Breve gradevole vacanza al Bora Bora

La posizione è vicinissima alla spiaggia ed ai principali locali di divertimento. Appartamento pulito e profumato, gradevole nella disposizione e alla vista.

Da rivedere alcuni dettagli: la serratura della porta scorrevole che dà nella loggia non chiude, a piano terra.

Don’t be fooled by the location..get ur money’s worth..specially cleanliness..it’s a put off

It was close to clubs and beach..good location

Very dirty rooms..had to complain to get the room cleaned..apparently if u get up late after 2 noon they have no staff to clean the rooms..it’s weird because it’s a party place and guests party until morning 6 am as the best clubs are around…so certainly we will get up late..but need to get back to a clean room…very lazy housekeeping staff ..they come with earpods and pretend they cannot hear when you tell them to change sheets or clean the bathroom..we are not staying for free remember that..receptionist were helpful..but hygiene very very bad..surprised for European standards they can be compared for hygiene to poor underdeveloped countries..

War nur eine Nacht im Hotel - aber Alles Bestens!

Zimmer geräumig und Sauber. War nur eine Nacht im Hotel, da Flug gecancelt wurde. Ist zwar gerade an der Strasse, aber hört man kaum, wenn Fenster geschlossen sind!

Personal an der Rezeption sehr freundlich und ebenfalls Security!

Convenient location but not worth the money.

Great Location. In the heart of the party scene.

The room was a total health hazard. There was evident water damage to the walls & ceiling and a VERY strong humidity smell. Doors were broken, bathroom flooded every time we used the shower, the A/C was on and off all the time and there was little to no reception service nor was there WiFi.

Good but no Wi-Fi

Great location and pool area was nice. Staff was also super nice!

The Wi-Fi did not reach out room although we were in the first building close to the reception. It seemed to not work for the others either because everyone was standing close to the reception for internet. Unfortunately I hardly had service in the apartment, as soon as I stepped outside the apartment I had 5G. wouldn’t be a problem if the Wi-Fi would have worked properly. That was really a pain.

Great location but the rest was heavily lacking! The worst was the smell though...

The location was nice but unfortunately the reason why people book that place was the bora bora beach club who closed a year ago.. so technically thr valur of the place has plummeted. Still it's a couple of minutes away from the top 2 best clubs in Ibiza; meaning ushuaia and Hi Ibiza! Which was nice. Other than the location the appartement was honnedtly mediocre.

- The team - The boring atmosphere; no life; no animation - The horrendous smell in the appartement - the lack of decoration especially in the main room

I loved everything from the friendly staff to the amazing cleaners doing a top job all the time. Perfect location and I can’t wait to go again I can highly recommend this hotel.

Exceptional

Everything! Food was very good value for money here also!, full English breakfast cost €6 and we had a 2 course meal with drinks for 2 people and it only cost €24 which was amazing, the staff were so lovely and helpful, I couldn't of asked for a nicer place to stay also the sea view from our balcony was perfect.

Nothing at all! We are already planning to stay again in a couple of months l.

Awesome, value of money, clean room

The room and bathroom was very clean. There was a big balcony with table and chair to sit. The bed was so comfortable. There was kitchen area too where we cooked our own food. The most important thing is the entry of Bora Bora party was inckuded in the price of room. They have the big parking area too. Also there was big supermart in front of apartment.

The face of the balcony was towards the road, we wanted it towards the beach.

Terrible. Too costly to feel in the ghetto.

absolutely nothing!

I didn’t liked anything. The worst place I’ve ever been in my life for the price of 500€ per day. Noisy place, air conditioner very limited and turn off every few minutes or 2h max so if you wanna sleep in a heatwave as the one was happening when I was there, It was impossible… also problems with the electricity, staff (securities) all of them bad rude when I was not using a horrible bracelet that anyone can know you’re staying at that cow-house. Plus, one even tried to harass me inside my room when he came see what was happening with the electricity. (drunk on his service) there was no key for the safe ( I had to pay extra 4€ per day to use it) what a horror! also no camera inside the common areas. at the corridor, my door, and on the balcony. anyone can simply jump from street or other balconies and something bad happen. luckily, maybe, is not the case and what happens in Ibiza. The air conditioner was in the living room instead in the room… If you’re a very low income person or a poor young adult discovering life, and you’re desperately to sleep somewhere near the beach-clubs and all the main parties-clubs, just few minutes walking, then you are in the right place. Room service? Eating at the place? I can be very mistake but no… absolutely not. Places in Ibiza need drastically a reform for the charges they’re asking even tho is “high season”.

Horrible room and a rude Italian receptionist

I am quite surprised by the relatively positive feedback of the other visitors. The room which we go was absolutely horrible. Once you entered the room you got hit by the strong humid and moldy smell as the ceiling was filled with mold. There was no toiletries available expect for a shower/shampoo. It was not possible to close to bath room door as the wood of the door was totally swollen up. There was no room service for cleaning the room or changing the towels. The worst of all was though the very rude Italian receptionist, who was just complaining about, who much she was stressed out by the people. When we mentioned the situation of our room, she just said “don’t come in August to Ibiza”. Furthermore she told us a lie, when we asked her if it would be possible to book a taxi, she refused and said that we need to wait in the streets for a taxi, just because she didn’t want to call one. A person like her should not work as a receptionist, where she needs to deal constantly with other people. Her attitude was unacceptable and more than rude. To be fair the other staff member were nice and I think that the Italian receptionist was just the worst personnel there. All in all it was a horrible experience, given the fact that we paid also a lot for that room, I would not recommend anybody to stay there, because it is not acceptable to get such a bad room and be also treated so unfriendly by the Italian receptionist!
