Es waren wunderschöne 10 Tage im Hotel Barriere Le Majestic in Cannes

Das Deluxe-Zimmer mit direktem traumhaften Meerblick. Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr schön. Das Interieur des Hotels bzw. des Deluxe-Zimmers ist stilvoll, elegant und sehr edel bei gemütlicher sanfter Beleuchtung. Man hat einen sagenhaften Blick auf das in der Sonne glitzernde Mittelmeer sowie auf die Hotelanlage. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die kompetente , zuvorkommende, herzliche und sehr aufmerksame Art des dort arbeitenden deutschen Managers Oliver, der Studentin/Praktikantin Ines sowie der fürsorglichen und sehr freundlichen Mitarbeiterinnen(, deren Namen ich leider nicht weiß) beim exzellenten Frühstück mit Blick auf das Schwimmbad. Auch den Mitarbeiterinnen des Zimmerservice am Nachmittag/Abend ist ein sehr großes Lob auszusprechen.

Es blieben keine Wünsche offen!

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt

Tolle Lage, tolles Zimmer. Service an Rezeption, Concierge und beim Frühstück sehr nett, freundlich und aufmerksam. Exzellenter Conciergeservice (hatte für uns eine Reservierung in einem tollen Beachclub organisiert) Wunderbarer Willkommensgruss auf dem Zimmer, über den wir uns sehr gefreut haben.

Die unfreundliche Dame an der Frühstücksrezeption am Sonntag (12.5.). Ihr war wohl nicht die komplette Buchung (Frühstück für 2) bekannt, wollte dies aber auf mein Bitten nicht mit der Rezeption prüfen und meinte sie würde das jetzt mal so akzeptieren ( und unterstellte dabei, wir hätten nur 1 Frühstück gebucht) Weil mich das etwas irritiert hatte, zeigte Ich ihr nach dem Frühstück dann meine Buchung. Sie interessierte sich jedoch nicht dafür und entschuldigte sich auch nicht für ihr unfreundliches Verhalten. Das hat mich doch für ein solches Haus sehr verwundert und meine bis dahin große Begeisterung für dieses ausgezeichnete Hotel getrübt.

Séjour détente qui ma pers mi de me reposer.

La literie Le confort Le service d’étage Le service ménage La nourriture Le parfum d’ambiance dans le Lobby L’écoute et la prise en considération de mon incident par Monsieur Faye ainsi que les mesures prises pour y remédier .

Le manque de place dans la piscine. L’attitude indélicate d’un agent de sécurité qui m’a refusé en premier lieu l’entrée à la piscine car j’avais oublié ma carte dans ma chambre . Le fait qu’on m’ait attribué dans un premier temps une chambre au dessus de la laverie ou de l’espace du personnel (je ne sais pas trop) en m’indiquant que les bruits émis provenaient des travaux de la boutique Dior alors que celle ci n’était pas du tout dans la zone localisée.

I will not visit the property again, they need to do the deep dive in to their hospitality culture

Location was nice and the breakfast was nice as well

Room was super small, couldn't even fit our luggage bags and the house keeping was offering us 2 water bottles to drink, and pretending as if they are doing a favour to us, vey bad attitude. first day was worst at the hotel, however, the manager "Quentin" tried to make it up for us and we were slightly comfortable. absolutely never visiting the hotel again in life.

Hanno dato una prima stanza non rispondente alla prenotazione Cambiato stanza che contemporaneamente era stata affidata ad altri Per finire nella terza ed ultima stanza molto piccola Moquette al pavimento un po’ sporca

40 ans de mon épouse

Les multiples attention du personnel , le confort , le petit-déjeuner en chambre, la literie, la discrétion du personnel , la remise en état de la chambre dès que l'on s'absente Les réservations prises dans les différents restaurants, le Fouquet's et le Bfire tous les deux où nous avons passez un excellent moment de gastronomie. L'ensemble de notre week-end était excellent, nous recommencerons un tel week-end

Pas très grave mais nous avons trouvés l'eau pas assez chaude lors de nos prises de douche.

Accueil exceptionnel plein de gentillesse

L’accueil de mes petites filles, la gentillesse et patience de tout le personnel était vraiment exceptionnel. Elles ont été traitées comme des princesses. Des petits cadeaux tout les jours. Vraiment un grand bravo à tout le monde pour cet accueil. Et que dire du petit déjeuner tout à fait exceptionnel. Quel choix de produits de qualité! Chaque matin un régal pour nous tous. La chambre avec une belle vue sur la mer, les montagnes et la piscine. Le club enfant était à la hauteur de tout le reste.

Vraiment c’est plutôt relatif à tout le reste, mais le dîner était certainement moins réussi que le petit déjeuner.

L’emplacement de l’hôtel, la beauté de chambre très lumineuse avec une belle vue, et le service du personnel, surtout Isabella c’est une crème, une vrai professionnelle, or du commun, elle m’avais recommandé une belle chambre avec une vue magnifique, elle a rendu mes séjours à cannes inoubliables.

Pour pouvoir accéder dans la chambre, il faut payé 300e de caution par nuit.

Amazing standard of hotel pure luxury.

Amazing breakfast so much choice truly amazing . Lovely staff. Location of hotel was fantastic opposite the beach stone throw away from shops and bars.

That we had to pay to use the hotels beach, thought this rather unfair as we were staying at the hotel.

Great hotel but disappointing check in.

Fantastic for a luxury stay, at a luxury price. Great location on la Croisette. Very friendly poolside staff Yesam and Lionel.

Stayed last year and loved the sea view room. Booked and paid for similar room this year at a much higher rate than last year but they wanted to give us a room on first floor with NO sea view. After some elevated discussion, finally were offered a beautiful room on 5th floor with view.

Extremely welcoming and comfortable stay. I highly recommend to everyone.

By far the best service received at a hotel. I have travelled world wide and this hotel was exceptional. The staff was always willing and ready to help. They offered to help me every step of the way. I felt very welcomed. The room was so comfortable. I had the best sleep there. I enjoyed the gym facilities and the breakfast every morning. They are top notch!

My room was next to the elevator when I expressed my concern the next morning they offered to change my room but not before reminding me I booked a room at the back of the hotel ( no water be view) n there would be an up charge if I wanted a better room - they did offer to relocate me to another back of the hotel Beware the mini frig is on sensors n if u move anything u r charged and there’s no room to even put a water in it Btw 50e charge if you want it emptied My traveling friends had a family package suite n were treated very well in comparison
