I skipped breakfast the whole time because it wa gross and I have a great appetite in the morning / I remember the buffet in the MUNICH Airport HILTON was totally the opposite clean & great

This particular place the only thing about HILTON standard is the name

Confortável, limpeza muito boa. Perto de estação de metrô, ônibus e trem. Tem um shopping enorme muito próximo, que dá pra ir a pé.

The location of the Hilton London Kensington Hotel is central and works for me every time! The rooms are sizeable and not matchbox, typical of Central London hotels. The room was clean, everything worked. The tasty room service meals were delivered promptly!

Excellent breakfast and efficient staff

Room was on the small side. Entrance way into the room was extremely narrow. So much so that the bathroom needed a sliding door which could barely be moved. Although when this was mentioned to staff it was rectified same day.

Emplacement très bien, personnel sympathique. L'arrêt de bus touristique juste devant l'hôtel était très appréciable.

Hôtel vieillot, chambre très petite avec salle d'eau miniscule (plafond très bas). Ne vaut pas un 4 étoiles.

Staff were very polite and attentive. They noticed it was a special occasion for us and gave us a really nice room with great amenities. The room was big enough for both of us. With a wardrobe that had robes and slippers. They even had a cute chocolate cake for us on the table and congratulated us on the anniversary. Which was just such a beautiful touch. And really made the trip special. I did get room service which was very nice I just think it could have been presented a bit nicer but again not the end of the world. I do recommend the cheeseboard which was very lovely. Really great location and close to two stations.

The bathroom was a tad too small. Just quite tight but had a good sink and bathtub too so can’t complain.

Very nice not to hear the traffic. However, the walls are thin and lack isolation and we were waked up at 0600 on Saturday morning by the neighbour having the alarm clock on for 15 minutes before turning it off! All other sounds were heard, sneezing, talking etc. Could be explained by the room being a connecting room with only a door between. Breakfast was good and service as well. Very nice and helpful staff - especially concierge. A recommended stay if you want to go shopping at Westfield. Underground only a few minutes walk. Nice walk from Hotel to Portobello Market :)

Lovely room, very comfortable bed, great shower, lovely staff, and great location less than 5 minute walk to Shepherds Bush tube station. Also, very little in the way of noise (really important to me as a light sleeper….🙈🙈)

Le lit était très inconfortable et en plus il grinçait au moindre mouvement. Impossible de dormir dans des conditions pareilles!

Good location

i like that its near the underground train station , There is also a cinema , supermarkets, food places and a lovely shopping center near and its easy to get to the city center from there.

Die Lage zu den verschiedenen Verkehrsmitteln ist gut Reinigungspersonal war sehr freundlich.

Die Kellner, beim Abendessen im Restaurant, waren nicht aufmerksam und haben einen ignoriert. Mehrmaliges Rufen und zuwinken war nötig, da sie ein ständig vergaßen.Der Mitarbeiter vor dem Frühstück-Saal, welcher die Zimmernummer wissen wollte, war sehr unfreundlich. Zimmer waren sehr alt und abgenutzt, überall waren Kratzer und ein Spiegel war extrem milchig angelaufen. Auf dem Flur hat es abartig nach Chemie gestunken. Wir waren in der 6 Etage, wie es bei den anderen Etagen aussah wissen wir nicht.
