The property is close to the bus terminal and about a 25 minute walk to the old town, it was perfect for our stay and the room we had on the 6 th floor had a balcony just outside the room . The breakfast was good just what you need in the morning.

The reception is little unprofessional and confused.. seems like they have trainees there who are not fully knowledgeable what to do.

Biggest concern I had was the cleaning staff, happened twice the cleaning lady knocked on our door at 8 am, and was very annoyed that we haven’t left yet, ignoring us when saying hello etc We arrived with a dog (extra paid), when she saw the dog (being a meter from me)she gasped with disgust, looked at me and went to the room next to our. I felt very uncomfortable, as he is stay was paid and completely don’t understand this behaviour. Each time the room was barely cleaned, the bed was wrinkled and towels very much used.

Stayed at this hotel number of times and I was never disappointed. Rooms are nice and clean, location is good, breakfast plentiful. Nice city views from 6th floor rooms.

It wasn't my first time here, I like the bedrooms are nice, the beds are comfy, and breakfast is wonderful with a lot of selection to choose from and really tasty, it's well located since it is close to both airport and old town

Staff were great, room was large and comfortable and had a balcony with far reaching views. The breakfast was excellent and the food in the restaurant was amazing.

dark corridors, automatic lights came on late

Spacious, luxurious feel from the 80-90’s. Breakfast decent and changed daily. Nice family rooms.

Plenty of well dressed staff, but not so friendly. Broken elevator so needed to walk every day down long dark corridor. Showers broken and filled tub while showering. Musty smell.

The breakfast room is very small. It's difficult to find a place in the busy hours.

Breakfast was amazing, the restaurant with very spacious and the chairs were ultra comfortable. The upgrade of the room was made free of charge due to overbooking. The view from the terrace was amazing.

It has a good location in a lovely neighboorhood. It is in a walking distance to the Nivy shopping center.
