfect to wind down after a long hot day. The kitchen was full of cups, bowls, serving platters, etc that you could need for any occasion. The owner was very responsive and immediately replied to an issue we were having. I would highly recommend staying here, no regrets or complaints from this guest.

Jacques and Lisa, the hosts were excellent with communication. They gave us a courtesy early check in which we requested and all questions asked before arrival were answered quickly. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen fully stocked with appliances and all necessary utensils. The hot tub was clean and nice extra after a day of wine tasting. I would stay here again!!!
