Fabulous

The location is what we keep coming back for. The parking is an added bonus. The Mattress was great on the King Size Bed. The cleaning Staff are respectful of your time as to when they clean the room. most guests are courteous of when walking pass.

The Shower was not up to scratch

Very disappointed.

Comfortable bed, large room in quiet area, dinner in restaurant was good quality, dining wait staff exceptional.

Bathroom was filthy, hard to communicate with reception staff, personal property went missing from in room fridge, hallway carpet on our floor was not cleaned at any time during 2 night stay, free wifi very poor, room required general maintenance

Perfect location and quiet in a bustling neighbourhood

Location was excellent. I liked that we were given an early checkin and the staff were helpful and friendly. The toiletries were of good quality and my room was comfortable especially the bed.

The only thing I did not like was that the lighting was terrible in the room.

A good, safe inexpensive and comfortable night

I loved the room with the view over Collins Street It was good value for money and the bed was very comfortable and the room was clean The hotel was not too far from NGV , had a late checkout and was close to the arcades for a nice breakfast

I hadn't realised it was a mainly 'working person overnighter' hotel and I expressed surprise when I was charged a refundable fee in case I used bar facilities or something - The customer service person next to mine - ie an eavesdropper -interrupted and actually argued with me!! I had only commented in surprise - I have been in many hotels in Europe but none in Australia - I didn't particularly care about the charge it simply took me by surprise and I was half laughing but this women took it as a major criticism which I thought was a bit unprofessional There was some sort of massive air conditioning unit in the hall outside the door of my room which was excessively noisy and made it hard to get to sleep but considering it was an inexpensive room I guess it was par for the course

This brand hotel is not anymore what it was in the past

The location, the gym center & pool.

Insufficient amenities in the bathroom even if coffee & tea, no international TV channel, carpet on the floor, people at the reception desk.

Disappointing

Good location and room service food was good.

Staff were not friendly/approachable upon check in. Cushions in room were filthy and dusty. Room was tiny and the walk to the room from the elevator was like a maze.

Lovely hotel

huge rooms, good layout, comfortable and lovely staff, l loved the inset bathroom soaps and shampoos, I hate the little bottles, this was more home away from home comforts.

concierge and was confused when arrive whether I can park out the front, so found another park and then had to wait to find someone to sort out parking. then upstairs to drop bags at reception and pickup.

Great location and extremely comfortable hotel with excellent facilities

A great location, and a friendly place. The concierge at the door was very helpful and knowledgable.

The room was a great size, and we both appreciated having a desk big enough to do some work at, as well as a comfortable lounge for two of us to relax on. (We have stayed at so many hotels that have only one comfortable chair!) We loved the bar on level 3 - had a couple of celebratory drinks there over the few days.

The TV could do with an upgrade (but we didn't come to watch tele). The staff didn't clean our bathroom, even though the towels were replaced, and we ran out of hand wash - so they mustn't check for products either.

Central to everywhere we wanted to go, room was spacious for 2 adults and 3 little children.

Not as equipped to the Novatel of old, but fair value for money.

The location to both MCG and the Crown was ideal.

The air conditioning rattled all night and the television was way too small for that room.

easy check in, given a quiet room, comfy king bed, spacious clean room

after checking in we decided to take advantage of the cheaper breakfast later that night but unfortunately couldn’t be added to our room so we had breakfast elsewhere
