Marvelous view and very nice location

The property is very small for 6 people and quite old. It certainly needs some refreshment

Location of this property is really nice, its on a hill top and you get quite a view of the lake and big cities on other side of the lake in Swiss. Even though the location is a bit remote staff is available till 7 PM for any assistance needed for check-in process. Nights are really Quite because you have nothing nearby to disturb. Free and enough parking is available with in the property.

Property is quite old and not maintained well (specifically the rooms), living area makes sound if you walk. Rooms are really small (we had 2 apartments with 1 room and 2 room options) 2 room apartment is not enough for 6 people as mentioned in details (specifically if you are two families travelling together). Pictures are somehow misleading which shows bigger rooms.

Good location and nice views of lac leman. Quiet safe area. Big bathroom. Good sized rooms. Well equipped kitchenette.

Shower leaked and didn't have a door just a shower curtain all the way round. Some pillows had human hair and dirt on the pillows themselves (under the covers). The chalets themselves look dated and nothing like the pictures advertised (neither inside nor outside). Felt more functional than luxury. 10am checkout is quite early.

The location was very nice, near the lake. The room was cosy and kitchen was well equipped.

Wifi in the room was not working and we did not get the apartment shown on the booking site.

Stunning views and location

In two bedroom apartment there was no sound proofing b/w two floors. If someone walks/talks/move on bed in bigger bedroom (attic style) the person in bedroom below in can clearly hear and vice versa.

Very comfortable and spacious apartment equipped with all you need for your stay. Staff is very kind and helpful. Area is quiet with great views, near to Switzerland. Highly recommended.

An Amazing place by the Geneva lake!! fresh air ,quiet and peaceful place!! VERY HELPFUL and FRIENDLY STAFF AT RECEPTION!! CLEAN AND COMFORTABLE HOUSES WITH KICHENETTE AND DISHWASHER MACHINES!! lots of places for car parking!! we booked a 5 person room. and one of the beds was broken. So that person slept on the floor with a matras. We talked about it to the front desk but nothing happend.

the inside of the apartment was a little tired but it was spotlessly clean and it didn’t really matter as we were outdoors most of the time.

We were happy to spend some time in Lugrin in your facilities. In general, we loved the area, the tranquility and the peaceful environment. We enjoyed a very relaxing time. The management was very cordial and cheerful. We liked your system of leaving the keys available in a mailbox which could be retrieved at any time

A couple of recommendations: 1. Apartment: it was pleasant but the apartment was a bit dated. Some renovations (for example, the closet doors could not be moved easily, new sofas would be good, smallest pots for cooking, ) are needed. 2. Breakfast: we found the buffet to be fine but the prices are a bit high. There are hotels that offer a full buffet for 10-15 euros. 3. Time to leave the apartment: too early. Especially because the persons that rent the apartment have to pre-clean, take the garbage out, and clean all dishes/pots before leaving. This makes the change of bed linens, and some cleaning in the bathrooms and the kitchen a really quick task. If you have guests who leave the apartment unclean, sending somebody to check up on the conditions in which the apartment is left might be better. 4. There could be an additional swimming pool. For children, it would be good if you would have more things to do. Maybe areas to play basketball, volleyball, and others could be interesting All in all, we had a good time. Thanks a lot.

Rooms are spacious and very clean. 10 minutes by car from Evian, in a very quite place in the middle of the forest, great views. Tennis court, swimming pool...

Beautiful view, customer service was great. The apartments have a good size and are quite well equipped. Overall really nice stay :)

Sadly the swimming pool was closed. Apart from that it would be nicer if we didn't have to clean the apartment at the end. Opening hours of the reception could also be bit more flexible.

The place was better than we expected. Nice hub for skiing in thollon and bernex!

Nice view of Lake Geneva. Very close to the skis resorts Thollon les memises and Bernex. Nice and quiet location where you can recharge your batteries.

Great location, away from ski slopes but in between towns and ski slopes. Perfect for a mixed visit of skiing and not skiing. Good views over to Switzerland.
