Great family vacation with everything you could ask for. If you get dibs on the master on the 2nd floor the bed was super comfy! You can make every meal there, but can also head out for dinner. A lot of options within an hour. We went to Burger Tavern 77 in Columbia (45 minutes), it was delicious!

Absolutely loved the main house and location. Unfortunately we had an animal issue in the guest house during our stay. The owner responded immediately and had maintenance come out to address the issue but it still took a little away from our stay. Definitely enjoyed our stay though!

Beautiful and spacious home that comfortably housed all 16 in our group, ages 4-70. The property is well-equipped and supplied with everything we needed inside and out. While quite spacious, the house offers multiple small cozy gathering areas. The waterfront view is wonderful - great dock with two levels, fire ring, horseshoes, enough area for plenty of outdoor fun. It was wonderful in February; I'm sure it's fantastic in the summer. The owner was very attentive and went out of her way to make sure everything was great for us.

Our bookclub takes a long weekend every year to somewhere secluded, comfortable, and beautiful. This cabin did not disappoint. We arrived on Thursday and did not leave until Sunday, so we can't tell you anything about the surrounding area. But we can tell you:
- we felt safe enough to take our regular runs and stay out on the dock well after dark
- the variety of spaces suited a wide age gap - inside, screen porch, covered dock, dock in the sun.
- the internet was great
We did not use the TV so we can't speak to the cable. Also, be prepared for plumbing issues (there was a backup in the guest house), but the host was very responsive and had the situation handled quickly (and it was a weekend). There are only three bathrooms, so the speed at which the problem was handled was appreciated.
The kitchen is equipped and has more spices than any of us have ever seen in a rental. We appreciated that very much. The stove is gas, so if you aren't accustomed, it can take some getting used to.
The home was beautiful, and many ladies suggested we not look for another place, and just come back here next year.

This lake house was great. This was the 2nd year staying at this house and both times was wonderful!!!! The large kitchen table was wonderful for us all to have yummy meals together. The owner was wonderful to work with if we had any questions. We definitely will be back again next year.

Quaint private spacious place where we could enjoy. Big enough for all to have their own space, but still felt cozy. Great communication from property management. We would definitely stay here again

Overall we were very pleased with the property. Unfortunately we did have an issue with a squirrel getting into the guest house. The manager took care of it right away but our group wasn't comfortable staying in it after that. The main was great though with plenty of space.

This was a fabulous property for a family celebration in February. Beautiful lake front setting. Plenty of room for all 16 of us. The property was well-supplied inside and out for all that we wanted to do. Better than all of that was the property owner who did all that she could to make sure we had an enjoyable stay. While February was wonderful, summer would be incredible.

Our friends like to get together to enjoy good food, good company, and good board gmes about twice a year and this location was perfect for it. Plenty of room to host activities and a well equipped kitchen to cook in for roughly 12 people and some day guests.
Would definitely book again.

Wonderful, rustic home. Lots of bedrooms, huge kitchen table, 2 screened in porches with view of lake, big stove for cooking and great dock. We had a great family vacation at a nice spot on Wateree Lake!

Ridgeway Cabin
Beautiful place! Cabin is giant with plenty of room. Lake is gorgeous! Boat Dock was incredible. Lots of fun things to do! House has everything…all you need to bring is food. I brought my ski boat and it was a blast! Very quit! Never left the house except for the lake! Service was great! Super nice people! I will rent this house again!!!

The decor is cheeky and charming and feels both retro and timeless.
As someone who cooks alot on family trips, I so appreciated the incredibly well-stocked kitchen--honestly, you could easily cook a Thanksgiving dinner for 25 and still not run out of plates! The (many!) beds were comfortable and the water hot, even with eight folks scrambling to get a shower in in the same two-hour span. The upstairs toilet has some issues, but we made it work. The guest house is also cute, and despite the quite small bathroom, can accomodate a crowd.
The owner is responsive, friendly, and generous. For our family, it was the perfect graduation weekend getaway!

John Candy’s character in The Great Outdoors would have wept with joy at the sight of this place! Other than the very modern refrigerator and the flatscreen TVs, it felt very much like a place that my family and I would have stayed in the 1980s.
The owner is a gem. She strives to open a relationship with each and every renter for the duration of their stay.
My groomsmen and I had a terrific trip and we plan to use this house again!

This home was perfect for our large family. Everyone had their own bedrooms and the common area is big enough that we could do separate activities without bothering others. The kitchen was well stocked with items for our chefs to perform their magic!!

It was a nice place, especially the porches, but it needs some major work on the upkeep. It was a also a little mind blowing that the dock is missing a board and for a very inexpensive fix, opens the owner up to all kinds of liability. We still enjoyed the serenity of the property.

Debbie and Drew were wonderful. We had few issues the first night that were fixed immediately. They were both easy to get in touch with. We were staying at the property since a large group of us were going to a nearby off road park. We were able to fit 3 trucks with open trailers and 4 trucks in the driveway without difficulty. The home is just like the pictures, some if us are planning to come back in the summer! Debbie, thanks for sharing your lovely home with us.

Peaceful & Perfect
Could not have asked for a more perfect location for our women's retreat - a delightful combination of spacious & cozy, with beautiful views, plenty of places to find solitude or enjoy all 10 of us at once, & decor that makes you smile. Check in & communication was wonderful, parking was plentiful, & the entire atmosphere echoes "Come away with me all you who are weary & heavy laden, & I will give you rest" :-)
