Poor service. The staff was inexistent, not even answering phone calls. The view does not look like in the photos: the place is right on the road and not in a nice secluded lagoon. The bed had some bugs in it. The room next to the hallway entrance is like a bad omen: tge doors have zero soundproofing and you can hear the persons in the hallway as they were with uou in the room. The first floor windows are see through, no privacy. Their laundry services are actually a launderette. Their only strength was advertising heavily this tourist trap which was too expensive for what it offered. Look somewhere else.

Scenic location. Beautiful building. Seating area by the pond. The lady who checked us in was lovely, couldn’t have been more friendly or helpful.
The bed sheets looked as though they’d been ran over by the maid’s cart, with black marks over several. Foist smell coming from the carpet. Overall it was a nice building but very tired.

The reception area is nice
The property did not look like it did in the photos, the room did not have a bath like in the photos. We went with another couple and for the price of the rooms it was really underwhelming. it was very dated and the beds were old and uncomfortable. There was also no restaurant onsite that belonged to the hotel. There is a restaurant onsite that is privately owned but it was fully booked. if you are going to stay you should book the restaurant beforehand.

Never judge a hotel by its look... The rooms are like shoe box with TV not working properly and toilet seat needs to be fixed. I was asked to make the bed sheet myself whilst they provided a king size single bed for my 14 yo daughter and 11 yo son. Please do your homework before you book this hotel

The outside was beautiful, beds were comfortable.
Small room's, bathroom wasn't the one advertised, wonky toilet seat, slow draining shower, water came over lip of tray. No wardrobe.
Over priced

clean and comfortable
I did not like how reception was closed when we arrived at 10.20PM. I did not like how the first time I called the advised after hour check in number that nobody answered. I did not like how when I called the after hour check in number a second time that the person who answered had no idea what was going on. I did not like that there was no advanced communication advising that check closed at 10.00PM. I would have thought that having an effective check in protocol would have been a necessity for a hotel but what do I know lol
