Amazing hotel!

Amazing hotel! The most beautiful pool! The place is full of trees with flowers. Food from the restaurant is very good, prices are like in all the other restaurants from Kata. Breakfast was maybe a little repetitive, but you can always find something to eat. There were eggs, sausages, rice and chicken, vegetables, pancakes, fruits, cakes and biscuits, juices and coffee, dry fruits, etc. The cleaning was made daily. We had a lot of towels, even beach towels, slippers and a beach bag. They put bottled water in the room daily, free of charge. The transport till the beach (or town) is assured by theme all they long.

The property is literally on the hill. But we knew this. They offers free transport to and from the beach. So, nothing to complain.

Fijn verblijf!

Mooi hotel, ruime kamers met Balkon en groot zwembad

wel hoog dus als je geen motor hebt moet je veeeel omhoog lopen. Gelukkig hadden wij een motor. De borg is 3000 baht wat ik persoonlijk wel overdreven veel vind aangezien ik dat geld graag gewoon wil besteden en dat de hele vakantie dan niet kan.

Good value for money

The view over the Kata Beach is stunning. Also, the pool area is very nice.

The breakfast and food in general was limited and average.

Really nice staff, courtesy bus to the beach, quiet pool.

I know they have to cater to a wide international clientele, but I did find the breakfast offering a little left field, for example I have never been offered sauteed potatoes as a breakfast option.

Amazing sea views great staff

The pool facilities and the views are amazing. The room was great and I really enjoyed my time here. Staff were friendly and always very helpful.

Lovely pool area. Good location at quieter end of Kata Beach. Helpful and efficient taxi service at hotel.

Potential to be a wonderful hotel, however it is let down by the poor quality of it's food and restaurant services. The pool bar often closed early. Service in the restaurant in the evening was slow and the food was not of good quality. One of our dishes was poorly cooked showing raw chicken - they were happy enough to take the dish away but still wanted us to pay for it. The rooms were adequately but not sparkly clean. The air conditioning was temperamental and one of our rooms smelt damp.

Rooms were great, pool was nice

TV had absolutely nothing to watch, 6 non English channels, and 1x English boring news channel, hotel should include a streaming device. Breakfast was limited, real juice, and more variety needed.

Well worth to pay a visit.

The View from my hotwl room and quiet location with close proximity to the town of Kata beach and towne centre

The Air-conditioned system was challenging to control the fan and preferred temperature.

Amazing view and good pool with lots of greens. Big room.

The facilities were a bit old. The bed wasn’t as comfortable. A sofa frame was covered in dust

A great place to stay as a family and with friends and was value for money. We will be back.....

The location of the resort was fantastic with exceptional views. A hill we needed to conquer each time to go home but this was fine. The staff were great and the amenities were great. The pools were nice and the bar area overlooking the beach was ideal

The transport to and from the beach could've been offered more frequently.

Awesome hotel

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Pool area and view deck is huge and great to hang during day. Room was awesome

the toilet didn't have a proper door, it had like 5-7cm between both parts, was like going without a door. everything was broken, like the phone, and employees didn't care, they just tell you try again later, should be working... in the end they changed the phone and it worked

Stunning hotel, perfect for a family vacation, short walk to beach/shops/restaurants.

Beautiful hotel. We got a free upgrade to the Honeymoon Suite which was an incredible room. The staff were always polite and happy to help. The pool was great with a few layers and a view of the ocean from the top. The bottom of the hill had great access directly to a lovely white sand beach or lots of shops and restaurants.

If I have to be picky: of course, if you want great views, it is better to be on top of a hill. But the hill is very steep. It is only a 5 minute walk, which is fine downhill, but uphill in the summer heat is quite tough. The hotel does offer a free hourly shuttle though. And the walk is good to walk off dinner.

***DO NOT STAY HERE - 3 Star Hotel and that is being GENEROUS***

The grounds were clean

*Front desk staff rude on check in and when checking out. Zero customer service *First room was a disgrace - Half the lights did not work, Was filthy beyond belief and the manger changed our rooms immediately once I pointed out the state of everything *We have a party of 3 and were often given 2 towels and on 1 occasion only given 1 towel and this was the same for the allocated swimming towels when our room was made up daily *Should of seen the red flags at the resturant - No one ate there. I tried a fish burger and it was half cooked. I sent it back and waited 15mins then cancelled the order. I ordered in from a local Pizza place for dinner, *Ordered room service once - 2 out of the 3 meals arrived and waited 10 mins for the third *Came back from a day trip, our room was still being made up at 5.45pm so we grabbed a few drinks and sat by the balcony overlooking the sea whilst waiting. The bar staff wanted to charge us a fee because we brought ouy our own drinks. I tried to explain the situation of WHY we were here and he wasn't interested. I lost my patience and tore a few strips off him - No fee was charged

Well-priced, but a lack of care from some (not all) of the staff

The price was very good. The beds were excellent.

The attitude of the reception staff on arrival was indifferent. Communication was not ideal when we arrived at 4.30pm and no-one could confirm if our room was ready or not.
