Beautiful hotel and view
A few staff were unfriendly and rude. Food by the pool was terrible. Had to change rooms after 1 day and wait a while for a replacement to be ready. However we were kindly offered a discount as a result

Overall an amazing stay, key pros:
- Location and private beach, also close to very nice public beaches (e.g. la Cinta)
- Very competent and friendly staff
- Great breakfast/lunch
- Very intimate
- Cleanliness
- Beds could be more comfortable
- Dinner price/quality could be improved

The service was wonderful to include front desk, wait, and housekeeping staff. Breamfast was delicious and always a fine spread. The view from the terrace every morning was unreal, a picture perfect setting overlooking the sea out towards the island of Tavolara and Molara. The marina had boats to rent which made for one of our favorite days out on the sea traveling to the clear turquoise pools if Molara then later docking at Tavolara Island to have lunch at the Corona Restaurant.

The location, the beach, the amazing view of the sea + the garden / planting of the hotel is beautiful.
The food in general needs a lot of improvement for this price. We found both the breakfast and the lunch by the pool quite dissapointing. With better food the hotel could really be something special.

staff were excellent- checked us in 2 hour early. let us use the gym straight away. they spoke excellent English and were so kind. the food in the restaurant was also excellent. the octopus and tuna were fantastic.
our tv did not work. then our phone and our air conditioning. as we only stayed one night we managed but it was annoying that nothing worked in the room. they gave us a 10% discount on our food and drinks as an apology for the lack of tv.

The beach was excellent. The food was delicious, the room was big. The views are amazing. They do provide reasonable $$ transportation into the small town. There were paddle boards and canoes to use.
This hotel is dated and needs to be upgraded. The location is quite remote. The terrain is tough to manage for older folks so ask for a room closer to the main building. We were disappointed with the onsite construction in front of our room. If it had been more reasonably priced I would not have a complaint.

Friendly personnel, great beach, excellent location.
I seem to have a problem with beds in Italy. Do box spring beds not exist? It's always a mattress on a hard bed. My back usually hurts, but I had this with three hotels. Conclusion: it's me, not the hotel.

The staff went the extra mile with all the small details.
This really impressed us and elevated our experience whilst staying there.
The tennis court overlooking the private beach was a real highlight.
Everything was fabulous!

View from the balcony was awesome. Quite good location near many really beautiful beaches (car needed) and the private beach was nice too.
Good breakfast with wide selection.
Reception lady was really helpful.
Overpriced. Premises and cleanliness didn’t meet the price. With this price range one would expect nicer room and superior service.

Nice facility - Good breakfast- Very clean
Most of the restaurant staff doesn’t speak English.

Nice resort for relaxing holiday, private beach and pool were great, fresh beach towels provided everyday which was a nice bonus. Staff were lovely and friendly and helped with any queries we had. Breakfast was favourite meal, so many choices! Shuttle service to Porto San Paolo was handy when we both wanted to have a few drinks.
Decor felt a bit dated, our room 100s was beside main road in and out of resort, cars started driving by early in the morning. Limited dinner options, one restaurant. Location wise you need a car to get around, close to Porto San Paolo, but would not recommend walking.

Location is amazing.
Hotel is a bit tired and could do with a refresh. Compared to other hotels in the area. not the best value for money.

The location is epic with stunning views of Isola Tavolara. The staff are 10 out of 10 and super friendly with great English.
Nothing.

Beautiful location, clean and comfy rooms, superb breakfasts, pleasant setting. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location is in the private area distant from other hotels, and thus not crowded with tourists. There are boats that are available to rent directly at the hotel, which makes it easy to visit islands in the area (no boat licence is needed for these). The transfer organised by the hotel was very nice as well.
The hotel itself is great, but one should keep in mind that the meals at the hotel are pricey, and there is no footpath that leads to neighbouring towns with cafes, restaurants, etc. Although they are only 25 min walk away. One could still rent a bicycle or a car, the hotel facilitates these options.

Beach and bar and restaurant
Room. Toilet seat broken and waste bin very poor.
8.0
The location is amazing, the restaurant and the pool have an incredible view on the sea and the Tavolara Island
The garden and the flowers are wonderful The staff very nice and kind
The little private beach
The aperitivo in the evening, the only food available was a few bites of bread and octopus. Very poor for a four stars hotel. And if you don’t like octopus, the only alternative is basic crisps. Come on, a 4 stars hotel in the country of the best aperitifs! Make an effort!
The reception and part of the room were a bit dated, a fresh touch would make it perfect

nice staff. Breakfast buffet was exceptional!!!!!!
Beach was lovely.
We booked a standard room and it was tired looking. No color......cheap closet. We stayed here a few years ago and the room was very pretty and colorful. The stay was expensive enough so I was disappointed with the style of the room. Very out dated.

Very scenic location and lovely beach. Can be difficult without car or having to use taxi all the time. 0.6 mile walk to road and buses not frequent. But overall lovely stay.
Transport links to local towns.

Pool a bit old and dirty...wouldnt use. No one showed up for luggage so had to carry up a lot of steps. Disappointed no evening sun on balcony.
