the staff were lovely
would have liked coffee and water in the room rather than getting it

It was a great size, lots of food options, fantastic entertainment and staff.
Pools were extremely cold perhaps heating in the cooler months is possible.
Is a little remote but did have a good bus service.
No cocktail options in all inclusive was disappointing.

Very friendly and helpful staff - couldn't do enough for us. They were fantastic.
We liked the availability and range of drinks and food throughout the stay.
We also really liked the facilities for kids available in the resort.
The pools are all unheated and are absolutely freezing - it's almost as if they're actively being chilled! PLEASE heat the pools (or at least the children's pools!)
The evening entertainment is far too late and far too loud. We have toddlers and the Disney show started at 9pm - 2 hours after their bedtime. Who is this show for?? It was so loud that you can hear it across the entire resort. Either make it earlier or change the theme and make it quieter!
There was a disused drain in our lounge (behind the cupboard) where there used to be a sink. It was uncapped, so the smell permeated throughout our apartment - not ideal.
The coffee is really bad - a deal with a proper coffee provider would work wonders.

Friendly and attentive staff, great variety of food, proximity to the beach.
No coffee making facilities in the room, not ideal if you are away from the main building. Rooms dated, could do with renovation (but very clean).
8.0
The facilities, activities, breakfast.
Pillows, no hot water pool, staff fake niceness, bare rooms, dusty blankets.

Entertainment on very high level. All off activities were perfect. You can play football, play volleyball or take a diving lesson and many, many more. Good food, and delicious drinks.
Stuff is always very helpful and kind. Kids will love this hotel.
Kids club was great because you can leave your kid with good and responsible hotel personel.
It's also really nice that you can find also easy and calm places behind of the loud areas.
Wi fi worked perfect.
I could back and enjoy there every summer!
Rom has not been cleaned very often (1 time on 4 days), and beds have not the best quality, it was not as comfortable as we expected. It was also loud and we could hear all neighbours' noises.

Nice location
Good eco sence - no one time plastic, drinking water to be filled in etc.
Good pools for kids
Lunch and Dinner was fine and tasty (at the Mexican and Mediterranen restaurant)
A lot of free parking space
Staff was friendly and nice
Water in pools was chilly
The rooms and whole hotel could use a renovation. Starting with dirty courtains to a room that looks like from another age.
Beds were uncomfortable, and a double bed was two beds connected together.
Only beer cups for wine/beer/anything else - you have to pour it yourself in the restaurants.
No fresh orange juice.
Breakfast was poor

a great place for families the second time we have been and enjoyed it so much would definitely go back in a few years with all of the grandkids
the furniture had not been updated in a few years and could do with a revamp on the inside disco room a bit dated now and could do with being more sociable

Really friendly staff and lovely, well kept pools. Evening entertainment had a nice variety. Felt extremely safe and there were lots of drink options.
Being a vegetarian the food got very boring very quickly. Although there were options, none of it was overly appealing.

Location was good. Perfect for families with younger children wanting to relax to watch children play. For a family with 11-18 which we fit into a car to see more of the Ireland is a must and of course the hotel location is perfect. However if you like quietness at night - we found this hotel too loud. Difficult to sleep with loud entertaining music.
Turning down the music a little. After a day out trekking in heat, you want to relax at the hotel and go to sleep early for the next day’s adventure, but this was difficult due to loud music. The beaches around the hotel are too beautiful. Cala Mondrago in particular. Explore this on foot through the nature park next to the hotel. If you are a foodie, the restaurants did not disappoint.

Great hotel, excellent food, fantastic programs for kids (and adults), plenty of pools, has its`own beach, which is lovely. Having it`s own doctor services is just brilliant, my kid got ear infection while being there and we could sort it all out within the resort - how awesome is that. They even delivered our medication. Staff was extremely kind. The app is fantastic: you see all programs and you can communicate about our needs (room service, special questions etc.) Really fantastic!
I love that there was doctor services, it saves so much hussle. BUT - they were not transparent. You had no idea how much the consultation fee was going to be (105 EUR each). For this, the doctor looked in my kid`s ear. I then said that the same child cut his finger the day before and asked her to look at it. A day before a water safety guard handled the wound, we were not aware of the doctor on site. The doctor just said annoyed that it is too late, it would have needed stiches, it can get infected now. Would not look at it, touch it, clean it, comfort us with any advise, just arrogantly walked away. We left there 210 EUR (she also looked in my ear, 5 second service) but she felt completely comfortable to ignore a medical issue. So: having the service is great, a doctor with at least some bedside manner would be even better. It also is great that they deliver the mdication, but again: they hide the costs. charged me 30 EUR, I asked for the receipt (for my insurer) which is 15 EUR. Service fee was 15 (totally reasonable and I am happy to pay) but why not being honest and upfront about it?
The rooms were also spacious but very outdated, for the price I expected something much more modern. But the place offers plenty programs, so you are not in there much anyway.
Oh, and this race for a sunbed is ridiculous. People line up at 9am to reserve their beds. A better system would be needed, noone needs this stress on a holiday.

Proximity to beach, shade around pools by trees, variety of food
Air conditioning worked well for first 2 nights then got progressively worse.

We liked the quietness at times where the room was situated. The pool staff were very friendly and hard working. No problems getting a sunbed you didn't have to be up at silly o clock to reserve your bed. However, the buggy service was not frequent and the distance from the main resort was about 10 minus on foot. The rooms were clean, however, very tired and need to be updated. Not suitable for wheelchair users.
The food was bland no matter which restaurant you choose. Drinks very poor. No shuttle bus service from the hotel into Cala D'Or etc. Laundry facilities were far away from our room. In total on site with a capacity of i think approximately 2,400 people there were only 4 washing machines, and 2 tumble driers in the whole resort!

this really is an exceptional family hotel. All of the facilities are geared completely towards young families and each and every staff member goes above and beyond to ensure you have an incredible stay. Nothing is too much trouble and service is always with a smile, we have had a truly unforgettable stay.
the rooms are a little dated and could go with a lick of paint

Multiple restaurants to choose from, nice pools and surroundings, beautiful views from the beach restaurant. Air conditioning worked well.
Every lounger was "reserved" from early morning even if nobody was using them so it was impossible to get a lounger. Hotel was so busy that all the pools were packed. Room was a bit dated.

we stayed for 7 nights in july 2022. couple + 8 yr + 9 month baby. staff was very nice and welcoming. lots of stuff to do for kids!! the pools and slides for kids are amazing. lots of activities for the kids during the day, and also various sport activities for adults like stretching, yoga, cycling, table tennis and more.
