- Perfect location. The hotel is located at the beautiful beach! - Nice evening program for kids and adults. - Lots of activities during the day. - The food was delicious.

- The breakfast could be more varied. No sepearate children's menu. - The coffee was average. - Water drain issue in the bathroom.

The staff is awesome. Incredibly nice, pleasant and efficient.

Iberostars does not care about their customers! The reservation process was a nightmare. Less than 24 after reservation I called the hotel, customer service and central services a dozen times, spent 2 days on the phone and they kept forwarding my call from person to person claiming “I’m not the person that can solve that”. They did not reply any of my emails. Once at the hotel, the director claimed that was not aware of my request and contacts, putting a tone on a huge failure of their internal processes. After this I will never again book Iberostars wherever. Want another awful example? Once there, we parked our rented car by the hotel street, as advised. One day the car had been removed by local police. There was a race so they put a 24 hours warning. We were on a all inclusive regimen, so we did not use the car everyday. We had to pay 126€+10€ (taxi) to pick up our car at the police station. We were informed that this happens every year!! Every year people on their vacation have to pay to pick up cars!!!!! So how come warnings are not distributed at the hotel lobby, avoiding our waist of money and time? Again, I explained the situation to hotel staff, then sub director, then director. They just did not care, did nothing. There is so much anyone of them could have done, before, during and after our stay there to overcome this. Still, after all the direct feedback, I got nothing back, not even a word. Iberistars does not care.
