Comfortable room and bathroom with everything needed. Kitchenette and fridge with essentials, all spotlessly clean. Quiet location on the dry Todd River.

Location of the hotel is good...approx 15 minutes walk to town centre. Pool was clean. Room was good size. Nice toiletries provided. Parking on site. Main gate closed at night...swipe access to get to site and also into accommodation complex. Has a BBQ area and tables and chairs. Mini fridge. Jug of cold water in fridge on arrival was welcomed. Air conditioning worked well. Quiet rooms.
Stayed 2 nights. Was expecting room service tidy but didn't happen...towels not replaced. The internet code in my room didn't work. I enquired at reception and they said that one doesn't work and gave me new code. Not enough parking if accommodation is full.

Very nice staff and property well kept.
There isn’t a restaurant/cafe on the property and nothing close by. That should be mentioned in the description because if you do not have your own vehicle it would be very difficult.

The accommodation was comfortable with all the necessary facilities in our two bedroom apartment for a week's stay. The property is secure, quiet and relaxing. Spacious rooms. Staff were friendly and helpful.
The shower and bath tap converter in our apartment (24A) needs to be fixed. It sounds like construction drilling every time we took a shower. Two bedroom apartment only had one bathroom to share.

Need to have better plan for car park space when it is full.
Need to move my car from other car park in the morning because that car park belong other company in the morning.

Beautiful location and excellent facilities. Loved the spacious rooms and bathroom with a bath!

Staff were very welcoming and very helpful. Having a conveniently located apartment for our stay in Alice Springs was very useful. We were able to walk to the shops and restaurants. We especially appreciated the use (free) of very good laundry facilities which made catching up on the washing so easy.
The carpet in the hall was stained and some of the cookware in our kitchen wasn’t properly clean. The kitchen had minimal cookware and crockery and cutlery.
